  • a hinge as described above is advantageous over previous proposed hinges in that it does not require lubricating maintenance, is cheaper to manufacture, involves less parts and is more readily assembled than heretofore.

Claims (16)

  1. Gond de fenêtre pivotante, comprenant deux pièces de gond (10, 12), les deux pièces de gond (10, 12) possédant chacune une plaque de base (14, 16) pour pouvoir être fixées respectivement sur le cadre et le châssis mobile d'une fenêtre, la première pièce de gond (10) possédant sur sa face supérieure un moyen de guidage de forme partiellement circulaire, constitué de deux éléments de guidage espacés (20, 22) qui définissant une voie de passage (24) arquée entre eux, et la deuxième pièce de gond (12) possédant sur sa face supérieure un élément de coulissement (26) qui pivote sur l'une de ses extrémités et qui possède un doigt arqué, et les pièces (10, 12) interagissant l'une avec l'autre lorsque l'autre extrémité du doigt arqué peut coulisser dans et hors de la voie de passage (24) entre les deux éléments de guidage (20, 22), et un axe de guidage (38) fixé à la plaque de base (16) de la deuxième pièce de gond (12) étant prévu pour s'introduire dans la voie de passage (24) en face du doigt (26), les deux éléments de guidage (20, 22) et/ou l'élément de coulissement (26) sont tous constitués d'un matériau plastique très résistant, caractérisé en ce que l'axe de guidage (38) possède au moins une couche de matériau élastique et en ce que l'axe de guidage (38) est de taille supérieure à l'espace entre les deux éléments de guidage (20, 22).
  2. Gond selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la plaque de base (14) et les deux éléments de guidage (20, 22) sont constitués d'un matériau plastique et forment une seule pièce avec la première pièce de gond (10).
  3. Gond selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que la première pièce de gond (10) possède au moins un axe de connexion à support de charge (34) qui dépasse vers l'extérieur à partir d'une face arrière et qui peut être placé dans un trou d'emboîtement correspondant prévu respectivement dans une surface du cadre de la fenêtre à laquelle le gond est censé être fixé.
  4. Gond selon la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce que la ou les axes de connexion à support de charge (28) sont constituées d'un matériau plastique et forment une seule pièce avec la plaque de base (14) et les éléments de guidage (20, 22) de la première pièce de gond (10).
  5. Gond selon les revendications 1, 2, 3 ou 4, caractérisé en ce que la deuxième pièce de gond (12) possède au moins un axe de connexion à support de charge (34) qui dépasse vers l'extérieur à partir d'une face arrière de la plaque de base (16) et qui est logé dans un trou d'emboîtement correspondant prévu respectivement dans une surface du cadre de la fenêtre à laquelle le gond est censé être fixé.
  6. Gond selon l'une quelconque des précédentes revendications, caractérisé en ce que les éléments de guidage (20, 22) se rejoignent sur l'une de leurs extrémités.
  7. Gond selon l'une quelconque des précédentes revendications, caractérisé en ce qu'à l'entrée de la voie de passage (24), une partie de la face supérieure de l'une des extrémités des deux éléments de guidage (20, 22) est rabattue, et une béquille de positionnement (30) est prévue sur la plaque de base (14) adjacente.
  8. Gond selon la revendication 7, caractérisé en ce que sur le côté opposé de la voie de passage (24), une plaque de guidage (32) chevauchant la voie de passage (24) et joignant les deux éléments de guidage (20, 22) est fixée à ladite région rabattue (23) et sur ladite béquille de positionnement (30), la plaque de guidage (32) servant à retenir le doigt (26) pour un mouvement de coulissement dans la voie de passage (24) lorsqu'il s'il trouve.
  9. Gond selon l'une quelconque des précédentes revendications, caractérisé en ce que le doigt (26) présente essentiellement une forme en C, dont la partie supérieure (26A) s'introduit dans la voie de passage (24) et l'extrémité extérieure de la partie inférieure (26B) pivote en direction de la deuxième pièce de gond (12).
  10. Gond selon l'une quelconque des précédentes revendications, caractérisé en ce que l'axe de guidage (38) est fixé à la plaque de base (16) de la deuxième pièce de gond (12) au moyen d'une fixation.
  11. Gond selon l'une quelconque des précédentes revendications, caractérisé en ce que l'axe de guidage (38) est allongé et comporte deux bras élastiques incurvés (42) qui sont positionnés à l'extrémité avant de l'axe de guidage (38) lorsqu'il s'introduit dans la voie de passage (24).
  12. Gond selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 10, caractérisé en ce que l'axe de guidage (38) est constitué d'un matériau solide possédant une couche élastique.
  13. Gond selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 10, caractérisé en ce que l'axe de guidage (38) est constitué d'un matériau élastique.
  14. Gond selon l'une quelconque des précédentes revendications, caractérisé en ce que un côté d'un des éléments de guidage délimitant la voie de passage (24) constitue un renfoncement entre deux protubérances (50), une de chaque côté de la voie de passage (24), et en ce qu'un ressort arqué (52) de largeur similaire au dit côté se trouve à cet endroit, le ressort (52) possédant des extrémités courbées (54) pouvant chacune être attachée à une protubérance (50) correspondante afin d'être maintenue.
  15. Gond selon l'une des revendications 1 à 14, caractérisé en ce que l'un des éléments de guidage (20, 22) ou les deux comportent une fente (56) essentiellement dans leur longueur, la partie de l'élément de guidage qui est adjacente à la voie de passage (24) étant séparée de la plaque (14) de façon à offrir une élasticité supplémentaire en rendant donc cette partie plus élastique.
  16. Gond selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 14, caractérisé en ce que le côté de l'un ou des deux éléments de guidage (20, 22) définissant la voie de passage (24) comporte dans sa longueur une série d'entailles (58).
