Die Erfindung betrifft einen Beschlag mit Spaltlüftvorrichtung an einem festen Rahmen und einem gegenüber diesem abstellbaren Flügel eines Fensters, einer Tür oder dergleichen, umfassend ein an dem Flügel vorgesehenes flügelseitiges Spaltlüftungselement sowie ein diesem zugeordnetes, an einem Beschlagarm vorgesehenes beschlagarmseitiges Spaltlüftungselement, wobei der Beschlagarm in einem Falz zwischen dem Flügel und dem festen Rahmen angeordnet und an dem Flügel um eine senkrecht zu der Flügelfalzfläche verlaufende flügelseitige Drehachse drehbar gelagert ist und wobei eines der Spaltlüftungselemente gekoppelt mit einer an dem Flügel in Falzumfangsrichtung geführten Treibstange eines Treibstangenbeschlages relativ zu dem anderen Spaltlüftungselement beweglich ist und die beiden Spaltlüftungselemente durch derartige Relativbewegung unter Fixieren des Flügels in wenigstens einer Spaltlüftungsstellung miteinander in Eingriff bringbar und unter Freigeben des in einer Spaltlüftungsstellung befindlichen Flügels voneinander trennbar sind. - Fitting according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the sash (7) is displaceable relative to the fixed frame (18) about a tilt axis into a gap tilt position and in that a sash-side and a fitting-arm-side gap tilt element are provided as gap ventilating elements (8, 13) and the fitting arm (7) is located in the rebate situated opposite the tilt axis of the sash (3) between the sash (3) and the fixed frame (18).
- Fitting according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the sash (3) is mounted on the fixed frame (18) so as to be rotatable about an axis of rotation and the drive rod fitting (1) is shiftable into a turn ready position, wherein the fitting arm (7), with the drive rod fitting (1) in the turn ready position, extends on the relevant sash rebate surface (2) in the rebate circumferential direction (5) and is moved by means of the drive rod (6) in the rebate circumferential direction (5) into a position, where when said position is assumed, a guide element (14) provided fixed-frame-side on the fitting arm (7) and associated with the fixed-frame-side turn-and-slide guide (19) is released from the turn-and-slide guide (19) in its direction of movement associated with a rotational movement of the sash (3).
- Fitting according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the fitting arm (7), in its position associated with the locking position and/or in its position associated with the turn ready position of the drive rod fitting (1), is locked on the sash (3) via a moveable drive-rod-side locking element (28), coupled with the drive rod (6), against turning about its sash-side axis of rotation (11).
- Fitting according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the driving-rod-side locking element for locking the fitting arm (7) in its position associated with the locking position of the drive rod fitting (1) and/or the drive-rod-side locking element for locking the fitting arm (7) in its position associated with the turn ready position of the drive rod fitting (1) is structurally uniform with the fitting-arm-side gap ventilating element and/or in that the corresponding sash-side locking element (28) is structurally uniform with the sash-side gap ventilating element (8).
- Fitting according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the fitting-arm-side gap ventilating element (13) is provided as driving-rod-side locking element for locking the fitting arm (7) in its position associated with locking position of the drive rod fitting (1) and/or as driving-rod-side locking element for locking the fitting arm (7) in its position associated with the turn ready position of the drive rod fitting (8).
- Fitting according to one of the preceding claims,
characterized in that the sash (3) is moveable on the fixed frame (18) so as to be tiltable about a tilt axis and in that the sash (3), when assuming the tilt position, is supported on the fixed frame (18) in the tilt opening direction by means of the fitting arm (7). - Fitting according to one of the preceding claims,
characterized in that a faulty operation inhibit (9) acting on the drive rod fitting (1) is provided, which, with the drive rod fitting (1) located in the gap ventilating position, inhibits the drive rod (6) from transferring the drive rod fitting (1) into a tilt ready position or with the drive rod fitting (1) situated in the tilt ready position inhibits the drive rod (6) from transferring the drive rod fitting (1) into the turn ready position or into the tilt ready position. - Window, door or the like, comprising a fixed frame (18), a sash (3) that is displaceable relative to said frame and a fitting provided on the fixed frame (18) and the sash (3) according to one of the preceding claims.
