Definitions
- the invention relates to a closure cap for Infusion and transfusion bottles, with one Flaring neck around the bottle, a stopper in the bottle securing crimp cap, which has a central recess from the central area a plastic lid is closed such that an annular zone of the plastic cover the edge of the central recess engages, with at least one through Material thinning formed, radially running nominal crease line of the plastic cover is formed.
- a cap of this kind is through the EP 0 291 658 A1 is known.
- the radial there for example
- the target bend line makes it easier to remove of the plastic cover, which is the most used as an overcap metal crimp cap protectively overlaid. About their then the exposed central recess becomes a puncture area of the sealing plug can be accessed through the spikes.
- the radial nominal bending line implemented as a groove, sits down according to an embodiment of the above Precursor as a radial breakthrough in the wall of the cap-shaped plastic lid. The breakthrough opens on the front of the plastic lid edge.
- the invention has Task, a generic cap from the point of view of a commissioning train advantageous.
- the desired effect is further increased by that the radially running nominal crease line is on the outside edge in an axial weakening of the plastic cover continues, the target crease line extending into the axially shaped inner surface of the plastic cover is.
- This axially oriented weakening occurs as an additional Crack on.
- the shape of the weakening on the inner surface makes the appropriate means Securing the originality from the outside practically not recognizable.
- the crack immediately opens. It brings further Invention in proposal that the material dilution in The range of the nominal buckling lines is stronger than in the Extensive weakening. That has advantages with regard to one easier opening of the bottle, i.e. Kinking the Plastic lid from the periphery.
- the circumferential weakening one in cross section seen, is U-shaped groove. It creates one kind of trench. Its width can be chosen that the kink axis is accommodated as a tendon. in the With regard to crack formation, it proves to be advantageous that the radial nominal bending line as, in Seen cross section, V-recess is designed. The forms a notch valley that is easy to separate.
- a further education results from the fact that the Bottom of the V-recess is lower than the sole the perimeter weakening. Leave fracture crack and white fracture reach each other so clearly and effectively. In detail the related training looks like that the wall thickness of the Plastic cover radially outside is larger than radial Inside.
- the crimp cap supports the plastic cover is thereby ensured that the greater wall thickness penetrated by the nominal bending line the plastic cover from the outside radially, distributed over the circumference, continuing in ribs that height-compensating in the area of lower wall thickness raise and reach to the extent weakening.
- the ribs in the bisector of the Target crease lines are continuously formed. The latter lie ideally spaced from six equally spaced Target crease lines, or the ones forming them V-recesses.
- the illustrated closure cap 1 consists of a overlapping plastic cover 2 with underlying metallic crimp cap 3.
- the crimp cap which holds the plastic cover 2 astride 3 is a collar 4 of the flared neck 5 of a bottle 6, for example an infusion bottle, crimped.
- the beaded rim bears the reference number 7.
- the overlying crimp edge is 3 ' designated.
- the bottle 6 is made of glass, for example.
- metal crimp cap 3 With regard to the metal crimp cap 3 is appropriate resort to plastically deformable aluminum.
- a Sealing plug 8 It is a hollow plug. The sits sealingly in a mouth 9 of the flange neck 5 of the bottle 6.
- the opening of a cavity 10 of the sealing plug 8 is facing the interior 11 of the bottle 6.
- the cave 10 lies in the actual plug-forming section and closes recognizably with a horizontal End face 12 of the collar 4 of the flared neck 5.
- the End face 12 is of one, the sealing plug 8 in the upper area, a peripherally molded ring flange 13 attacked, which by means of the associated crimp cap 3 firm and thus sealing against said end face 12 is pressed.
- the sealing plug 8 is pierceable Closure body realized. It is made of elastomeric Material such as butyl rubber. The stinging is favored by the cave 10. This way given thin-walled zone of the sealing plug 8 declared as puncture area 14. As a piercing tool can be seen from Figure 9 cannula 15 of a syringe 16 can be viewed. On the other hand, the content extraction the liquid shown there in dashed lines 17 also done via the infusion set, this under more common hanging, neck down Arrangement of the infusion bottle or transfusion bottle. The related spike is not shown.
- the ring zone 21 has one from the level of the ceiling 20 protruding stand height of approximately the thickness of the material the crimp cap 3.
- the recess 23 is such that also the plastic cover 2 on the crimp cap 3 anchoring sub-tongues 24 are accommodated.
- Said lower gripping tongues 24 go from a ring collar realized as a ring zone 21. You are in Demoulded state as essentially an imaginary Row of teeth taking cylindrical course realized (see Figures 1 and 2). Accordingly, originally axially oriented sub-tongues 24 are interrupted by gaps 25. It is a total six lower gripping tongues 24, each of the same width, and smaller gaps 25 than the circumferential length of the lower gripping tongues Is 24. The ratio of gaps to Tongue is between 1: 2 and 1: 5, preferably 1 : 3.
- the lower gripping tongues 24 can be easily flared, so that a thermally / mechanically induced spreading for the underhand direction is well prepared.
- Cap 1 and bottle 6 are rotationally symmetrical Structure.
- the relevant longitudinal central axis bears the reference symbol x-x.
- the plastic cover 2 has radially extending set buckling lines I on. They are on the inside the cover 20 of the plastic cover 2 and are center-oriented. Said set buckling lines I are due to material thinning generated, this when injection molding the Plastic cover 2.
- Target buckling lines I at a clear radial distance y starting at a center z of the plastic cover 2, realized.
- This distance y corresponds approximately to that half the radius of the flat pot-shaped plastic cover 2.
- the material thinning ends in the center one concentric to the center z of the plastic cover 2 circumferential weakening S in which they flows openly.
- the target bending lines I end peripherally close to the edge.
- the radially oriented set buckling line I is as, im Cross-section seen, V-recess designed. It deals around notch valleys. These are peripheral in cross-section Connection to the equally profiled axial weakening S 'in the inner surface 26 of the cap wall 27. Im Seen in cross-section, the same V-recess lies before, so a notched valley. The latter is of such depth that only a rudimentary wall thickness - about a third - that remains with moderate forces can be opened by breaking crack. Just like with a fastened Plastic cover 2 the V-recess on the bottom the ceiling 20 is hidden from view, is also the V-recess, forming the weakening S ', practical from the outside not visible.
- Circumferential weakening S is another cross section based, in the profile namely a U-shaped groove. their The depth is more than two thirds of the basic thickness Blanket 20.
- the V-recesses of the nominal bending lines I are radial Penetrations one of the circumferential weakening S radially upstream stage 29. Accordingly, the material thinning stronger in the area of the nominal buckling lines I. than recognizable in the circumferential weakening S. namely the valley bottom 30 of the V-recess of the desired crease line I deeper than the bottom 31 of the circular circumferential weakening S. That means that above the bottom of the valley 30 a thinner residual wall remains on ceiling 20 than above the sole 31 of the ring trench. The latter is due to the small amount of material, even more stable, while the former zone tear down more easily leaves.
- a corresponding height compensation In the area of level 29, however, at least partially, a corresponding height compensation. That embodies formed in that step-compensating ribs 32 are. The details in this regard are such that from the V-recess of the nominal bending line I penetrated greater wall thickness of the plastic cover 2 from the outside radially, distributed over the circumference, in the ribs 32 continues, which is smaller in the area Raise wall thickness to compensate for height and up to circular circumferential weakening S, the groove 28, pass.
- Ribs 32 each lie in the bisector adjacent target bending lines I running. All in all are six nominal crease lines distributed at equal angles I trained.
- the broken ceiling as shown in Figure 4, can also destroy an applied logo serve and so the reuse of the closure also exclude from this optical-visual side.
