Definitions
- the invention relates to a heat exchange device according to the preamble of Claim 1 and a method for producing a heat exchange register.
- the heat exchange device according to the invention is preferably a heating device provided, and even more preferably as so-called baseboard heating.
- the room can be, for example Living space or an office, but also a moving space such as the passenger compartment a bus or an airplane.
- the heat exchange device is provided as a cooling device and is then preferred on or near a ceiling of the room to be cooled should be arranged.
- a generic heat exchange device is known from EP 0 176 478 A1 known.
- each Slat element has a slat section that is normal to the Extends tubes and through which both tubes run.
- On the long sides of the Slat section is a cross section of the slat element in the right Angle bent.
- the cross sections thus extend normal to the Slat sections and approximately parallel to the pipes.
- One of the two Pipe serves as a flow pipe for the heating medium, the other as a return pipe.
- the feed pipe initially heats up while the return pipe is still warming up stays relatively cool.
- the pipes therefore expand to different extents, which means considerable mechanical tension is created in the lamella elements.
- the cross sections of the lamella elements that are parallel to the tube axes can run in the direction of the relative movement of the pipes hardly deform.
- the tension that occurs causes disturbing noises and reduce the life of the heat exchange device because of the Press fit connections between the lamella elements and the tubes strong Forces work. These forces lead to a loosening of the Press fit between the tubes and the lamellar elements and thus to one increased thermal resistance and reduced heating power.
- this object is achieved in that in a heat exchange device the type mentioned at least one transverse section interrupted by an opening at a height between the tubes is to reduce tension in the lamella elements.
- the invention Manufacturing process is used to manufacture a heat exchange register corresponding slat elements.
- the invention is based on the knowledge that an important cause for the above mentioned problems of the prior art, the continuous cross sections are on the slat elements. These cross sections extend approximately parallel to the pipes and thus run in the same direction as the relative movement of the tubes through the thermal expansion or contraction. The cross sections therefore set this relative movement of the pipes a considerable amount Resistance, and considerable forces act on the cross sections, the lamella sections and the connection points to the pipes.
- the cross sections at a height between the tubes interrupted the forces occurring are significantly reduced, though the extent of the relative movement of the pipes does not change.
- the slat sections too are still deformed according to the relative movement; however, this is not a problem, because they are made of thin sheet metal Lamella sections extend transversely to the pipes and thus they deform Oppose only slight resistance in the direction of the pipe axes. In the areas of the lamella sections adjacent to the cross sections the deformation extends to an area near the openings of the cross sections.
- the cross sections themselves are not or only slightly deformed.
- the lamella elements according to the invention undergo a deformation such as that encountered when entering and leaving Switching off the heating or cooling occurs, oppose only slight resistance, the forces occurring are reduced considerably.
- the connection the lamellar elements with the tubes are correspondingly significantly less loaded, which results in a good thermal conductivity of this connection over a long period Can be achieved throughout life. This applies regardless of whether the connection by a mere press fit or by soldering or welding or gluing is designed.
- the invention avoids because the lamella elements according to the invention have a constant deformation with little Allow forces and thus generate no clicking or clicking noises.
- the opening of each cross section is at a height between the pipes.
- the term “height” here is the vertical projection the center of the opening on the connecting line of the centers of the pipe cross sections meant.
- the base is located this projection between the two facing outer walls of the Tube; however, such configurations are also intended to be encompassed by the claims where the base of the projection is only between the centers of the Pipe cross sections.
- the lamella sections extend transversely to the tubes, and the cross sections in turn run transversely to the lamella sections.
- the term "cross" in both cases to understand an approximately normal or vertical arrangement, so that the The direction of the cross sections is approximately parallel to the direction of the pipes.
- the term "transverse” should not be limited to a 90 ° angle, but also include arrangements in which the lamella sections are inclined to the tubes and / or the cross sections obliquely to the lamella sections are aligned.
- each lamella element has two lamella sections and a transverse section which connects the two slat sections laterally.
- Such a slat element has a U-shaped cross section. This arrangement is in the making particularly advantageous and maximizes the effective with little material Radiation area of the slat elements.
- the tubes and the plurality of lamella elements preferably form one with the other Heat exchange register that can be attached to a wall profile using a support.
- the carriers are preferably made of a flexible material (e.g. a Plastic). This configuration provides a further possibility for compensation for created the thermal expansion or contraction of the heat exchange register. Compared to a rigid mechanical attachment of the heat exchange register the material load on the wall profile becomes clear once again reduced.
- the wall profile or an air guide profile attached to it at the top preferably one upper air duct section, which the flow rate of ascending warmed air reduced.
- This measure firstly makes it electrostatic Charging (and thus contamination) of the wall on which the Heat exchanger is attached, prevented, and secondly, better Swirling of the heated air with the room air and thus an improved Heating effect achieved.
- the wall profile preferably has a lower lip that prevents when cleaning, wash water in inaccessible areas under the heat exchange device runs and possibly leads to mold formation.
- this has a Room facing cover profile on one of the previously mentioned components the heat exchange device is attached.
- the cross sections are preferred the lamella elements are arranged towards the cover profile and stand with this in extensive contact. This measure ensures good heat transfer achieved from the lamella elements to the heat-conducting cover profile and thus the total radiation surface used by the heat exchange device significantly enlarged.
- the cover profile is preferably relatively flat, so that it is transverse to its direction is bendable by at least 90 °. Then there are no special corner pieces for the cover profile required; but several heat exchange registers, e.g. on both sides of a corner of the room can be arranged with a continuous be closed according to the curved cover profile to the room.
- the heat exchange device as a cooling device also the already mentioned lower lip can be provided to move from the heat exchange register Conducting dripping condensate into a gutter.
- the cover profile is preferably made of heat-insulating Material formed in order to avoid being directed towards the interior of the room Side of the cover profile forms condensation.
- the idea of a heat exchange device as a cooling device for mounting on a wall near the ceiling or to train directly on the ceiling, using means to catch of condensed water and / or a. insulating cover profile and / or a curtain track are considered as an independent invention.
- Such cooling devices represent the transverse sections interrupted by openings the slat elements are a feature of preferred embodiments, but not an essential feature. Rather, the slat elements need such cooling devices have no cross sections, or the cross sections can be continuous (uninterrupted).
- the heat exchange registers produced with it have the characteristics described above and / or the features defined in the device claims correspond. Furthermore, in a preferred continuation of the invention Process the heat exchange register thus produced on carriers and these in turn attached to a wall profile to be together with a cover profile a heat exchange device according to the device claims receive.
- the heat exchange device shown in cross section in FIGS. 1 and 2 is as Heater, more specifically designed as a baseboard heater. She instructs Wall profile 10 on that in the fully assembled state of the heat exchange device is attached to a wall of a room to be heated with screws.
- the Wall profile 10 consists of a heat-insulating plastic material. It stretches over the entire length (and, as shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, also over almost the entire height) of the heat exchange device and thus isolates the heat exchange device against undesirable heat loss to the wall out. Since the wall profile 10 is flat over the length of the heat exchange device extends, need when screwing the wall profile 10 to the wall no strictly specified attachment points are observed, but structural conditions can be taken into account.
- the wall profile 10 has a sloping downward Lip 12, which is designed as an elastic sealing lip and in the fully assembled Heat exchange device on the floor of the room to be heated There is pressure. Because of the elasticity of the plastic material from which the wall profile 10, the lip 12 reliably prevents e.g. when wiping or when damp cleaning the heat exchanger, wash water in the hard accessible area under the heat exchange device. Also covers the lip 12 a possibly existing space between the Wall and a floor covering not quite reaching this.
- the air guide profile 14 protrudes slightly further than the other Heat exchange device into the room and thus offers a uniform optical termination of the heat exchange device.
- the one at normal eye level The viewer located only sees the high-quality air guide profile 14 and not the possibly dusty or dirty components of the Heat exchange device.
- it is inside the room protruding arm of the air guide profile 14 as a downwardly bent air guide section 16 educated.
- the air portion 16 reduces the flow rate of the Air heated during operation of the heat exchange device. This will avoid that the wall becomes electrostatically charged and thus dust or dirt particles, which are carried away by the air flow, settle on the wall. The pollution of the walls above the heat exchange device as in Systems of the prior art are partially observed is thus reduced.
- the wall profile 10 has two on its side facing the interior of the room Grooves 18, 20 into which two corresponding lugs 22, 24 of a carrier 26 engage.
- the carrier 26 is a molded part made of a flexible plastic material. He has two receptacles 28, 30 and two further lugs arranged on the room side 32, 34 on.
- a heat exchange register 36 is made of two parallel tubes 38, 40 and a plurality of lamella elements 42 are formed.
- the tubes 38, 40 are here described embodiment formed as heating tubes. They consist of Copper, and the lamella elements 42 are formed from thin aluminum sheet.
- the heat exchange device is as Hot water heating designed. Instead of water you can use alternative designs however, a different heating medium can also be used, or the pipes 38, 40 can be designed as electric heating elements.
- the tubes 38, 40 are approximately in the present embodiment evenly spaced from the wall. This configuration has the advantage that the heat exchange device has only a small thickness.
- an opening 44 is at a height between the two tubes 38, 40 shown, which will be discussed in more detail below.
- the opening 44 provides one essential aspect of the present invention, because it is the mechanical load of the heat exchange register 36 is reduced.
- a cover profile 46 is a flat, symmetrical extruded profile made of aluminum educated.
- the cover profile 46 provides the lateral termination of the heat exchange device towards the room. It has two grooves 48, 50, in which the assembled Heat exchange device (Fig. 2) the lugs 32, 34 of the carrier 26th intervention.
- the side of the cover profile 46 facing the wall stands with the Heat exchange register 36 in surface contact, and that to the heating room directed side forms another radiating surface for the heating. As a result of that the cover profile 46 has only a small thickness, it can be bent easily.
- the webs facing the wall must be attached to the Grooves 48, 50 cut through (when bending around a recessed edge of the room) or removed in places (when bending around a projecting edge of the room) become.
- the cover profile 46 can thus be a continuous band in long Sections over several heat exchange register 36 are laid. Specific Corner pieces are not required.
- each plate element 42 is a pair of plates with two configured parallel lamella sections 52, 54 which are vertical in FIG. 3 run to the drawing level.
- An arranged in the drawing plane in Fig. 3 Cross section 56 connects the two lamella sections 52, 54 on their long sides.
- the cross section 56 is interrupted by the centrally arranged opening 44 and thus divided into two subsections 56 ', 56 ". In the present description In the exemplary embodiment, the opening 44 completely interrupts the transverse section 56 (and even protrudes somewhat into the lamella sections 52, 54).
- the heat exchange register 36 is supported by several of the carriers 26 already mentioned (only one of them is shown in FIG. 1) held on the wall profile 10.
- the bearers 26 have a relatively small thickness, as in the exemplary embodiment described here smaller than the width of the transverse section 56 of a lamella element 42 is.
- the carriers 26 protrude between the two lamella sections 52, 54 Slat element 42 up to the tubes 38, 40 in the heat exchange register 36 into it.
- the tubes 38, 40 rest in the receptacles 28, 30 of the supports 26 and become of these shots 28, 30 closely fitting in a range of approximately Enclosed 230 °. Because the supports 26 are made of elastic plastic material, can each heat exchange register 36 easily placed on the carrier 26 and can be removed from these and is still held securely.
- the embodiment is e.g. every ten to twenty lamella elements 42 along the longitudinal extent of the heat exchange device, a carrier 26 is arranged.
- FIG. 4 The view of a lamella element 42 shown in FIG. 4 shows from the side again the U-shaped arrangement of the two lamella sections 52, 54 with the these sections laterally connecting transverse section 56.
- the tubes 38, 40 FIG. 3
- ridges 58, 60 formed, the thermal contact between the lamella element 42nd and improve the tubes 38, 40.
- the outer diameter is of tubes 38, 40 approximately 17 mm and their spacing approximately 42 mm.
- the lamella sections 52, 54 have a length of approximately 70 mm and a Width of approximately 22 mm.
- the cross section 56 is approximately 11 mm wide.
- the overall dimensions of the heat exchange device are approximately 140 mm in height and approximately 30 mm in width. With such a System can with a temperature difference of about 60 ° a heating power of Achieve 230 watts per linear meter. In execution alternatives, depending on the required heating output and the spatial conditions, other dimensions of the system.
- the heat exchange device described here If the heat exchange device described here is put into operation, then heated the feed pipe (e.g. pipe 40), while the return pipe (e.g. tube 38) remains relatively cool.
- the heating of the feed pipe can have an expansion in the longitudinal direction of, for example, just under 2 mm per running Cause meters of the heat exchange device.
- the through this change in length caused relative movement of the two tubes 38, 40 to each other compensated in that the lamella sections 52, 54 at the level of their openings 44 bend elastically. Only relatively small forces arise because the thin aluminum sheet of the lamella sections 52, 54 slightly in this direction is deformable.
- the areas of the lamella elements 42 at the level of the subsections 56 'and 56 "shift relative to each other; a deformation within however, these areas hardly take place.
- the heat exchange device is a cooling device designed and intended, on a room wall near the ceiling or to be attached to the ceiling near the wall of the room.
- the Differences from the embodiment described above as a heating device are essentially that the lip 12 serves as a drain lip to from the heat exchange register 36 condensate dripping into a (not in the figures shown) to guide the gutter.
- no air guide profile 14 is provided.
- the Heat exchange register 36 is preferably designed as described above; there are however, alternative designs are also provided in which the lamella elements 42 have no cross sections 56 or uninterrupted cross sections 56.
- the cover profile 46 is made of a heat-insulating plastic manufactured to prevent condensation on the inside of the room Side to avoid. The mode of operation of the cooling device is therefore largely based on convection, while in the embodiment described above the heating device, the heat radiation through the cover profile 46 an essential Share (e.g. at least 20% or at least 40%) of the total heating output accounts.
- Fig. 5 shows a lamella sheet 62, which is used to produce the heat exchange register 36 and the entire heat exchange device is used.
- the slat plate 62 is made of thin aluminum sheet by punching. It has two Openings 64, 66 for the first tube 38 and two further openings 68, 70 for the second pipe 40 on.
- the openings 64 to 70 correspond in size and shape the outer dimensions of the tubes 38, 40 4 burrs 58, 60 have been produced at the pipe openings 64 to 70.
- the openings 64 and 68 are in the first lamella section 52 while the openings 66 and 70 are arranged in the second lamella section 54.
- the the two slat sections 52, 54 are interconnected by the transverse section 56 connected.
- the rectangular opening 44 is arranged centrally in the lamella sheet 62. It cuts through the transverse section 56 and protrudes somewhat on both sides into the Slat sections 52, 54 into it.
- the lamella sheets 62 are bent to to obtain the U-shaped arrangement of the lamella element 42 according to FIG. 4.
- Several such slat elements 42 are then placed on prepared sections of the Tubes 38, 40 (Fig. 3) pushed and fixed there in the press fit. You can do this, for example the tubes 38, 40 are strongly cooled while the lamellar elements 42 are heated.
- Other methods are also in alternative designs provided for creating a secure interference fit, and furthermore the lamella elements 42 on their ridges 58, 60 (FIG. 4) with the tubes 38, 40 (FIG. 3) be soldered or welded or glued.
- the cover profile 46 is placed on the lugs 32, 40 of the carrier 26.
- the cover profile 46 follows without interruption (or with barely visible butt joints) the course of the heat exchange device along the room wall.

Abstract
Description
The invention relates to a heat exchange device according to the preamble of Claim 1 and a method for producing a heat exchange register. The The heat exchange device according to the invention is preferably a heating device provided, and even more preferably as so-called baseboard heating. The means that the heat exchange device the baseboard (also as a bend or Skirting board) of a room and on a wall of the room, is located close to the floor. The room can be, for example Living space or an office, but also a moving space such as the passenger compartment a bus or an airplane. In other configurations the invention, the heat exchange device is provided as a cooling device and is then preferred on or near a ceiling of the room to be cooled should be arranged.
A generic heat exchange device is known from EP 0 176 478 A1 known. In the baseboard heater shown there are two parallel pipes provided, on which several lamella elements are pushed. each Slat element has a slat section that is normal to the Extends tubes and through which both tubes run. On the long sides of the Slat section is a cross section of the slat element in the right Angle bent. The cross sections thus extend normal to the Slat sections and approximately parallel to the pipes. One of the two Pipe serves as a flow pipe for the heating medium, the other as a return pipe.
If the baseboard heater known from EP 0 176 478 A1 is put into operation, the feed pipe initially heats up while the return pipe is still warming up stays relatively cool. The pipes therefore expand to different extents, which means considerable mechanical tension is created in the lamella elements. In particular, the cross sections of the lamella elements that are parallel to the tube axes can run in the direction of the relative movement of the pipes hardly deform. The tension that occurs causes disturbing noises and reduce the life of the heat exchange device because of the Press fit connections between the lamella elements and the tubes strong Forces work. These forces lead to a loosening of the Press fit between the tubes and the lamellar elements and thus to one increased thermal resistance and reduced heating power.
From WO 98/58222 a similarly designed baseboard heater is known from which each slat element does not have two, but only one transverse section. However, the problems just described also occur with this baseboard heater on.
It is therefore an object of the invention to at least partially overcome the problems mentioned to avoid and to create a heat exchange device that has a long life and / or an at least reduced noise development when rapid Temperature changes (especially when switching the heating on and off or cooling).
According to the invention this object is achieved in that in a heat exchange device the type mentioned at least one transverse section interrupted by an opening at a height between the tubes is to reduce tension in the lamella elements. The invention Manufacturing process is used to manufacture a heat exchange register corresponding slat elements.
The invention is based on the knowledge that an important cause for the above mentioned problems of the prior art, the continuous cross sections are on the slat elements.
According to the invention, the cross sections at a height between the tubes interrupted, the forces occurring are significantly reduced, though the extent of the relative movement of the pipes does not change. The slat sections too are still deformed according to the relative movement; however, this is not a problem, because they are made of thin sheet metal Lamella sections extend transversely to the pipes and thus they deform Oppose only slight resistance in the direction of the pipe axes. In the areas of the lamella sections adjacent to the cross sections the deformation extends to an area near the openings of the cross sections. The cross sections themselves are not or only slightly deformed.
Since the lamella elements according to the invention undergo a deformation such as that encountered when entering and leaving Switching off the heating or cooling occurs, oppose only slight resistance, the forces occurring are reduced considerably. The connection the lamellar elements with the tubes are correspondingly significantly less loaded, which results in a good thermal conductivity of this connection over a long period Can be achieved throughout life. This applies regardless of whether the connection by a mere press fit or by soldering or welding or gluing is designed. Also the disturbing noise development of heat exchange devices according to the prior art, the invention avoids because the lamella elements according to the invention have a constant deformation with little Allow forces and thus generate no clicking or clicking noises.
According to the invention, the opening of each cross section is at a height between the pipes. With the term "height" here is the vertical projection the center of the opening on the connecting line of the centers of the pipe cross sections meant. In preferred embodiments, the base is located this projection between the two facing outer walls of the Tube; however, such configurations are also intended to be encompassed by the claims where the base of the projection is only between the centers of the Pipe cross sections. In typical embodiments of the invention, in which the pipes are stacked on a wall of a room, true this meaning of the term "height" with the distance from the floor of the Room.
According to the invention, the lamella sections extend transversely to the tubes, and the cross sections in turn run transversely to the lamella sections. In preferred embodiments is under the term "cross" in both cases to understand an approximately normal or vertical arrangement, so that the The direction of the cross sections is approximately parallel to the direction of the pipes. In general, however, the term "transverse" should not be limited to a 90 ° angle, but also include arrangements in which the lamella sections are inclined to the tubes and / or the cross sections obliquely to the lamella sections are aligned.
Embodiments of the invention are particularly preferred in which each lamella element has two lamella sections and a transverse section which connects the two slat sections laterally. Such a slat element has a U-shaped cross section. This arrangement is in the making particularly advantageous and maximizes the effective with little material Radiation area of the slat elements.
The tubes and the plurality of lamella elements preferably form one with the other Heat exchange register that can be attached to a wall profile using a support. The carriers are preferably made of a flexible material (e.g. a Plastic). This configuration provides a further possibility for compensation for created the thermal expansion or contraction of the heat exchange register. Compared to a rigid mechanical attachment of the heat exchange register the material load on the wall profile becomes clear once again reduced.
In one configuration of the heat exchange device as a heating device the wall profile or an air guide profile attached to it at the top, preferably one upper air duct section, which the flow rate of ascending warmed air reduced. This measure firstly makes it electrostatic Charging (and thus contamination) of the wall on which the Heat exchanger is attached, prevented, and secondly, better Swirling of the heated air with the room air and thus an improved Heating effect achieved. Finally, opposite the floor of the room, in to which the heat exchange device designed as a heating device is attached is, the wall profile preferably has a lower lip that prevents when cleaning, wash water in inaccessible areas under the heat exchange device runs and possibly leads to mold formation.
In preferred refinements of the heat exchange device, this has a Room facing cover profile on one of the previously mentioned components the heat exchange device is attached. The cross sections are preferred the lamella elements are arranged towards the cover profile and stand with this in extensive contact. This measure ensures good heat transfer achieved from the lamella elements to the heat-conducting cover profile and thus the total radiation surface used by the heat exchange device significantly enlarged.
The cover profile is preferably relatively flat, so that it is transverse to its direction is bendable by at least 90 °. Then there are no special corner pieces for the cover profile required; but several heat exchange registers, e.g. on both sides of a corner of the room can be arranged with a continuous be closed according to the curved cover profile to the room.
In one embodiment of the heat exchange device as a cooling device also the already mentioned lower lip can be provided to move from the heat exchange register Conducting dripping condensate into a gutter. Furthermore, in this case the cover profile is preferably made of heat-insulating Material formed in order to avoid being directed towards the interior of the room Side of the cover profile forms condensation. The idea of a heat exchange device as a cooling device for mounting on a wall near the ceiling or to train directly on the ceiling, using means to catch of condensed water and / or a. insulating cover profile and / or a curtain track are considered as an independent invention. at Such cooling devices represent the transverse sections interrupted by openings the slat elements are a feature of preferred embodiments, but not an essential feature. Rather, the slat elements need such cooling devices have no cross sections, or the cross sections can be continuous (uninterrupted).
In preferred embodiments of the method according to the invention the heat exchange registers produced with it have the characteristics described above and / or the features defined in the device claims correspond. Furthermore, in a preferred continuation of the invention Process the heat exchange register thus produced on carriers and these in turn attached to a wall profile to be together with a cover profile a heat exchange device according to the device claims receive.
The heat exchange device shown in cross section in FIGS. 1 and 2 is as
Heater, more specifically designed as a baseboard heater. She instructs
At the lower end, the
At the upper end of the
The
The
Spezielle
38, 40 angebracht.
In the section of the
The
The view of a
In the exemplary embodiment of the invention described here, the outer diameter is

If the heat exchange device described here is put into operation, then heated

This arrangement reduces the noise level when the temperature changes

ausmacht. In one alternative embodiment, the heat exchange device is a cooling device

Lamellenabschnitte 52, 54 hinein.Fig. 5 shows a
In a next step, the
To a heat exchanger designed as a heating device with the so
