Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft gehäuselose Plattenwärmetauscher, insbesondere Ölkühler, bestehend aus gestapelten Wärmetauscherplatten (1), die zwischen sich Strömungskanäle (7a), für das eine Mittel und ebensolche (7b) für das andere Mittel ausbilden, wobei die Strömungskanäle (7a, 7b) bzw. die Wärmetauscherplatten (1) von Zu - und Abflußkanälen (8a; 8b), für das eine Mittel und (16a, 16b) für das andere Mittel durchbrochen sind, sowie mit Ein - und Austritten (9, 10) für den Zulauf bzw. den Ablauf des einen und (11, 12) des anderen Mittels, wobei die einen Ein - und Austritte (9, 10) an der Deck - und/oder der Grundplatte (13) des Plattenwärmetauschers angeordnet sind und die anderen Ein - und Austritte (11, 12) seitlich aus dem Körper des Plattenwärmetauschers heraustreten und an einer zwischen den Wärmetauscherplatten (1) befindlichen Zwischenplatte (15) angeordnet sind, die mit den Zu - und Abflußkanälen (8a, 8b, 16a, 16b) der Mittel korrespondierende Durchbrüche (17, 22) aufweist. Um einen kompakten, leichten und variabel anschließbaren Plattenwärmetauscher zu erhalten ist erfindungsgemäß vorgesehen, dass die Zwischenplatte (15) aus zwei wannenartig verformten und zusammengefügten Teilplatten (15a, 15b) besteht, dass zwischen den Teilplatten (15a, 15b) wenigstens ein Raum (26) ausgebildet ist, dass die Teilplatten (15a, 15b) Durchbrüche (17) besitzen, die den Raum (26) mit dem Zu - oder dem Abflußkanal (8a, 8b) nach oben und unten verbinden, dass an den Teilplatten (15a, 15b) jeweils mindestens ein Teil (33) eines Ein - oder Austritts (11, 12) angeformt ist, über den das eine Mittel in den Raum (26) ein - oder austritt und, dass an oder zwischen den Teilplatten (15a, 15b) Mittel (18, 4) zur Trennung des einen Mittels vom anderen Mittel angeordnet sind.
