Abstract

Es wird eine neue Vorrichtung zum Messen der Temperatur der Rolle (2) einer Heizgalette vorgeschlagen. Dazu wird die Rolle (2) in ihrer Geometrie so verändert, dass von der Montageseite her ein zylindrischer Luftspalt (3) so angeordnet werden kann, dass er auf drei Seiten vom gleichartigen Material der Rolle (2) umfangen ist. Er befindet sich damit annähernd im gleichen radialen Abstand von der Wellenachse wie der Umschlingungsbereich (23) der Rolle (2). Ein Messfühler ragt vom feststehenden Teil (11) der Heizgalette seitlich in diesen Luftspalt. Im Bereich seines freien Endes ist eine Messsonde (15) angeordnet.
