Die Halterungsteile bzw. -bleche stützen sich hierbei auf einer elastischen Dichtung ab, wobei die Anpreßkraft zum Deformieren der Dichtung beim Einlegen der Bleche oft höher als die Haltekraft der Magneten ist, so daß die Bleche dann nicht sicher gehalten werden. Bei nicht-magnetischen Werkstoffen sind auch Vakuumsauger bekannt. Die Steuerung des Vakuums erfolgt über ansteuerbare Ventile. Der dafür nötige Aufwand ist relativ hoch. Heben des Glasschiebedaches 1 ermöglicht wird. An den nach außen weisenden Seitenkanten des Kunststoff-Rahmens 4 ist in der Ebene der Glastafel 3 eine umlaufende, bevorzugt T-förmige Nut 6 zum Einsetzen einer Dichtung 7 vorgesehen.Fig. 4 shows a cross section through the holding part of FIG. 3 in partial plan view. Wie hieraus ersichtlich ist, wird der Formhohlraum am Außenumfang der Glastafel 3 zur Ausbildung des Rahmens 4 hier punktiert dargestellt und strömungsgünstig geformt, so daß eine sichere Formfüllung erreicht wird. Dies ist besonders wesentlich, da die Glastafel 3 und die Halterungsteile 5 bei diesem Ausführungsbeispiel nur durch die Kontaktfläche zum Rahmen 4 hin befestigt sind. Der hier punktiert dargestellte Formhohlraum zur Ausbildung des Rahmens 4 und Umspritzung/Umschäumung ist dabei günstig abzudichten, bevorzugt mit einer selbsttrennenden Dichtung 13, die einen Austritt des über eine oder bevorzugt mehrere Einspritzöffnung (-en) 14 eintretenden Kunststoffschaumes an die Oberseite der Glastafel 3 zuverlässig verhindert. Durch diese Dichtung 13 wird die Oberseite der Glastafel 3 beim Schäumvorgang sauber gehalten, so daß praktisch keine Nacharbeit erforderlich ist.2, the corresponding foaming tool 10 consisting of an upper tool part 11 and a lower tool part 12 is shown schematically. Weiterhin ist ersichtlich, daß sich das Werkzeugoberteil 11 mit der Dichtung 13 im wesentlichen kontinuierlich nach außen erstreckt, so daß bei einem gleichbleibenden Werkzeugoberteil 11 verschiedenartige Werkzeugunterteile 12 verwendet werden können. Hierdurch ist beispielsweise auf einer Produktionsanlage mit dem jeweils gleichen stempelartigen Werkzeugoberteil 11 eine Fertigung unterschiedlicher Varianten der Glasschiebedächer 1 mit verschieden positionierten Halterungsteilen 5 möglich. Zudem genügt zur Entnahme des fertiggestellten Glasschiebedaches mit dem Rahmen 4 ein einfaches Anheben des Werkzeugoberteils 11 bzw. ein Absenken des Werkzeugunterteils 12, so daß hierdurch die Taktzeit wesentlich verringert wird.In addition, it can be seen that a secure seal to ejectors 15 provided further inside is also possible, thus ensuring a secure filling of the mold cavity (for the frame 4) with encapsulation of the holder parts 5 on the contact surface. Die Druck-Feder 18 mit einem verschiebbaren Führungsbolzen als Verdrehsicherung 19 ist im wesentlichen in der Ebene des flachen Bauteils 3 ausgerichtet. Die Rolle 17 liegt bei positionierter Glastafel 3 an den Kanten des Halterungsteils 5 an bzw. greift in deren Ausnehmung 5a exakt passend ein, wodurch sich aufgrund der Federbeaufschlagung eine automatische Zentrierung und Lageausrichtung ergibt. Dies ist mit einem "Schnapp- oder Klackgeräusch" verbunden, da die Rolle 17 an der Innenseite der Abstufung 10' (vgl. auch Fig. 4) anschlägt. Dadurch ergibt sich eine akustische Kontrolle für den Werker, nämlich daß das Halterungsteil 5 exakt eingesetzt und lagerichtig positioniert ist. Claims

Patentansprüche claims
1. Fixiereinrichtung für Halterungsteile (5) an flachen Bauteilen (3) , insbesondere Glastafeln, die zumindest an den Seitenkanten mit einem Kunststoff-Rahmen (4) umspritzbar/umschäumbar sind und zumindest ein Halterungsteil (5) aufweisen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Fixiereinrichtung (16) durch wenigstens eine Feder (18) beaufschlagt ist und im Halterungsteil (5) an-/eingreifend angeordnet ist.1.
