Abstract

Die Erfindung beschreibt eine Schaltungsanordnung zur Spannungsregelung zur Erzeugung einer in ihrer Höhe begrenzten Ausgangsspannung aus einer anliegenden Eingangsspannung. Die Schaltungsanordnung besteht aus einer Kombination einer Längsreglerschaltung mit einer getakteten Ladungspumpenschaltung. Die Ladungspumpenschaltung besteht aus einem Widerstand 40, einer Diode 46, einem Kondensator 42 sowie einer getakteten Spannungsquelle 44 und ist derart mit der Längsreglerschaltung verschaltet, dass am Ausgang des Transistors 24 der Widerstand 40, der Kondensator 42 und die getaktete Spannungsquelle 44 seriell mit dem Bezugspotential 10 verbunden sind und die Diode 46 anodenseitig mit dem Mittelpunkt zwischen Widerstand 40 und Kondensator 42 sowie kathodenseitig mit dem Steuereingang des Transistors 24 der Längsreglerschaltung verbunden ist.

The invention describes a circuit arrangement for voltage regulation for generating a limited output voltage from an applied input voltage. The circuit arrangement consists of a combination of a series regulator circuit with a clocked charge pump circuit. The charge pump circuit consists of a resistor 40, a diode 46, a capacitor 42 and a clocked voltage source 44 and is connected to the series regulator circuit in such a way that the resistor 40, the capacitor 42 and the clocked voltage source 44 are connected in series with the reference potential at the output of the transistor 24 10 are connected and the diode 46 is connected on the anode side to the center between the resistor 40 and the capacitor 42 and on the cathode side to the control input of the transistor 24 of the series regulator circuit.
