Vorteile sind die Sortiergutschonung,die große Kapazität,geräuscharmer Lauf und Energieersparnis. Bisher wird nach Durchmessern sortiert mittels gerüttelter,geschüttelter oder schwinggeförderter Siebe.Platzbedarf und Siebverstopfungen erschweren den Einsatz in kontinuierlichen Ernte-,Verarbeitungs- oder Bearbeitungseinrichtungen.

Das Sortiergut wird auf die höchstliegende Stelle des Tellerpaares zwischen die Teller gefördert, die Stücke fallen zwischen den Tellern bis aufden/zum passenden Klemmradius,beschreiben mit der Tellerdrehung einen stückgrößenabhängigen radialen Weg von ca 90°,lösen sich größensotiert schwerkraftbedingt und werden von zweckdienlich angeordneten und geformten Auffangrinnen weitergeleitet.
Die Beschickung in notwendiger Reihenanordnung (Gänsemarsch) erfolgt über Förderer mit Trennbarrieren in Förderrichtung.
Vorteile der Erfindung sind die kompakte Bauweise,die große Kapazität,der kontinuierliche, störungsfreie Lauf und der produktschonende Sortiervorgang.

Sie eignen sich folglich zur Sortierung von Kartoffeln,Blumenzwiebeln,Karotten,Äpfeln, Eiern sowie sonstiger Formkörper diverser Materialien.
    Produktspezifisch können die Tellerpaare(2) unterschiedlich geformt(13),beschichtet(16), ergänzt und angeordnet sein.
    Die Form kann im parallelen Bereich hinterdreht sein(17),größere Abmessungen aufweisen und/oder stoßmildernde elastische Lippen an zweckdienlichen Stellen haben.
    Die Tellerscheiben können aus Kunststoff,Holz, Metall usw.bestehen.
    Die Tellerscheiben können auf der Welle nach dem Stand der Technik befestigt sein.
    Der Beschickungs-Schwingförderer(4) entspricht dem Stand der Technik,seine Tischfläche ist wellblechartig ausgebildet oder bedarfsgerecht geformt und wenn erforderlich,beschichtet.
    Die Auffangrinnen bestehen aus zweckdienlichem Werkstoff,die Anordnung wird bestimmt durch die Größe der sortierten Teil .ihre Form ist im Auffangbereich dem jeweiligen Tellerabstand angepaßt und im unteren Bereich den Übergabebedingungen angepaßt,zum Beispiel durch Rohrbogen.
    Das Sortierer-Traggestell ist nicht dargestellt und ist dem Ort und den Bedingungen im Einsatz anzupassen.
    Der Antrieb erfolgt bedarfsgerecht nach dem Stand der Technik.

    Sortiereinrichtung(1),bestehend aus keilriemenscheibenartigen Tellerpaaren(2), die parallel auf einer angetriebenen Welle(3) befestigt sind,
    dem notwendig zugeordneten Schwingförderer(4) mit wellblechartig ausgebildetem Schwingtisch(5) zwecks Vorsortierung in Reihe(Gänsemarsch) zur Symmetrielinienbezogenen Beschickung(5) der Sortierteller(2) mit Sortiergut(6),sowie den sortiergrößenbezogenen Auffangrinnen(7) für das sortierte Produkt(6) mit üblichen Entsorgungs-Förderbändern(8) zu den Transportkisten(9).

    Den Sortierradien(11) sind an den schwerkraftbedingten Ablösungsstellen(12) die passenden Aufffangrinnen(7) zugeordnet.
    Leitrinnen sichern den Fallvorgang zum Klemm punkt(10),die Leitrinnen(17) sind am Schwingförderer(4) befestigt.
