Definitions
- the invention relates to a bayonet closure between a consumable grinding wheel and a clamping disk having the features of the preamble of claim 1.
- a bayonet lock is known from DE 44 30 229 A1 , In particular Fig. 7 to 9 with description, known per se.
- the abrasive is mounted on a support disc, which must be disposed of when consuming the abrasive. If such a consumable grinding wheel is to be stable in continuous use, the requirement of static strength substantially with certain cost portion of the consumable support disk on the whole consumable grinding wheel is relatively high and provides primarily reason for considerations to reduce the cost portion of the consumable support disc can significantly .
- the aim is to reduce the cost portion of the consumable carrier disk on the consumable grinding wheel and to assign the static strength to a large part of a clamping disk, which is permanently connected as a non-consumable part with the grinding machine or at least connectable with this is. After consumption of the abrasive is then attached to the same clamping disc a new consumable grinding wheel, is attached to the abrasive on a consumable support plate, via a bayonet lock.
- bayonet lock from which the preamble of claim 1 proceeds, during the relative rotation of the clamping plate and support plate tapers in the finally locked bayonet closure engagement, the axial relative guidance of clamping plate and support plate so that when locked bayonet closure engagement the support disc held axially clamped on the clamping plate is.
- the invention has for its object, at least partially and as completely as possible to relieve the first bayonet closure elements of the production complicated and not always durable load additional tasks of clamping the support plate on the clamping disk.
- the technical task in the form-fitting locked by the first bayonet closure elements end position of the bayonet closure engagement axially foundedspannen the support disk on the clamping plate, at least partially and preferably assigned entirely to the second bayonet closure elements. It is possible and even preferable to relieve the first bayonet closure elements entirely from the function of applying an axial clamping force between support plates / clamping plate and assign this function entirely the second bayonet closure elements, even if this according to claim 7 in additional function and not as in the DE 44 30 229 A1 in a single function, even a locking of the relative rotational position of the clamping disk and the support disk in the form-locking locked bayonet engagement of the first bayonet closure elements effect.
- the second bayonet closure elements at least partially and preferably entirely the relative axial clamping force of the support disk on the clamping disc.
- the task of shaping the positive engagement of the first bayonet closure elements is simplified with each other, even if they still take a share of the axial clamping force of the support disk on the clamping disk, then expediently a half portion or preferably a smaller proportion.
- a partial allocation of the axial clamping force even to the first bayonet closure elements is especially in question when the locations of the axial local clamping as many around the axis should be arranged, for example, because otherwise the consumable support plate can move together with the applied abrasive on her.
- the clamping plate is advantageously made integrally of metal or a high-strength plastic.
- the support plate can be formed without or without excellent on their back face excellent bayonet closure elements; in any case, a stackability of the consumable grinding wheels is favored.
- the engaging elements of the first bayonet closure elements are claimed axially to train.
- a particularly simple shape is the mushroom mold according to claim 3, whose simplest shape can be through a cylindrical shaft with a circular disk as a head. This can be realized stably on the not subject to wear clamping disk.
- first bayonet closure elements can cooperate particularly advantageously with the first bayonet closure elements which can be designed free from elevations on the carrier disk according to claim 4.
- an insertion guide be formed with, which is not realized in the embodiment described later.
- the latching according to claim 7 fixes the relative angular position of the support disk on the clamping disk in the end position of the bayonet closure engagement.
- claims 12 and 13 a backup against relative translational displacements transverse to the axis of the support disk and clamping disk.
- the consumable support plate together with the elements arranged on it the first and second bayonet closure elements integrally made of a plastic, preferably as an injection molded part.
- Figs. 1a to 1c show a permanent-resistant clamping plate 1, which is made of metal integrally.
- a permanent-resistant clamping plate 1 is for example a die-cast part, wherein as material in particular aluminum or an aluminum alloy is offered.
- the manufacture also comes from a durable plastic, e.g. PPT or PPS, in which case the production as an injection-molded part is preferred.
- the main body of the clamping disk 1 is an annular disk 2, the outer edge of which has a bevel 3 tapering in the direction of the grinding machine (not shown).
- annular disk 2 Around the frontal face 4 extends in a continuous connection to the chamfer 3, a cylindrically encircling outer edge 5 with a lying in a common radial plane annular plan support surface 6.
- the annular disc 2 Radially further inside than the annular frontal support surface 4, the annular disc 2 in a in Direction to the grinding machine tapered conical connecting piece 7 continues, wherein also the inner connection region between the connecting piece 7 and the frontal end face 4 is formed as a chamfer 8.
- the grinder facing the end of the connecting piece 7 is closed by an annular disc 9, in which an axial circular opening 10 is provided for the mounting of the clamping plate 1 on the shaft, also not shown, of the grinding machine.
- the frontal face 4 of the clamping plate 1 are at uniform angular intervals engaging behind the first Bayonet closure elements 11 distributed. Without limiting the generality of four such bayonet closure elements 11 are provided, each of which is assigned to each right angle segment.
- the bayonet closure elements 11 have approximately the same radial distance from the inner and the outer circular edge of the frontal end face. 4
- the bayonet closure elements 11 are mushroom-shaped with a stem 13 having the shape of a cylindrical pin and a mushroom head 14 formed as a projecting flat annular flange. Alternatively, other shapes, not shown, of the trunk 13 and the mushroom head 14 come into question.
- second bayonet closure elements 15 are nested around the axis of the frontal end face 4 between the engaging behind the first bayonet closure elements 11, which protrude in the same direction as the first bayonet closure elements 11 of the frontal face 4. They have the shape of a circular arc around the axis of the frontal face 4 extending ramp, whose two end portions are each formed as a ramp 16.
- the ramps 16 rise steadily from the radial plane of the frontal face 4 to a central apex region 17.
- the two radially outer and radially inner edges of the ramp are formed as openings 18 and 19, respectively.
- FIGS. 1a to 1c show a consumable carrier disk 21 of a grinding wheel which can be consumed in its entirety.
- abrasive that is consumed during grinding is applied to the frontal end face facing away from the observer of FIGS. 2a and 2b.
- the support disc 21 is disposed of, as far as the abrasive is consumed. Any known type of abrasive application is contemplated. In particular, but not exclusively, cases are considered in which the abrasive is applied either as a continuous disk or circumferentially overlapping abrasive blades. It can be provided manifold variations in material and structure, for example, single or multi-layered structure, with and without reinforcement insert, etc.
- the support plate 21 is suitably made together with their components described below integrally made of a plastic, preferably as an injection molded part.
- the support plate 21 shows a skeletal structure of webs. Their main body has two concentric annular webs 22 and 23, which are stiffened against each other by subsequently considered in more detail intermediate webs.
- a special feature consists in the fact that the elements of the first and second bayonet closure elements, which cooperate with the bayonet closure elements 11 and 15 on the clamping plate 1, are formed by the skeletal web structure with.
- the two ring lands 22 and 23 are rigidly connected to each other by radial connecting webs 24 and 25 distributed over the circumference, with connecting webs 24 or 25 of the same numbering being distributed at equal angular distances among each other over the circumference of the carrying disk 21.
- the connecting webs 25 are arranged in the one angular direction with about one third and in the other angular direction, in Fig. 2a in the clockwise direction, with about two-thirds of the angular distance of the connecting webs 24.
- the number of connecting webs 24 is equal to the number of first bayonet closure elements 12 on the clamping plate 1 and the number of connecting webs 25 equal to the number of second bayonet closure elements 15 on the clamping disk. 1
- annular web portions 26a and 26b In the radial gap between the annular webs 22 and 23 are annular web portions 26a and 26b nested, which cross the radial connecting webs 24 and 25 and complement each other in the circumferential direction.
- first and second bayonet closure elements which cooperate with the first and second bayonet closure elements 11 and 15 of the clamping plate 1 as a bayonet closure, as follows formed on the web-like skeleton structure of the support disk 21.
- the first bayonet closure elements 28 of the support disk 21 are formed by the fact that the annular web sections 26b form an undercut groove 29, which is formed open in the counterclockwise direction in the illustration of FIG. 2a and closed in the clockwise direction. At the open end, a support of the radially inner leg of the undercut groove 29 takes place through a radial web stub 30 between the annular web section 26b and the radially inner annular web 22.
- the annular land portion 26b is then continued to form the radially inner leg of the undercut groove 29 in a clockwise direction to then extend to form the completion of the undercut groove 29 U-shaped curved outward, where counterclockwise to form the radially outer leg the undercut groove 29 is a rearward extension of the annular land portion 26b. This ends at the open end of the undercut groove 29, where the annular web section 26b merges via a further radial web stub 31 in the outer annular ridge 22.
- the undercut of the undercut groove 29 is achieved in that in the inner region of the undercut groove 29 whose insertion opening is narrowed by a flange-like overhang 32 at the rear edge of the annular web portion 26 b.
- the mushroom head 14 of the first bayonet closure elements 11 on the clamping plate 1 can engage in the overhang in the locked position of the bayonet closure.
- the two stub stems 30 and 31 are at the same radius. In addition, approximately equal angular intervals of the sequence of web stubs 30, 31, radial connecting webs 24 and radial connecting webs 25 are provided in the circumferential direction.
- the second bayonet closure elements 33 of the support disk 21 are formed by the respective rear outer edge of the annular web portions 26a in the area A of Fig. 2a and 2b, and according to FIG. 2d there and in the vicinity thereof, where an intersection with the radial connecting webs 25 takes place.
- the radially outer annular ridge 23 carries on its front side an outer annular flange 35. On these comes the outer edge 5 of the clamping plate 1 to lie during the clamping. In addition, while the outer edge 5 surrounds the outer annular ridge 23 so that an otherwise conceivable translational displacement of the support plate 21 is blocked with respect to the clamping plate 1 transverse to the axial direction.
- a chamfer 36 is finally provided at the radial inner edge of the annular web 22 .
- the free rear edge of the annular web 23 is formed with an outer chamfer 37.

Abstract
Description
For consumable grinding wheels, the abrasive is mounted on a support disc, which must be disposed of when consuming the abrasive. If such a consumable grinding wheel is to be stable in continuous use, the requirement of static strength substantially with certain cost portion of the consumable support disk on the whole consumable grinding wheel is relatively high and provides primarily reason for considerations to reduce the cost portion of the consumable support disc can significantly , In the case of bayonet locks of the present type, the aim is to reduce the cost portion of the consumable carrier disk on the consumable grinding wheel and to assign the static strength to a large part of a clamping disk, which is permanently connected as a non-consumable part with the grinding machine or at least connectable with this is. After consumption of the abrasive is then attached to the same clamping disc a new consumable grinding wheel, is attached to the abrasive on a consumable support plate, via a bayonet lock.
Bayonet locks on against each other by a relative rotational movement to be locked components, here the clamping disk and the support plate, always have (first) bayonet closure elements, which come together in the locked state in a trailing interlocking bayonet closure engagement. In the known bayonet lock, from which the preamble of claim 1 proceeds, during the relative rotation of the clamping plate and support plate tapers in the finally locked bayonet closure engagement, the axial relative guidance of clamping plate and support plate so that when locked bayonet closure engagement the support disc held axially clamped on the clamping plate is. To fix the locked bayonet closure engagement serve in the circumferential direction of the frontal face of the clamping disc and at the rear end face of the support plate between the respective first bayonet closure elements nested cooperating second bayonet closure elements, but in the relative position of the locked bayonet closure engagement in turn exert no axial clamping force, but only an anti-rotation Engagement of pins and Represent Rastloch.
The invention has for its object, at least partially and as completely as possible to relieve the first bayonet closure elements of the production complicated and not always durable load additional tasks of clamping the support plate on the clamping disk.
This object is achieved in a bayonet closure with the features of the preamble of claim 1 by its characterizing features.
The
The engaging elements of the first bayonet closure elements are claimed axially to train. A particularly simple shape is the mushroom mold according to
Such first bayonet closure elements can cooperate particularly advantageously with the first bayonet closure elements which can be designed free from elevations on the carrier disk according to
Einfacher zu realisieren und daher auch bevorzugt ist jedoch die schon oben angesprochene Verrastungsmöglichkeit gemäß Anspruch 7.One could also in a manner which is not realized in the embodiment, according to claim 6 between the cooperating first bayonet closure elements a Form end stop, which defines the end points when the support plate is rotated relative to the clamping plate in the end position of the bayonet engagement. However, it is simpler to realize and therefore also preferred the latching possibility already mentioned above according to
The latching according to
According to claim 15, the consumable support plate together with the elements arranged on it the first and second bayonet closure elements integrally made of a plastic, preferably as an injection molded part.
In such a case, one can achieve low material use with sufficiently high stability of the support disk, if this skeleton is constructed of webs with which then expediently the associated elements of the first and second bayonet closure elements are realized.
There are various possibilities of realization of this concept conceivable here.
The invention will be explained in more detail below with reference to schematic drawings of an embodiment.

Figs. 1a to 1c show a permanent-resistant clamping plate 1, which is made of metal integrally. Appropriately, it is for example a die-cast part, wherein as material in particular aluminum or an aluminum alloy is offered. Alternatively, however, the manufacture also comes from a durable plastic, e.g. PPT or PPS, in which case the production as an injection-molded part is preferred.
The main body of the clamping disk 1 is an
The annular land portion 26b is then continued to form the radially inner leg of the undercut
- In Fig. 2a in the clockwise direction, the
Ringstegabschnitte 26a each outside close to the apex of the U-shaped curvature of theannular web portions 26 a, which forms the end of the undercutgroove 29. The clockwise other end of the respectiveannular web portion 26a then continues in the radially inner leg of the next undercutgroove 29, which in turn is formed by aring land portion 26a.
The undercut of the undercut
The two stub stems 30 and 31 are at the same radius. In addition, approximately equal angular intervals of the sequence of
The second
In these second
The radially inner
The radially outer
At the radial inner edge of the
- Instead of the extension of the
frontal end face 4 of the clamping plate 1 in its radial plane, an extension extending back from thechamfer 8 can also be provided, namely in a rotationally symmetrical straight line or curved. The rear end face of thesupport disk 21 is then correspondingly shaped to be complementary.
