Abstract

Zum Herstellen eines Wärmetauschers für einen Brennwertkessel wird eine Gießform vorbereitet und mit Kernen (1,1') zur Ausbildung der wasserseitigen und brenngasseitigen Flächen im Wärmetauscher ausgerüstet. Dabei wird jeweils eine vorbestimmte Anzahl gleichgestalteter Kerne für die Ausbildung wasserseitiger Flächen abwechselnd mit gleichgestalteten Kernen für die Ausbildung brenngasseitiger Flächen aneinandergereiht und als Summe im Monoblock in einer Form abgegossen.
Die Anzahl aneinandergereihter Kerne wird in Abhängigkeit von der gewünschten Leistung der herzustellenden Wärmetauscher gewählt.
