Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft ein Scharnier, insbesondere für Türen von Kraftfahrzeugen, bestehend aus einem Säulenscharnierteil zum Befestigen an einer Säule des Türrahmens und aus einem Türscharnierteil zum Befestigen an der dem Türrahmen zugeordneten Tür sowie aus einem Gelenkbolzen, der zwei Wangen des Säulen-scharnierteils und einen zwischen den Wangen angeordneten Arm des Türscharnierteils durchdringt und so die beiden Scharnierteile drehgelenkig miteinander verbindet, und aus einem Türfeststeller, der zum Feststellen der geöffneten Tür in mindestens einer Winkelstellung an den beiden Scharnierteilen ausgebildet ist, wobei ein an dem Säulenschamierteil angeordnetes Rastelement federdruckbelastet mit mindestens einer Rastvertiefung eines aus mindestens einer Rastvertiefung und Vorsprüngen bestehenden Rastprofils an dem Arm des Türscharnierteils beim Öffnen der Tür in Eingriff bringbar ist. Das federdruckbelastete Rastelement (Druckrolle 31) an einem Träger (Kolben 23) angeordnet ist, der für das Zusammenwirken des Rastelementes (Druckrolle 31) mit dem Rastprofil (14) in einer Öffnung gegen Federdruck verschiebbar gelagert ist, die in dem Säulenscharnierteil (i) senkrecht zu dem Gelenkbolzen (11) sowie in Höhe des Arms (10) des Türscharnierteils (2) verläuft.
