Description

The present invention relates to a railroad track for guided vehicle. It applies in particular to railways for trams. It also concerns a corresponding switchgear.

Une telle voie ferrée est connue du document WO-A-9 110 778.More particularly, the invention relates to a track rail for guided vehicle comprising a support concrete and at least one pair of grooved rails integral with the support, each rail being at least in part inserted in a cut-out longitudinally in the support and being embedded in a fixing resin projecting laterally on each side of the rail, each rail being provided with a shoe, a core, a mushroom which defines a rolling surface and a bib which defines with the mushroom said groove, the vehicle comprising wheels rolling by a tread on the running surface, the rail being in continuous support in the channel. Such a railroad track is known from document WO-A-9 110 778.

Among the constant concerns of industrialists responsible for the installation of railways for reducing the cost and reducing the noise pollution are major objectives.

The cost reduction is generally obtained in reducing the installation height, while reducing noise pollution can be obtained, in particular, by reducing vibration nuisance.

To this end, different techniques are currently being implemented for the installation of tracks railway.

The first technique consists in making tracks on ballast. According to this technique, the rails rest on concrete or wooden sleepers and are fixed by through elastic fasteners.

This technique, which is very widespread, considerably reduces vibrations generated during the passage of a railway convoy. She however requires significant maintenance and is not suitable for the creation of a track capable of receive a rigid surface coating, which affects the aesthetics of the work, insofar as the sleepers remain visible.

Other techniques include laying rails on concrete sleepers themselves embedded in a support concrete. These techniques are of an implementation relatively economical and low maintenance. They also allow the creation of a stiffness path increased and capable of receiving all types of coating.

However, they have a major drawback, relating to the fact that the vibrational disturbances and have little dampening.

To overcome this drawback, we tried to associate at the sleepers of absorbent materials. However, this solution generates a significant additional cost as well as consecutive increase in the installation height.

Another known technique consists in laying the rails on saddles themselves anchored in a slab of concrete, possibly placed on a raft with interposition of an optional layer of material absorbent.

This technique allows the creation of a track with a reduced earth depth.

It is however particularly delicate to to implement and is not very economical in the case where one interleaves a layer of absorbent material between the slab of concrete and write it off.

Finally, a last widely used technique consists of making the tracks from type rails Vine or throat drowned in resin and inserted into an engraving arranged longitudinally in a support consisting of a concrete slab itself deposited on a raft.

Damping or elastic stages made at from elastic material (s) can possibly be deposited under the rail.

This technique allows the realization of tracks having good vibration absorption capacities and sound, good resistance to dynamic forces and an undemanding interview.

However, it has a major drawback, relative to its cost, insofar as the height relatively large Vignole type rails or throat requires the use of a large amount of material first.

The object of the invention is to overcome these disadvantages and providing a railroad track for vehicle economic guide to install, requiring little maintenance and able to absorb vibrations effectively generated during the passage of a railway convoy.

Its object is therefore a railway as mentioned in the preamble to the appended claim 1, characterized in that each rail has a height less than 100 mm, this height being less than 70% of the width of the rail, the fixing resin constituting said continuous support.

In Figure 1 there is shown a sectional view cross section of a section of track according to the state of the technique.

As we can see in this figure, this path is essentially consisting of a concrete slab 10 supporting a yoke 12, also made of concrete, in which are provided with engravings 14 each filled a resin in which is embedded a line of rails 16 by throat.

Des cales de réglage, tels que 18, réalisées en résine durcie, sont régulièrement réparties dans le fond de l'engravure 14 pour constituer des surfaces d'appui sur lesquelles reposent les rails 16.Adjustment shims, such as 18, made of hardened resin, are evenly distributed in the bottom Engraving 14 to form bearing surfaces on which the rails 16 rest.

Classiquement, le rail à gorge 16 utilisé dans ce type de voie, connu sous l'appellation de rail inertiel, présente une hauteur comprise entre 150 et 180mm.Conventionally, the grooved rail 16 used in this type of track, known as inertial rail, has a height between 150 and 180mm.

Therefore, and although this type of rail is capable to support the efforts applied to it vertically during the passage of a railway convoy, the amount of fixing resin used for the sealing of the rails 16 in the concrete screed 12 is relatively large.

In order to reduce this amount of resin, we place in the latter hollow tubes saving resin, such as 20.

However, the amount of resin remains substantially important.

As indicated previously, this type of path is not very economic.

Referring to Figures 2 to 4, we will describe a railway line, according to the invention, making it possible to overcome this drawback.

More specifically, the concrete slab 22 is provided, for each row of rails 26 and 28, with a engraving 30 delimited laterally by two shoulders 32 and 34 erected from the upper surface of the slab 22.

Referring to Figure 4, the rails 26 and 28 consist of a succession of rails 36 welded, low rail type or non-inertial.

That is to say, each rail 36 has a height H less than 100mm, and a width L, the height H being less than 70% of the width L.

Ainsi, selon un mode de réalisation préféré, la hauteur H est sensiblement égale à 85mm, la largeur totale L étant sensiblement égale à 130mm.Thus, according to a preferred embodiment, the height H is substantially equal to 85mm, the width total L being substantially equal to 130mm.

The rail 36 is also configured so as to obtain a cross-sectional cross-sectional area substantially equal to 6400 mm 2 , that is to say an area substantially equal to that of an inertial rail, of higher height, so to efficiently drive the return currents from a railway convoy.

The rail 36 has, in the lower part, a shoe P, in the middle part a core A provided with surfaces mutually opposite sides of concave shape, outwardly concavity, and in part upper, a mushroom C and a bib B which delimit between them a groove G intended to receive the rail wheel stud.

Furthermore, the fungus C delimits, in part upper, a rolling surface R intended for receive the wheel tread.

Referring again to Figure 3, the engraving 30 and, in particular, the shoulders 32 and 34 are shaped so that it can withstand the stresses applied vertically and transversely when passage of a railway convoy.

They are also shaped so that the pad P and core A are at least partly inserted in the engraving 30 and that the mushroom C and the flap B protrude beyond the end face upper shoulders 32 and 34.

Furthermore, the entire rail 36 is embedded in a fixing resin 38.

This resin is chosen so that it is capable of absorbing the vibrations generated during passage of a railway convoy on rail 36.

For example, the resin 38 consists of a two-component resin filled with cork, such as resin known as Corkelast®.

Comme on le voit sur la figure 3, la résine de fixation 38 déborde latéralement sur l'un des épaulements, à savoir l'épaulement 32 situé du côté du champignon C.As seen in Figure 3, the resin of attachment 38 extends laterally on one of the shoulders, namely the shoulder 32 located on the side of the fungus C.

Par exemple, la résine déborde sur cet épaulement selon une première épaisseur e1 de l'ordre de 50mm.For example, the resin overflows on this shoulder according to a first thickness e1 of the order of 50mm.

Elle est par exemple de l'ordre de 25mm à 30mm.On the other side, i.e. on the side of the flap B, the second thickness e2 of resin is less than the first thickness el. It is for example of the order from 25mm to 30mm.

One thus spares, on the side of the fungus C, a resin surface above which rolls a part of the vehicle's wheel tread table.

The vibrations generated during the passage of the vehicle, without using material additional.

On either side of the resin, the angles 40 and 42, fixed on the upper surface of the shoulders 32 and 34, delimit between them a receptacle for the resin filling the engraving.

Engraving 30 and the receptacle filled with resin reflect the shape of the rail 36 and each have a lower height than their width.

As seen in Figure 3, the angles 40 and 42 also constitute a separating partition for coating the track and, in particular the slab of concrete 22, a layer of coating material.

Referring to Figure 2, this coating can be constituted by a paved covering 44 covering the entire upper surface of the concrete slab 22 as well as the shoulders 32 and 34. Thus, only the rails 26, 28 and the resin 38 are visible from the outside.

The first thickness e1 of 50 mm is sufficient so that the wheel tread extends beyond overhang of the resin zone but never overhang of the paved covering. So when the rail is worn out by the wheel arch, the tread table will bite into the resin area but will not damage said coating.

It will be noted that according to one embodiment advantageous, the concrete constituting the slab 22 is poured on a wire mesh to improve the resistance of the slab to the mechanical forces generated during the passage of a railway convoy.

De préférence, selon ce mode de réalisation, les épaulements sont également pourvus d'un tel renfort métallique (cornières métalliques).Preferably, according to this embodiment, the shoulders are also provided with such a reinforcement metallic (metallic angles).

Such reinforcement allows the shoulders to support effectively the lateral forces subjected to the shoulders when passing a vehicle, especially in a curve.

As can be seen, the path that has just been described, which has low or non-inertial rails drowned in a resin placed in a sparing engraving in a concrete slab, reduces considerably the height of the laying platform, since its total height can be around 300mm, while being able to support the forces applied to it when passing a railway convoy.

This considerably reduces the amount of raw material used, and in particular the quantity resin used for sealing the rails in etching and for damping vibrations.

It also improves the aesthetic effect of the track since only the rails and the resin attachment may be visible from the outside, the slab of concrete remaining invisible.

It is thus possible to cover the slab with any type of material, depending on the environment in which the track is placed.

This track can therefore be easily installed in all types of urban sites.

Note however that the invention is not limited to the embodiments described.

Indeed, in the embodiments described previously with reference to FIGS. 2 to 5, the engraving is bounded by two shoulders erected from the concrete slab.

Referring to Figure 6, it is also possible, as a variant, and in particular in the case where the track is intended to be covered with a layer of topsoil, for example, for planting a lawn, to drown the rail 36 in resin placed in an engraving 46 bounded, on the one hand, by a single shoulder 48 erected from a concrete slab 50 and, on the other hand, by side angles, such than 52, for example welded to the reinforcing mesh of the slab.

In this case, the angles are adapted for withstand the lateral forces generated during the passage of a railway vehicle.

This increases the amount of soil susceptible to be placed in the immediate vicinity of the rails.

As seen in this figure, in the different embodiments that have just been described, it is possible to place in the engraving a resin saver 54, to further reduce the amount of resin used.

Finally, it should be noted that the railway according to the invention allows relatively easy replacement of a rail.

Indeed, the thickness of resin on both sides enough rail to insert a tool appropriate cutting.

Rail replacement can therefore be carried out without intervention on the surface coating.
