Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren und eine Vorrichtung zum Verarbeiten einer Inhibitoren und Oligomere enthaltenden Druckfarbe in einem Druckwerk einer Rotationsdruckmaschine. Aufgabe der Erfindung ist es, ein Verfahren und eine Vorrichtung zum Verarbeiten einer derartigen Druckfarbe zu schaffen, die insbesondere die Trocknungszeiten der Druckfarbe auf dem Bedruckstoff verkürzen und die Druckqualität spürbar verbessern.
Gelöst wird dies bevorzugt dadurch, indem in einem durch zwei Zylinder 1, 2 gebildeten Druckspalt 3 von wenigstens einem Zylinder 1, 2 auf einem Bedruckstoff die Druckfarbe aufgetragen wird und nach dem Passieren des Druckspaltes 3 auf die Druckfarbe eine den Zerfall der Inhibitoren beschleunigende Katalysatormischung aufgetragen wird.

This is preferably achieved by applying the printing ink to at least one cylinder 1, 2 on a printing material in a printing gap 3 formed by two cylinders 1, 2 and applying a catalyst mixture which accelerates the disintegration of the inhibitors after passing through the printing gap 3 becomes.
