Abstract
Description
The invention relates to a heat exchanger consisting of flat heat exchanger tubes, the ends of which are in associated openings provided with passages from tube sheets, protruding so far over the inside of the tube sheets, that the long sides of the flat heat exchanger tubes towards the tube plate are bendable, the tube sheets being connected to collecting boxes are. The invention further relates to a production method for the heat exchanger.
Such a heat exchanger is known from DE 198 57 435 A1. With that one Heat exchanger is a reduction in pressure losses achieved in the same. However, the funds proposed there seem to be quite expensive and therefore to be disadvantageous because a baffle plate on the inside of the tube sheet is inserted, which is the flow resistance for the inflowing or outflowing Medium is reduced and therefore the pressure loss is reduced.
The object of the present invention is therefore with essential simple, inexpensive means, in particular by dispensing with the deflection plate, a comparable reduction in pressure loss in the heat exchanger to realize.
Wärmetauscher durch die kennzeichnenden Merkmale des Anspruchs 1.The solution according to the invention results from the one designed according to the preamble
Heat exchanger by the characterizing features of
It is therefore provided that the long sides at the ends of the flat heat exchanger tubes are bent so far that the ends of the long sides are adjacent Heat exchanger tubes a streamlined surface above the tube sheet form, which includes the flow funnels of the heat exchanger tubes. To do that To allow bending, the narrow sides of the heat exchanger tubes have one Parting cut or a cutout.
This makes both optimal flow funnels for each individual heat exchanger tube created as well, especially with more deformed tube sheets, are the flow resistances caused by the deformations lead to increased pressure loss, significantly reduced. Because the streamlined A flat surface or a smooth wave shape can also be stronger deformed and therefore more stable tube sheets are used without this results in a higher pressure loss. The more deformed tube sheets allow the use of smaller sheet thicknesses, which of course is another Weight and cost factor is. The relationship between the deformation of the tube sheet and the resulting increase in pressure loss thus eliminated by the invention. Furthermore, the folded ends allow the Heat exchanger tubes an excellent solder connection of the ends in the passages at the openings of the tube sheets. Beyond that there are no auxiliary devices required that hold the pre-assembled heat exchanger together before soldering must, because the same cohesion by means of the bent ends of the Heat exchanger tubes was created.
Developments provide that the protrusion of the not yet bent ends of the heat exchanger tubes above the tube sheet taking into account the amount of the bending radius is approximately half the distance between the heat exchanger tubes is. This ensures that between the bent end Adjacent heat exchanger tubes, if possible, if at all, then only very much small gap remains. In view of the very thin sheet thickness of the heat exchanger tubes the bent ends have also proven to be feasible to allow adjacent heat exchanger tubes to overlap slightly. length tolerances the heat exchanger tubes affect the above facts out. For heat exchangers whose flat heat exchanger tubes are approximately perpendicular to the The plane of the tube sheet is the bending angle of the bent ends the heat exchanger tubes about 90 ° or slightly less than 90 °. The stiffness the bent ends is improved if the bend angle is slightly smaller than 90 °, for example 85-89 °, the aerodynamic surface being maintained remains. Particularly in the case of strongly deformed tube sheets, the inventive sheets occur Effects even if the bending angle is slightly larger than 90 ° is chosen.
The present invention is particularly effective in an easily understandable manner, if tube sheets are used, the ones arranged around the openings Draws in the direction of the collection box. Such passages are easier to manufacture and therefore more common. However, you have Hitherto always led to a higher pressure drop, which is significant due to the invention was improved. Nevertheless, the invention can also be used with such tube sheets are used, their passages towards the heat exchanger network point, the bent ends then directly on the inside of the tube sheet issue.
The manufacturing method according to the invention provides that the opposite Narrow sides of the flat heat exchanger tubes are first cut, after which the opposite long sides bent so far outwards be that they are together with the long sides of adjacent heat exchanger tubes result in a streamlined surface above the inside of the tube sheet.
The cutting process and the bending process is preferably carried out using a forming tool performed in a single operation.
For further features, reference is made to the claims.
In the exemplary embodiment shown, the heat exchanger consists of a single row of flat
In
In an exemplary embodiment, not shown, there is no mechanical connection between the
In
First, the fin-tube block is assembled by stacking flat
dargestellt.
Schmalseiten 17 in ihren Leiteigenschaften beeinträchtigt wird, was weiter
unten bei Fig. 7 beschrieben ist.Since the
The manufacturing process will be described using the example of FIGS. 4 and 5, which show the forming of only one of the
In addition, it can be seen that an excellent soldered connection between the tube ends 3 and the
Wärmetauscherrohres 1.6, the
