Abstract

Bei dem Beschichtungsverfahren für Massenteile als Schüttgut (5) werden zuerst die Oberflächen der Massenteile des Schüttgutes (5) aufgerauht bzw. gereinigt. Anschliessend wird auf den einzelnen Massenteilen eine Beschichtung aufgebracht. Während dem Auftragen der Beschichtung befindet sich das Schüttgut in einer rotierenden Trommel (1). Mittels eines nachfolgenden Glättvorganges werden glatte Oberflächen an den einzelnen Teilen des Schüttgutes (5) und eine Verdichtung der Beschichtung erzielt.
