Abstract

Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft ein Ventil (1) zum Steuern von Flüssigkeiten mit einem Piezoaktor (2) und einem hydraulischen Übersetzer (3). Der hydraulische Übersetzer (3) besteht aus einem ersten Kolben (4), einem zweiten Kolben (5) und einem zwischen den beiden Kolben angeordneten, mit Fluid gefüllten Druckraum (6). Weiter ist ein Steuerventil (15) und eine Befüllvorrichtung (11, 12) zum Ersetzen des durch Leckage bedingten Fluidverlusts im Druckraum (6) vorgesehen. Die Befüllvorrichtung weist einen mit Fluid gefüllten Befüllraum (11) auf und Leckverluste im Druckraum (6) werden bei einer Rückstellbewegung des hydraulischen Übersetzers (3) aufgrund einer durch den ersten Kolben (4) mittelbar oder unmittelbar erzeugten Verdrängungswirkung im Befüllraum (11) durch Fluid aus dem Befüllraum (11) ersetzt.
