Claims (23)
- Système d'étanchéité destiné à être utilisé près d'une ouverture d'une habitation ou autre construction pour empêcher l'infiltration d'eau, de boue et autres produits dans l'habitation à protéger, le système comprenant:un panneau central (10) en deux parties (10a, 10b) distinctes adaptable aux dimensions de l'ouverture à protéger,une chambre à air gonflable (20) périphérique assurant l'étanchéité du système,un cadre profilé (30) fixé sur la périphérie du panneau central (10a, 10b) destiné à soutenir et guider la chambre à air gonflable (20), etune extension centrale (50) épousant la forme du cadre profilé (30) et des deux parties (10a, 10b) et formant une gangue dans laquelle viennent s'insérer les deux parties (10a, 10b),
- Système d'étanchéité suivant la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que l'extension centrale (50) comprend deux tôles métalliques (50) formant une gangue creuse et qui sont boulonnées aux deux parties (10a, 10b) avec des boulons étanches (71).

- Système d'étanchéité suivant l'une des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce que la forme du prolongement (35) de l'extension centrale (50) dans la partie inférieure épouse la forme du profilé (30) et sert ainsi de raidisseur.
- Système d'étanchéité suivant l'une des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisé en ce que la distance nécessaire entre les deux parties (10a, 10b) du panneau selon la largeur de l'ouverture à protéger est assurée par des ressorts disposés en les parties (10a, 10b) ou par un système mécanique ou électrique actionnable de l'extérieur par manivelle ou bouton.
- Système d'étanchéité suivant l'une des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend en outre sur les bords supérieurs des deux parties (10a, 10b) du panneau deux verrous destinés à servir de sécurité contre la pression ascensionnelle au cas où les murs et chambranles servant de points d'appui aux parties latérales de la chambre à air (20) sont particulièrement lisses et risquent d'entraíner un glissement de la chambre à air (20).
- Système d'étanchéité suivant l'une des revendications 1 à 7, caractérisé en ce qu'il comporte en outre un étançon télescopique adapté à être vissé au sol et au plafond pour assurer la stabilité centrale contre la pression ascensionnelle et permettant au système de s'accoupler à lui-même dans le cas de très larges ouvertures au moyen d'un double profilé articulé de part et d'autre de l'étançon télescopique destiné à recevoir les chambres à air des deux systèmes dans la partie centrale.
- Système d'étanchéité suivant l'une des revendications 1 à 8, caractérisé en ce que le cadre profilé (30) comporte un moyen d'emboítement (36, 37) pour permettre la fixation au panneau central et des moyens de guidage sous la forme de deux bras (34, 35) servant à soutenir la chambre à air gonflable (20).
- Système d'étanchéité suivant l'une des revendications 1 à 9, caractérisé en ce que les bras (34, 35) sont évasés vers l'extérieur par rapport au plan du panneau (10) pour recevoir et guider la chambre à air gonflable (20).

- Système d'étanchéité suivant l'une des revendications 1 à 17, caractérisé en ce que un des bouchons (25, 26) comporte un embout de gonflage (28) latéral et en ce que le cadre profilé (30) comporte un perçage (39) pour permettre le passage de l'embout de gonflage (28).
- Système d'étanchéité suivant l'une des revendications 1 à 18, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend en outre une bande de mousse étanche à l'eau adaptée pour être disposée entre la chambre à air (20) et les parois de l'ouverture de l'immeuble de manière à égaliser les surfaces irrégulières de ces parois.
- Système d'étanchéité suivant l'une des revendications 1 à 19, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend en outre des encoignures (40, 41) en mousse étanche à l'eau adaptées pour être disposées aux coins inférieurs et assurer l'étanchéité du système.
- Système d'étanchéité suivant l'une des revendications 1 à 20, caractérisé en ce que le cadre profilé (30) comporte quatre éléments fixés respectivement sur les bords latéraux et le bord inférieur de chaque partie (10a, 10b) du panneau central (10), et en ce que la chambre à air (20) a une forme générale en U se conformant au cadre profilé (30).
- Système d'étanchéité suivant l'une des revendications 1 à 21, caractérisé par trois chambres à air distinctes correspondant respectivement aux dimensions des bords latéraux et du bord inférieur du panneau central chacune des chambres à air comportant un bouchon à chacune des extrémités.
- Système d'étanchéité suivant l'une des revendications 1 à 22, caractérisé en ce que le cadre profilé (30) comprend quatre éléments adaptés pour être fixés aux quatre côtés du panneau central et en ce que la chambre à air a une forme généralement circulaire de manière à permettre la fermeture complète de l'ouverture à protéger.
