Claims (7)
- Motored bogie for an integral low-floor railway vehicle comprising a chassis (1) resting on four wheels (2) by means of a primary suspension (3), said chassis (1) supporting at least one motor (5) placed on one side of the chassis (1) and connected to at least one wheel (2) by a drive system (6, 7), each wheel (2) comprising an individual wheel shaft supported by a journal box, said drive system comprising an outlet reducer (7) directly coupled to the shaft of said wheel (2) and a telescopic drive system (6), of the type with a double universal joint, placed between the outlet reducer (7) and the motor (5), characterised in that the outlet reducer (7) is placed on the outside of the wheel (2) and comprises a case containing the journal box of the wheel shaft (2), said outlet reducer case (7) also acting as a support element for a primary suspension element (3) on which the chassis (1) rests.
- Motored bogie according to claim 1, characterised in that it comprises two motors (5) fixed to the chassis (1) and placed longitudinally on either side of the chassis (1), each motor (5) driving the two wheels (2), placed one in front of the other on the side of the chassis (1), by means of a telescopic drive system (6) of the type with a double universal joint placed between the motor (5) and an outlet reducer (7) coupled directly to the wheel shaft (2), each outlet reducer (7) comprising a case that contains the journal box of the wheel (2) and acts as a support element for a primary suspension member (3).
- Motored bogie according to either one of the claims 1 or 2, characterised in that at least one wheel (2) comprises a shaft passing through the outlet reducer case (7) towards the outside of the bogie, said wheel shaft (2) being solidly attached to a brake disc (9) mounted on the outside of the outlet reducer (7).
- Motored bogie according to claims 2 and 3, characterised in that each side of the bogie comprises a wheel (2) equipped with a shaft passing through the outlet reducer case (7) and solidly attached to a brake disc (9), said brake disc (9) being mounted on the outside of the outlet reducer (7) and on the outside of the wheel (2).
- Motored bogie according to any one of the claims from 1 to 4, characterised in that said motors (5) comprise a single rotor equipped with two output shafts, each pointing in opposite directions.
- Motored bogie according to any one of the claims from 1 to 5, characterised in that said primary suspension members (3) consist of a sandwich of metal plates and plates of an elastomer material and are placed between a bearing surface of the outside face of the outlet reducer cases (7) and a bearing surface of the chassis (1).
- Motored bogie according to any one of the claims from 1 to 6, characterised in that said chassis (1) consists of two longitudinal sills (11) placed on the outside of the wheels (2) and connected with each other by means of bolsters (12) having a central lowered section extending below the height of the wheel spindles (2)
