Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zum Betreiben eines hydraulischen Verpressgerätes, insbesondere Hand-Verpressgerätes, und ein solches Verpressgerät als Gegenstand, wobei das Verpressgerät eine Hydraulikpumpe, ein Bewegungsteil , ein Festteil und ein Rücklaufventil aufweist, wobei weiter das Bewegungsteil durch den Aufbau eines Hydraulikdruckes in eine Verpressstellung verfahren wird und das Rücklaufventil selbsttätig erst bei einem vorgegebenen, einem Verpressdruck entsprechenden Hydraulikdruck in eine Öffnungsstellung verfährt, wobei weiter das Bewegungsteil dazu ausgelegt ist, selbsttätig unter Wirkung einer Rückholfeder von der Verpressstellung in eine Endstellung zurück zu verfahren und das Rücklaufventil dazu ausgelegt ist, erst zu schließen, nachdem das Bewegungsteil die Endstellung erreicht hat. Um ein wahlweises Anhalten des Bewegungsteils in einer Stellung zu ermöglichen, schlägt die Erfindung verfahrensmäßig vor, dass auf das Rücklaufventil mit einer zum Erreichen der beim Zurückfahren des Bewegungsteils erforderlichen Verschlusskraft bei Erreichen einer vorgewählten Rücklaufstellung oder bei Erreichen einer vorgegebenen Rücklaufstellung des Bewegungsteils eingewirkt wird. Gegenständlich ist es vorteilhaft, wenn der Rücklauf des Bewegungsteils vor Erreichen der Endstellung durch eine Auslöseeinrichtung, einwirkend auf das Rücklaufventil, anhaltbar ist. Die Öffnungsstellung des Rücklaufventils kann auch bis zum Erreichen einer vorgegebenen Rücklaufstellung des Bewegungsteil arretiert sein.
