Claims (21)

  1. Bayonet-type locking arrangement between a consumable grinding disc, in which the grinding material is applied to the front face of a carrier disc (21), and a supporting plate (1) which is or can be permanently connected to the shaft of a grinding machine and to whose front face (4) the rear face of the carrier disc can be clamped by means of the bayonet-type locking arrangement and can be locked in at least one direction of relative rotation of grinding disc and supporting plate,
    on the front face of the supporting plate, around its axis, there being distributed first bayonet-type locking elements (11) which enter into a bayonet-type locking engagement engaging behind respectively associated first bayonet-type locking elements (28) which are distributed on the rear face of the carrier disc, around its axis, and
    on the front face of the supporting plate, around its axis, interspersed in between the first bayonet-type locking elements, there being distributed second bayonet-type locking elements (15), which enter into a locking engagement with respectively associated second bayonet-type locking elements (33), which are distributed on the rear face of the carrier disc, around its axis, interspersed between the respective associated first bayonet-type locking elements,
    the locking engagement being in particular a latching engagement,
    characterized in that, in the locked position of the bayonet-type locking arrangement, the second bayonet-type locking elements (15) of the supporting plate (1), interacting with the second bayonet-type locking elements (33) of the carrier disc (21), clamp the first bayonet-type locking elements (11) of the supporting plate (1) with a force fit against the associated first bayonet-type locking elements (28) of the carrier disc (21).
  2. Bayonet-type locking arrangement according to Claim 1, characterized in that the first bayonet-type locking elements (11) on the supporting plate (1) are those elements which engage behind the first bayonet-type locking elements (28) assigned to the carrier disc (21).
  3. Bayonet-type locking arrangement according to Claim 1 or 2, characterized in that the engaging elements (11) of the first bayonet-type locking elements have a mushroom shape (13, 14).
  4. Bayonet-type locking arrangement according to one of Claims 1 to 3, characterized in that the engaged elements of the first bayonet-type locking elements are undercut grooves (29), which extend in sections around the axis of the bayonet-type locking arrangement, are open in their one end region for the insertion of the engaging elements of the first bayonet-type locking elements and, in their other end region, are formed as an undercut groove, behind whose undercut engagement takes place.
  5. Bayonet-type locking arrangement according to Claim 4, characterized in that the opening of the undercut groove (29) through which the engaging elements (11) of the first bayonet-type locking elements reach tapers towards their end as an insertion guide for the engaging elements.
  6. Bayonet-type locking arrangement according to either of Claims 4 and 5, characterized in that the end of the undercut groove (29) is formed as a stop limiting the insertion movement of the engaging elements (11).
  7. Bayonet-type locking arrangement according to one of Claims 1 to 6, characterized in that a latching arrangement (15, 34) with a form fit is formed between the second bayonet-type locking elements.
  8. Bayonet-type locking arrangement according to one of Claims 1 to 7, characterized in that one element of the second bayonet-type locking elements (15) is formed as a run-on ramp and the respectively associated second element is formed as a rising supporting surface (26a).
  9. Bayonet-type locking arrangement according to Claims 7 and 8, characterized in that a latching engagement is formed in the angular direction between a latching lug or a vertex region (17) on the run-on ramp and a latching depression (34) on the supporting surface.
  10. Bayonet-type locking arrangement according to one of Claims 1 to 9, in particular according to Claim 8 or 9, characterized in that elevated elements of the second bayonet-type locking elements (15), preferably the run-on ramps, are formed on the supporting plate (11), and recessed elements (34) of the second bayonet-type locking elements (33) are formed on the carrier disc (21).
  11. Bayonet-type locking arrangement according to one of Claims 1 to 10, characterized in that the supporting disc (1) and the carrier disc (21) are in locking engagement (5, 23) resisting lateral relative translational displacements.
  12. Bayonet-type locking arrangement according to Claim 11, characterized in that the carrier disc (21) or preferably the supporting disc (1) has a cylindrical circumferential outer edge (5), in which the main body of the other of these two parts engages with a form fit (with 23).
  13. Bayonet-type locking arrangement according to Claim 12, characterized in that the main body has a circumferential annular flange or outer flange (35) which is superposed on the outer edge (5).
  14. Bayonet-type locking arrangement according to one of Claims 1 to 13, characterized in that the supporting disc (1), together with the elements (11, 15) of the first and second bayonet-type locking elements that are mounted on it, is fabricated integrally from metal, preferably as a pressure die-casting, for example of aluminium or an aluminium alloy.
  15. Bayonet-type locking arrangement according to one of Claims 1 to 14, characterized in that the carrier disc (21), together with the elements (28, 33) of the first and second bayonet-type locking elements that are mounted on it, is fabricated integrally from a plastic, preferably as an injection moulding.
  16. Bayonet-type locking arrangement according to one of Claims 1 to 15, characterized in that the carrier disc (21) is constructed from webs in the manner of a skeleton.
  17. Bayonet-type locking arrangement according to Claim 16, characterized in that the carrier disc (21) has two concentric annular webs (22, 23), which are reinforced relative to each other by intermediate webs, with which the elements (28, 33) of the first and second bayonet-type locking elements of the carrier disc are also formed.
  18. Bayonet-type locking arrangement according to Claim 17 and one of Claims 1 to 16, characterized in that the rising supporting surface on the free edge in the direction of the supporting disc (1) is formed between the two concentric annular webs (22, 23) by annular web sections (26a) that are concentric with the two concentric annular webs (22, 23).
  19. Bayonet-type locking arrangement according to Claim 18, characterized in that the annular web sections (26a) are crossed in their central region by a radial connecting web (25) of the two concentric annular webs (22, 23) and are preferably supported obliquely at their respective end in the circumferential direction against the radially inner (22) of the two concentric annular webs (22, 23), in each case by an additional web (27).
  20. Bayonet-type locking arrangement according to Claim 18 or 19, characterized in that the annular web sections, seen in the circumferential direction of the carrier disc (21), form at their one end a continuation web which, preferably crossing a radial supporting web (24) between the two concentric annular webs (22, 23), merges into the end web structure of the engaged elements (29) of the first bayonet-type locking elements (28) and, at its other end, merges into a lateral web (31) of the web structure on the inlet side of the undercut elements of the first bayonet-type locking elements.
  21. Bayonet-type locking arrangement according to Claim 20, characterized in that, in the imaginary radial transition plane, the radially outer lateral web of the web structure on the inlet side of the undercut elements (29, 32) is supported against the radially outer (23) of the two concentric annular webs (22, 23) by a first intermediate web (31) running radially, and the radially inner lateral web of the web structure on the inlet side of the undercut elements is supported against the radially inner (22) of the two concentric annular webs by a second intermediate web (30) running radially.
