Description
The invention relates to an inflatable tent with a Outer tent cover.
Inflatable tents are used especially where a quick tent construction and dismantling is desired, for example in military or medical aid operations. There are basically two types of inflatable tents. In one way, the whole Interior of the tent subjected to overpressure. This However, sets a correspondingly tight tent cover and the installation of locks for access ahead. at the other way, the tents have a network of support tubes on which by inflating the tent provided stable shape. The support tubes can for example, as arranged one behind the other at intervals Support bows be designed according to Binderart, the are connected to each other via the tent outer skin. The Support hoses replace the otherwise necessary Rod framework.
From FR-A-2 255 435 a tieback is known which all the features of the preamble of claim 1 combined.
The stability of such inflatable tents is limited. Under special conditions, i. at snow and sand loads or at high wind loads, stability is sufficient often not enough. The invention is thus the task to design an inflatable tent in such a way that it also withstand high demands.
This object is achieved by the features of claim 1 solved.
Of course, the framework must conform to the design adapted to the tent. Inflatable tents usually have a rectangular plan, that of an arcuate Tent outer skin is covered, the vertical end walls has tent doors. In such tents should the support framework at least two pin-like support sheets have, which are arranged parallel to each other and with each other. They are preferably to the Shape of the tent outer skin adapted.
So that the support sheets are not transported as a whole they should each consist of several support arch poles be composed, the head side via form-fitting interlocking pairs of couplings with each other are connected. For transport, the support arch poles be merged and take particular then, when they are just trained, little space one. About the form-fitting interlocking coupling pieces arises after putting together a rigid Support sheet, the coupling pieces expediently so are formed, that the support sheets in the region of the coupling pieces are angled so that the support sheet itself largely adapts to the shape of the tent outer skin. The support sheets should preferably in the field of Coupling pieces to be connected to the outer skin.
The coupling pieces should be in their shape so together be adapted by simply nesting a rigid connection of the two support arch poles produce. This can happen, for example, in the form that a coupling piece a mouth-like receiving opening and the other is an intrusive, complementary one Have insertion element. There is one particularly advantageous embodiment therein, receiving opening and plug-in element form wedge-shaped, so that they can be braced against each other without play.
The tension of the coupling pieces, for example done with the help of clamping screws or the like.
However, an embodiment is particularly advantageous at least part of the support arch rods by means of a passing through the support arch rods wire train and a tension applied to the wire tensioning device against each other be tense. This embodiment is structurally very simple. It also admits that the Support bow rods on the one hand leporelloartig and thus space-saving can be combined, on the other hand but simply put together and then by operation the clamping device clamped together in a train and thus be connected to a rigid support sheet can.
Basically, a single wire is enough for the To brace support arch bars together. To a twist the support arch bars around their longitudinal axes to avoid However, it is appropriate, at least two next to each other to provide parallel wires, which in the support arching rods and coupling pieces accordingly be guided.
About the wire can all, forming a support sheet Support arch bars are clamped together. For this purpose, the wire is one end with the first end-side Support arch bar on one side of the support arch and the other end connected to the tensioning device, the in a support arch on the other side of the support arch is arranged, for example, in the local end support arch bar. An appropriate solution exists However, in it, the clamping device there at the end of a Arrange support bar, at the second end-side support arch bar connects. In this way the tensioning device has a height that is easy to use allows. The second end support bar can then with the adjacent tie bar, at the the tensioning device is rigid, expediently but also be releasably connected.
An advantageous embodiment of the clamping device is that it is an externally operable spindle having in a spindle nut in the support arch bar runs and at which the wire pull is fastened.
The coupling elements for connecting tent outer skin and Shoring can be designed as desired. Advantageous However, if the coupling elements guide elements, Eyelets, in which the support sheets are guided, i.e. The support sheets are inserted through the guide elements and so wear the outer tent wall. With the help of such Coupling elements can be the connection between the support frame and outer tent wall made particularly quick and easy become.
In a further embodiment of the invention is provided that through the guide elements, the first strand of an endless Bandes goes parallel to the respective support sheet and the opposite second strand outside the guide elements runs, wherein the first strand a coupling device for connecting to one of the support arch bars, preferably one of the end support arch bars, having. With the help of this band, the Support bow bars gradually from one side through the guide elements are pulled without further Measures, such as climbing the inflated Tents are necessary. In combination with the tension The support arch rod over a wire can the erection the support sheets and their connection with the tent outer skin by a standing on the ground next to the tent Person without further help.
The coupling elements should for the purpose of perfect guidance the band have separate slots from the eyelets, through which the second strand is led, this being Slots expediently between tent outer skin and Eyelets lie.

The support arch bars 16 to 21 are each a pair

Tragbogenstangen 19, 20 verbunden. Das Kopplungsstück 30
weist einen nach außen vorstehenden, abgewinkelten Abschnitt
auf, der eine maulartige, keilförmige Aufnahmeöffnung
34 hat. In diese Aufnahmeöffnung ragt ein komplementärer
Einschubkeil des an der Tragbogenstange 20 befestigten
Kopplungsstücks 31 hinein. Aufnahmeöffnung 34 und
Einschubkeil 35 liegen spielfrei aneinander an und verbinden
auf diese Weise die beiden Tragbogenstangen 19, 20
starr.In the two adjacent support
The
Die Verbindungen der Tragbogenstangen 16 bis 20 geschieht
dadurch, daß diese Tragbogenstangen 16 bis 20 so in
Längsrichtung miteinander verspannt werden, daß die Kopplungsstücke
24 bis 31 ineinander gedrückt werden und aufgrund
ihrer keilförmigen Ausbildung spielfrei aneinander
anliegen. Die Verspannung geschieht mit Hilfe eines
Drahtzuges 37, der aus zwei senkrecht zur Zeichnungsebene
nebeneinander angeordneten Drähten besteht, die durch die
Tragbogenstangen 17 bis 20 und - wie insbesondere aus Figur
2 zu ersehen ist - durch die Kopplungsstücke 24 bis
31 gehen, wobei sie in den Kopplungsstücken 24 bis 31
dort vorhandene Bohrungen durchsetzen.
sitzt. Die Spindel 41 ragt über die Spindelmutter 42 hinaus
nach außen und endet in einem Betätigungsring 43.The connections of the support arch bars 16 to 20 happens
in that these support arch bars 16 to 20 so in
Longitudinal braced with each other, that the
stehen.In the position shown, the
Der Tragbogen 15 ist über Koppelelemente 44 bis 48 mit
dem Binder 5 verbunden. Ein solches Koppelelemente 48 ist
in Figur 3 dargestellt.
Figur 2).The
Tragbogen 15 und Binder 5 her.The
reduziert ist, also keine geschlossene Öse 54 vorhanden
Schlitze. An den Umlenkbeschlägen 55, 56 wird das Band 57
umgelenkt.On the outsides of the
Pfeil A eingezeichnet ist, ausgeübt.
The
As can be seen, the structure of the
