Abstract

The present invention relates to a multi-cylinder internal combustion engine and a control method therefor, wherein maximum-lift timings of a low speed and high speed cams in at least one cylinder of the multi-cylinder internal combustion engine are varied so as to correct irregularities in volumetric efficiency between cylinders.
