L'invention résout bien l'ensemble des problèmes posés. En effet, le verseur comprend la combinaison de moyens suivante :
- d'une part, compte tenu de la présence, comme moyen de fixation étanche audit goulot, d'au moins une couronne périphérique flexible, le verseur selon l'invention peut être fixé dans tous types de récipients. - Pouring spout according to claim 4, in which the peripheral ribs (200) have an outside diameter that increases with the height of the rib, as the distance between the said rib and the lower end (23) of the said skirt (2) increases.
- Pouring spout according to claim 5, in which the said leak tight attachment means (20) comprises a "lower" rib (201), closest to the lower end (23) of the said skirt, positioned at less than 10 mm from the said lower end, such that retention of the said liquid is typically less than 1 cm3 when the said receptacle is empty, the neck is turned to face downwards.
- Pouring spout according to any one of claims 5 to 6, in which at least one peripheral rib (200) comprises a thin circular area (202) around its periphery.
- Pouring spout according to any one of claims 1 to 7, in which the said skirt comprises a means of limiting the flow consisting of a means of partially blocking the said inner duct, typically formed by a plane partition (24) through which openings (240) are formed.
- Pouring spout according to any one of claims 1 to 8, in which the said skirt (2) comprises a lower end (23), possibly provided with an inner partition (24), and an inner rim (26) in which a ball (27) is trapped so as to form a non-return valve preventing fraudulent filling of the bottle or receptacle (5) once its initial contents have been consumed.
- Pouring spout according to any one of claims 1 to 9, in which the said single piece moulded part is composed of one or several plastic materials.
- Pouring spout according to claim 10, composed of a single plastic material and in which the average thickness EF of the said flexible emerging part (210) is less than the thickness ER of the skirt (2).
- Pouring spout according to claim 11, in which the average thickness EF is less than 0.5 ER.
- Pouring spout according to claim 12, in which the said single piece moulded part comprises the skirt (2) and the flared upper part (21) are composed of two different plastic materials, the more rigid plastic material forming the skirt (2) with its ribs (200), and the more flexible plastic material forming the upper flared part (21).
- Closing cap (3) comprising:a) a leak tight closing means,b) a pouring spout (1) according to any one of claims 1 to 13,c) a means of temporarily fixing the said pouring spout (1) to the said cap (3), such that the said pouring spout (1) that was initially fixed to the said cap (3) is fixed with the neck (6) of the said receptacle (5), typically irreversibly and when the cap is fitted on the said receptacle.
- Cap according to claim 14, in which the said leak tight closing means is chosen from among an add on seal (8) or an insert (4) fixed inside of the said cap, typically either by a retaining groove (30) or by an adhesive layer, or by force fitting.

- Cap according to any one of claims 16 to 18, in which the said temporary fixing means is formed by cooperation of the peripheral rims (25, 41) located on the inside of the said skirt (2) and on the outside of the said circular lip (40) respectively, typically by a clip fitting or click fitting.
- Cap according to any one of claims 14 to 19, comprising means of guaranteeing tamperproof resistance and / or easy first opening, facilitated by at least one line of weakness.
