Abstract

Es wird ein Verfahren zum Versenden von digitalen Rundfunksignalen vorgeschlagen, wobei die digitalen Rundfunksignale in einem Gleichwellennetz versendet werden, dass dazu dient, sowohl ein überregionales als auch ein regionales Rundfunkprogramm in einer bestimmten Zeit- und Sendezone auszustrahlen. Dies wird dadurch erreicht, dass die Datenrate, die verfügbar ist, auf das überregionale und das regionale Rundfunkprogramm aufgeteilt wird. In den Störzonen, in denen sich die Rundfunksignale von verschiedenen Sendern destruktiv überlagern, wird bei dem Empfang von mehr als einem regionalen Rundfunkprogramm nur das überregionale Rundfunkprogramm decodiert und wiedergegeben. Liegt jedoch nur ein regionales Rundfunkprogramm vor, dann wird bevorzugt dieses regionale Rundfunkprogramm von einem Rundfunkempfänger decodiert und wiedergegeben. Ob in digitalen Rundfunksignalen ein regionales Rundfunkprogramm übertragen wird oder nicht wird hier bei DAB vorzugsweise im FIC angezeigt.

A method for sending digital radio signals is proposed, the digital radio signals being sent in a single-frequency network, which serves to transmit both a national and a regional radio program in a specific time and transmission zone. This is achieved by dividing the data rate that is available between the national and regional broadcasting programs. In the interference zones, in which the radio signals from different transmitters are destructively superimposed, only the national radio program is decoded and reproduced when more than one regional radio program is received. However, if there is only one regional radio program, then this regional radio program is preferably decoded and reproduced by a radio receiver. Whether a regional broadcast program is broadcast in digital broadcast signals or not is shown here at DAB, preferably in the FIC.
