Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft eine Anordnung zur Ansteuerung von Anzeigevorrichtungen und eine Anzeigevorrichtung rnit einer Treiberschaltung. Des weiteren betrifft die Erfindung ein Verfahren zum Testen von Treiberschaltungen. Derartige Treiberschaltungen haben entschiedenen Einfluss auf die Qualität der Anzeigevorrichtungen. Deshalb muss, um die Qualität sicherzustellen, die Treiberschaltung umfassend gestestet werden, mit möglichst geringer Testzeit und geringem Aufwand. Um einen derartigen Test zu ermöglichen ist eine Anordnung zur Ansteuerung von Anzeigevorrichtungen vorgesehen, mit M Leitungen die mit AN Ausgangsstufen gekoppelt sind, die wenigstens eine Multiplexeinrichtung (4) und wenigstens eine Verstärkereinheit (5) enthalten und die M Leitungen an eine erste Schaltvorrichtung (2) gekoppelt sind, die ein Unterbrechen einer Spannungszufuhr zu den M Leitungen ermöglicht und in wenigstens einer Ausgangsstufe (AN) eine zweite Schaltvorrichtung (3) vorgesehen ist, um die Ausgangsstufe (AN) auf ein festlegbares Potential zu schalten. Dadurch wird ein Test ermöglicht der digital durchführbar ist.
