Claims (7)
- Schaltervorrichtung mit Bewegungs- oder Näheerfassung, mit einem empfindlichen Organ (11), um diese Erfassung vorzunehmen, sowie einem Körper (10), der eine Bodenwand (14) und einen Aufnahmesitz (12a) für einen durch das empfindliche Organ gesteuerten Schalterblock (12) definiert, wobei der Schalterblock mit Zwischenelementen versehen ist, die mit der äußeren Umgebung durch ein Kabel verbunden sind, wobei der Aufnahmesitz gegenüber der Bodenwand durch einen abnehmbaren Deckel (20) verschlossen ist, wobei der Körper (10) und der Deckel (20) jeweils einen Flanschabschnitt (16, 26) aufweisen, die dazu ausgelegt sind, einen Flansch zu bilden, der eine Öffnung für den dichten Durchgang des Kabels bestimmt,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ein entnehmbares Kabeldurchführungs-Zwischenelement (30) durch Einpasselemente (36) durch Gleiten in einer Richtung, die zu der Ebene (P) der Bodenwand (14) des Körpers im Wesentlichen senkrecht ist, in Führungs- und Halteformen (17, 27), die im Körper vorgesehen sind, eingesetzt ist. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Führungs- und Halteformen (17), die in dem Körper vorgesehen sind, geradlinig sind und dass die Einpasselemente (36) des Zwischenelements einen Rahmen bilden, der an seinen Seiten mit Einsetzformen (37) versehen ist, die zu den Führungs- und Halteformen (17) komplementär sind, wobei der Schalterblock (12) und das Zwischenelement (30) in den Körper (10) des Geräts in derselben Richtung (Y) eingesetzt sind.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Einpasselemente (36) einen Rahmen bilden, der sich am Ende des Zwischenelements (30) befindet und teilweise in dem Aufnahmesitz (12a) des Schalterblocks (12) und teilweise in den im Deckel (20) vorgesehenen Führungs- und Halteformen (27) aufgenommen ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Zwischenelement (30) eine äußere Dichtung (34) trägt, die in den Halbflanschen (16, 26) des Körpers (10) bzw. des Deckels (20) aufgenommen sind, und dass der Deckel am Körper mittels Schwenkelementen (23) montiert ist, die in der Nähe eines Endes (10b) des Körpers vorgesehen sind und in Richtung zum anderen Ende (10a) des Körpers eine Schraube (24) für die Befestigung am Körper aufweisen, wobei die Schwenkelemente in Bezug zu der Wand des Deckels versetzt sind, derart, dass das Klemmdrehmoment der Dichtung erhöht wird.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Schwenkelemente (23) Haken sind, die mit Greifelementen (18) zusammenwirken, die in den Seitenwänden (13) des Körpers vorgesehen sind.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Einpasselemente (36) die Form eines symmetrischen Rahmens haben.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Deckel (20) an seinem Umfang eine durch Zweikomponentenspritzgießen hergestellte Abdichtungsschnur (28) trägt.
