Description
Claims (5)
- Plattenwärmetauscher, bestehend aus im wesentlichen ebenen Wärmetauscherplatten (8) beliebiger Anzahl, die einen aufgerichteten, umlaufenden, äußeren Rand (9) und mindestens vier Durchbrüche aufweisen und die so ineinander gestapelt und mittels Löten verbunden sind, daß die Durchbrüche vertikale Kanäle (4; 5; 6; 7) im Plattenwärmetauscher ergeben und zwischen den Wärmetauscherplatten (8) Strömungskanäle (11; 12) für unterschiedliche Fluide vorhanden sind, wobei der umlaufende Rand (10) der den Stapel der Wärmetauscherplatten (8) abschließenden einen Wärmetauscherplatte (13) eine von den Rändern (9) der anderen Wärmetauscherplatten (8) verschiedene Abbiegung aufweist,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
der umlaufende Rand (10) der abschließenden Wärmetauscherplatte (13) über den Rand (9) der darunter angeordneten Wärmetauscherplatte (8) gebogen ist. - Plattenwärmetauscher nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Umbiegung am Rand (10) der den Stapel der Wärmetauscherplatten (8) abschließenden Wärmetauscherplatte (13) vor dem Stapeln der Wärmetauscherplatten (8;13) mittels eines Umformwerkzeugs anbringbar ist.
- Plattenwärmetauscher nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Ende (14) des umgebogenen Randes (10) etwa senkrecht zur Ebene der Wärmetauscherplatten (8; 13) steht oder weiter nach innen hin umgebogen ist.
- Plattenwärmetauscher nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Rand 10 an den Ecken freigeschnitten ist.
- Verfahren zur Herstellung des Plattenwärmetauschers, nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Rand (10) der den Stapel der Wärmetauscherplatten (8) abschließenden Wärmetauscherplatte (13) in einem Umformwerkzeug nach außen umgebogen wird und die Wärmetauscherplatte (13) danach auf den Stapel der Wärmetauscherplatten (8) gesetzt wird, so daß ihr Rand (10) den Rand (9) der darunter befindlichen Wärmetauscherplatte (8) abdeckt.
