Claims (15)
- System (10) zum Öffnen und Verschließen von Verpackungsbeuteln (1), eine Öffnung umfassend, die in eine der Beutelwände (2) eingearbeitet ist und von den Rändern dieser Wand (2) begrenzt wird, umfassend- zwei längliche Elemente (20), wobei jedes Element ein Gleitführungsmittel bildet, wobei eines dieser länglichen Elemente (20) dazu bestimmt ist, direkt oder nicht mit einem der Ränder des Beutels (1) verbunden zu werden, die die Öffnung begrenzen, die dieser Beutel umfasst, und das andere dieser länglichen Elemente (20) dazu bestimmt ist, direkt oder nicht mit dem anderen Rand des Beutels (1) verbunden zu werden, der diese Öffnung begrenzt,- ein Gleitstück (12), das umfasst:dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es ein ebenes Basisteil (11) umfasst, das mindestens teilweise eine Öffnung (15) durch es hindurch begrenzt und die zwei länglichen Elemente (20) umfasst, die dazu bestimmt sind, mit dem Beutel (1) verbunden zu werden, wobei dieses Basisteil (11) damit das Gleitteil (12) aufnehmen kann und dazu bestimmt ist, an der Wand des Beutels (1) derart befestigt zu werden, dass die Öffnung (15), die es begrenzt, mit der Öffnung zusammenfällt, die in die Wand (2) des Beutels (1) eingearbeitet ist.(i) zwei längliche Elemente (30), wobei jedes Element ein Gleitführungsmittel bildet, wobei eines dieser länglichen Elemente (30) dazu bestimmt ist, mit einem der länglichen Elemente (20) in Eingriff zu kommen, die dazu bestimmt sind, mit dem Beutel (1) verbunden zu werden und im Verhältnis zu diesem gleiten kann, und das andere dieser länglichen Elemente (30) dazu bestimmt ist, mit einem der länglichen Elemente (20) in Eingriff zu kommen, die dazu bestimmt sind, mit dem Beutel (1) verbunden zu werden und im Verhältnis zu diesem gleiten kann,(ii) eine mittlere Wand (33), die die zwei länglichen Elemente (30) des Gleitelements (12) miteinander verbindet,
- System (10) zum Öffnen und Verschließen nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Gleitteil (12) mindestens eine Lasche (34, 35) umfasst, die dazu bestimmt ist, vom Benutzer erfasst zu werden, um das Gleitteil (12) zu verschieben.
- System (10) zum Öffnen und Verschließen nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Gleitteil (12) an jedem Ende eine Lasche (34, 35) umfasst.
- System (10) zum Öffnen und Verschließen nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die länglichen Elemente (20), die dazu bestimmt sind, mit dem Beutel (1) verbunden zu werden, und die länglichen Elemente (30) des Gleitstücks (12) derart ausgebildet sind, um durch Einrasten in Eingriff gebracht zu werden.
- System (10) zum Öffnen und Verschließen nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die länglichen Elemente (20), die dazu bestimmt sind, mit dem Beutel (1) verbunden zu werden, das Gleitstück (12) und/oder die länglichen Elemente (30) des Gleitstücks (12) Mittel umfassen (11b, 38), die Anschläge zur Begrenzung der Verschiebung des Gleitstücks (12) in Richtung des Öffnens des Beutels (1) bilden.
- System (10) zum Öffnen und Verschließen nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die länglichen Elemente (20), die dazu bestimmt sind, mit dem Beutel (1) verbunden zu werden, das Gleitstück (12) und/oder die länglichen Elemente (30) des Gleitstücks (12) Mittel umfassen (11a, 36, 37), die Anschläge zur Begrenzung der Verschiebung des Gleitstücks (12) in Richtung des Verschließens des Beutels (1) bilden.
- System (10) zum Öffnen und Verschließen nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Gleitstück (12) eine Grifflasche (34) umfasst, die mit ihm durch einen Verbindungsabschnitt (36) verbunden ist und sich auf einer Seite des Basisteils (11) erstreckt, wogegen sich die Grifflasche (34) auf der anderen Seite des Basisteils (11) erstreckt, wobei der Verbindungsabschnitt (36) so durch die Öffnung hindurch (15) eingebracht ist, die das Basisteil (11) begrenzt.
- System (10) zum Öffnen und Verschließen nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Basisteil (11) die gesamte von ihm umfasste Öffnung (15) begrenzt, vor allem die Enden dieser Öffnung, und dadurch, dass die Bereiche (11a) dieses Basisteils (11), die diese Enden der Öffnung (15) begrenzen sowie der Verbindungsabschnitt (36) bemessen sind, um die begrenzenden Anschläge der Verschiebung des Gleitstücks (12) darzustellen.
- System (10) zum Öffnen und Verschließen nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jeder Bereich (11a) des Basisteils (11), der ein Ende der Öffnung (15) begrenzt, einen Flügel (25) bildet, der in diese Öffnung (15) ragt.
- Verpackungsbeutel (1), der mit dem System (10) zum Öffnen und Verschließen nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9 ausgestattet ist.
- Verpackungsbeutel (1) nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass einer seiner Wände (2) einen Einschnitt aufweist, der einen Streifen (9) begrenzt und dadurch, dass das System zum Öffnen und Verschließen (10) auf der Innenseite dieser Wand (2) unter diesem Streifen (9) befestigt ist.
- Verpackungsbeutel (1) nach Anspruch 10 oder 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass er umfasst:- zwei Wände (2), die im Bereich ihrer Oberteile (5) entlang einer Verbindungslinie (4) miteinander verbunden sind, von der eine die Öffnung des Beutels umfasst, die entlang dieser Verbindungslinie (4) und in der Nähe dieser eingerichtet ist, und- einen Handgriff (7), der im Bereich dieser Oberteile (5) im mittleren Bereich der Verbindungslinie (4) eingerichtet ist.
- Verpackungsbeutel (1) nach Anspruch 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sich seine miteinander verbundenen Wände oberhalb der Verbindungslinie (4) derart verlängern, um einen doppelwandigen Streifen (5) zu bilden, und dadurch, dass dieser Streifen (5) Öffnungen (6) umfasst, die es erlauben, den Handgriff (7) einzurichten.
- Verpackungsbeutel (1) nach einem der Ansprüche 10 bis 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass seine Wände (2, 3) aus schweißfähigem Kunststoff sind.
- Verpackungsbeutel (1) nach Anspruch 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Material durch so genanntes "Blas"-Extrudieren mit einer Polyethylen-, EVOH-, Polyamid-, Polypropylen-Struktur gebildet wird und jeder Polyethylenart mittlerer, niedriger oder hoher Dichte, und auf Aluminium, Polypropylen, Polyester, aluminisiertem Polyester, Papier komplexierbar ist.
