Device according to claim 1, characterised in that a compressive force from each spring (51, 59 or 61) belonging to the fastening members (D; E) for the leading hook-in section (06; 24) is in each case greater than the compressive force from each spring (41) belonging to the fastening members (C) for the trailing hook-in section (07; 26).
  22. Device according to claim 1, characterised in that the trailing hook-in section (07; 26) is folded over approximately at right angles in each case.
