Definitions
- the invention relates to a finished chimney element according to the preamble of Claim 1.
- a prefabricated fireplace element which an internal, an exhaust gas pipe receiving insulating shell and has a jacket stone surrounding this insulating shell.
- This serves the Mineral wool existing inner insulating shell at the same time as lost Formwork in the production of the casing stone from a concrete material.
- the invention has for its object to provide a fireplace prefabricated element, which on the one hand can be produced inexpensively and on the other hand under consideration the permissible maximum weight allows larger sizes, where it is the same time to ensure fire-technical specifications.
- fireplace ready elements can therefore be with a greater length or height provide, as the conventionally known Kaminfertigrii. Accordingly a smaller number of chimney panels is required to make a climb to build a fireplace. This reduces the effort for the manufacture of a fireplace essential.
- the inventive two-layer structure of the outer jacket allows through the combinatorial effect of the materials continue to achieve a favorable fire protection class.
- the fireplace prefabricated element according to the invention is particularly distinguished characterized in that the clothing at the same time as a substrate for a painting or a wallpapering can be used.
- the fireplace prefabricated element according to the invention thus allows a reduction of the integration of the fireplace in the living room required further processing steps.
- the inner layer of the outer shell made of a cast fire protection material exist for the casting during the Dämman eleven one hand, and the Outer layer of the outer shell on the other hand serve as a lost formwork.
- Another significant advantage of the device according to the invention is also in that by eliminating the reusable forms and the cleaning of the same eliminated. To the same extent according to the invention the risk of damage the mantle stone when stripping completely eliminated.
- the inner layer of the outer shell by in this inserted plates is formed from a fire protection compound.
- the fire protection compound for the inner layer of the outer shell as well in dry form as bulk material.
- These variants have the advantage that on dispensed with a casting process in the immediate production of the fireplace prefabricated elements can be; instead, for example, commercially available fire protection boards or bulk material recovered from fire protection compound. This can be done the cost of producing the fireplace prefabricated element according to the invention as well as the weight of the individual fireplace ready element compared to the alternative with further reduce cast fire protection material.
- the Parts of the fireplace prefabricated element to be delivered individually to the site and this only Add together on site in the course of the construction of the fireplace. This allows the logistic effort for the provision of the fireplace prefabricated element according to the invention continue to reduce at the construction site.
- non-combustible clothing may be made of e.g. Plasterboard elements formed be.
- Plasterboard elements formed be. This has the advantage that such plasterboard fire protection technology are effective, which is why the wall thickness of the mantle block can be further reduced. This is also a further cost savings.
- plasterboard as wall elements for a chimney construction already known from DE 199 09 788 A1; however, these gypsum plasterboards form here the actual chimney shaft and serve in contrast to the invention not as Formwork or clothing.
- non-combustible clothing in one piece formed to each other angled elements. This facilitates in particular the Assembly, since thus only one element must be handled, and there a joining the clothing is required only at a joint edge.
- a trained Clothing can also be provided as a flat component, .was also the space requirement reduced for transport and storage.
- the cover of the end-face Step folds in the case of a cast fire protection material for the inner layer of the Shell at the same time as a formwork for the formation of the stepped stepped edges serves. Due to this dual function of the cover can be on the one hand, a reduction the manufacturing effort and on the other hand, a reduction in the number of Achieve components. This allows in particular a further cost reduction.
- FIGS. 1 to 3 show a first embodiment of a finished chimney element 1, in which the fire protection material for the inner layer is poured.
- the Ready-made fireplace element 1 in this case has an outer shell 2, which in its interior has a Dämmschale serving as Dämman extract 3. It also has one bottom cover as Bodenabschlußteil 4 and a top cover as Falzausformteil 5, which serve both as edge elements for transport protection as Also as removable covers for possible molding and protection of End-side devisnfalze the Kaminfertigelements 1.
- the outer shell 2 is formed from two layers, by the outer layer in the form of a clothing 21 made of plasterboard and through the inner layer in the form of a fire protection material layer 22.
- the clothing 21 and the insulating shell 3 are this form-fitting on the Bottom cover 4 is placed, as can be seen in particular in FIG.
- the bottom end part 4 has for this purpose a centering device 41 in the form of a arranged in the center, protruding cylinder stump on.
- the diameter of the centering device 41 substantially corresponds to the inner diameter of the insulating shell 3, so that it is positioned by the centering device 41.
- the bottom closure part 4 has grooves 42 (see Fig. 3) for receiving an edge portion of the clothing 21 serve. This is thereby on Bottom cover 4 positioned.
- the clothing 21 comes automatically to the lie right position, causing a shift serving as a lost formwork Clothing 21 effectively prevented during the pouring of the fire protection material is.
- this is also a Jardinnfalz at the bottom End face of the fireplace prefabricated element 1 is formed.
- Figs. 1 and 2 From Figs. 1 and 2 can also be seen that the space between the insulating shell 3 and the clothing 21 is poured through a fire protection compound, which in the cured state, the fire protection material layer 22 of the fireplace prefabricated element. 1 represents.
- the fire protection compound is in this case introduced to the upper edge of the insulating shell 3.
- Falzausformteil 5 a shiplap educated.
- Fig. 4 is a plan view of a second embodiment is shown.
- the fire protection material is not in used in cast form, but in the form of prefabricated panels, resulting in a Reduction of weight and dimensions leads, and that is sufficient here at a Height of 500 mm, an edge length of 328 mm, in which case the total weight only 13 kg.
- Such a fireplace prefabricated element 1 'according to the second embodiment therefore has an outer shell 2 ', the outer layer of a clothing 21 from a 9.5 mm thick plasterboard has - in contrast to the first embodiment, in which a 12.5 mm thick plasterboard was used - and as an inner layer one Fire protection material layer 22 'formed from the prefabricated fire protection panels is, which are used in the clothing 21.
- a Dämman extract 3 'in this second embodiment by angularly joined together insulation boards made of mineral wool.
- FIG. 5 shows an example of a possible embodiment of the clothing 21.
- This is formed in this embodiment of plasterboard and has four equal length elements 211, 212, 213 and 214, each in the region of a plaster layer 215 separated by a wedge-shaped groove, but over a cardboard layer 216 are still interconnected.
- the elements 211 to 214 thus form a one-piece clothing 21, but these in the extended state according to the Representation in Fig. 5 can be provided.
- a fitter accesses the clothing 21, angles the individual elements 211 to 214 against each other and thus forms a square, which at three corners through the box 216 and at the fourth corner where the elements 211 and 214 meet mechanical fasteners are connected together.
- Fig. 6 is a plan view of an insulating shell 3 is shown, which consists of two Segments 31 and 32 is formed.
- the Shock surfaces of the segments formed curved in the radial direction, so that the Segments 31 and 32 automatically center each other. Therefore arises also at Pouring the fire protection material no offset of the segments.
- the choice of the radius of curvature and also the orientation of the curvature can here depending on the application be varied.
- Such trained insulating shell 3 is doing a independent aspect, which also in other applications than for the fireplace prefabricated element 1 unfold advantageous effects.
- the clothing 21 also made of non-interconnected individual elements be provided, which are then interconnected in the course of deployment become.
- the clothing 21 may also be a material other than plasterboard, such as Fiber cement boards, gypsum fiber boards or the like may be used.
- the insulating shell 3, the bottom end part 4 and the Falzausformteil can be 5 made of foamed plastics, mineral wool, paper, wood or the like form.
- the insulating shell 3 is preferred here for functional reasons made of mineral wool, especially rock wool.
- the insulating shell 3 can also differ from the embodiment shown in Fig. 6 be formed integrally, or consist of more than two segments.
- the inner layer of the outer shell by Bulk introduced fire protection compound is formed.
- the clothing 21 on the outside and the Dämman extract 3 and 3 'on the inside of the Receiving space for the bulk material.
