Description

The invention relates to a formwork with interconnected formwork panels, which consist of a tensile material, such as metal or plastic, in particular outer formwork for an overall curved building wall, wherein on the side facing away from the formwork facing back of a respective formwork panel at a distance from the side edge of the formwork panel, at which it adjoins an adjacent formwork panel to be connected to the formwork panel, at least one plate-shaped clamping web projecting from the formwork panel is arranged and the opposite clamping webs of two mutually adjoining formwork panels are clamped together by at least one tightening screw and between the mutually opposite clamping webs the two adjoining formwork panels in the region of their facing away from the formwork panels ends each one of these ends spaced apart bridge-shaped spacer is provided.

For the production of claimed on train formwork, such as external formwork of round buildings, the formwork panels are usually connected to each other by means of fittings. These glands brace from the side facing away from the formwork facing back of the formwork panels legs of angles that extend in the longitudinal direction of the side edges of the formwork panel and are attached with your other legs to the formwork panels. Due to the resulting during filling of the formwork tension it can cause slight deformations of this angle, which reinforce each case of repeated use of the formwork. In the course of time, gaps between the formwork panels can occur, which impair the quality of the surface of the wall produced. Although these deformations can be reduced or even eliminated by the use of larger material thicknesses at the angles or edge strips used. However, this is associated with a significantly increased cost of materials and thus higher costs for the formwork.

Are further known Spannschloßvorrichtungen or clamping devices, the when separate from the formwork panels devices instead of fittings for connecting and clamping of formwork panels are used. Such tensioning devices are for example from the DE 3546936 C2 and DE 9308968 U1 and DE 4007950 C2 known.

A formwork of the type mentioned is from the GB 1 122 685 A known. Clamping webs projecting from the formwork panels are formed by legs of angle pieces, which are fastened with their other legs to the formwork panels. If tensile forces directed away from one another on the formwork panels act, then the tensioning screws are subjected to tensile stress, whereby a force transmission takes place over the region of the legs which lies between the tension axis of the tensioning screw and the formwork skin. This is a relatively flexible area of the angle steel.

The object of the invention is to provide a formwork of the type mentioned, in which an improved connection of the formwork panels is achieved, with no additional, independent of the formwork panels clamping devices or collets are required. The formwork according to the invention should have a cost-effective design and be mounted in a simple manner.

According to the invention, this is achieved by a formwork having the features of patent claim 1.

In the construction according to the invention, the tensile forces occurring can be reliably absorbed without the occurrence of gaps between the individual formwork panels, even if the formwork is used several times. The formwork has a cost-effective design and can be mounted in a simple manner. In a preferred embodiment of the invention it is provided that in each case arranged in pairs and in the longitudinal direction of the side edge of the formwork panel spaced clamping webs are provided, which are covered by a bridge-like connecting part, wherein the at least one clamping screw penetrates openings in the connecting part and with her head or their Clamping nut is applied to the connecting part.

In a further developed embodiment of the invention it is provided that the spacing part is variable in its length to change the distance between the ends of the clamping webs. By changing the length of the spacer, the angle enclosed by the surfaces of the adjacent formwork panels is variable within a certain range, for example in the range between 0 and 15 degrees with respect to the parallel orientation of the two formwork panels. It is thereby produced a total circumferentially closed formwork, wherein the formwork panels a polygonal in cross-section Forming formwork, whereby a total curved building wall is schschalbar.

In the embodiment schematically illustrated in Figures 1 and 2, 1 extending angle 4 are fixed to the rear sides 2 of the formwork panels 1 in the longitudinal direction of the side edges of the formwork panels, with their parallel to the formwork panels 1 and adjacent to the rear sides of the formwork panels 1 Thighs 4a. Perpendicular to the formwork skin forming surfaces 5 of the formwork panels 1 are the legs 4b of the angle 4, which connect flush to the side edges 3 of the formwork panels 1 respectively.

At the voltage applied to the formwork panels 4a angle 4 are projecting from the respective board backward clamping webs 6 are fixed, for example, welded. The clamping webs 6 are each arranged in pairs on the formwork panels 1, wherein they are spaced apart in the longitudinal direction of the side edges 3 of the formwork panel. A respective clamping web is formed by a flat steel, which is perpendicular to the panel 1 and the longitudinal direction of the side edge 3 of the panel 1. The clamping webs 6 are each arranged at a distance from the side edge 3 of the formwork panel 1 at this.

On its side facing away from the side edge 3 side, the two paired clamping webs 6 are spanned by a bridge-like connecting part 7 which is fixed to the clamping webs 6, preferably welded. The connecting parts 7 have a in Fig. 1 and 2 indicated by a dashed line passage opening for a clamping screw 8. This clamping screw 8 extends further through holes in the legs 4b of the angle 4, which are also indicated in Figs. 1 and 2 by dashed lines. The head 8a of the clamping screw and your clamping nut 8 b are each based on a connecting the opposite clamping webs 6 connecting part 7 of the two formwork panels 1 from.

Between the clamping webs 6 of the two adjoining formwork panels, in the region of the ends 9 of the clamping webs 6 facing away from the formwork panels 1, there is provided in each case a bridge-shaped spacer 10 spacing these ends. In the exemplary embodiment shown, this spacer is respectively fixed to one of the two opposite clamping webs 6, preferably welded. Conceivable and possible, it would also be this spacer 10 in two parts form, wherein at each of the opposite clamping webs 6 each one of the two parts of the spacer 10 is fixed. As can be seen from FIG. 2, in the exemplary embodiment shown, a separate spacer 10, which separates the opposite clamping webs, is provided in each case for the two paired clamping webs 6. Instead, it would also be possible to provide a single spacer element 10 spanning the two pairs of clamping webs of a respective switching board.

Eine Verformung der Schenkel 4b durch eine auftretende Zugspannung wird dadurch verhindert.FIG. 5 shows a force diagram for clarifying the functional principle of the construction according to the invention. If the clamping bolt is arranged substantially in the middle between the formwork panels 1 and the spacers 10, this transmits the force 2f when the two formwork panels 1 are to press against each other with the force f, wherein the force F is also transmitted via the spacers 10 , The inventive construction for bracing the two formwork panels thus acts in principle like a beam with two edge-side supports and a central train connection. In the formwork invention, therefore, the power flow that occurs at a tensile load of the formwork panels, practically in the plane of the formwork panels 1 (or only slightly offset from this) added. Deformation of the legs 4b by an occurring tensile stress is thereby prevented.

The legs 4b of the angle 4 or mounted in them, the clamping screws 8 receiving holes are used in the embodiment of the invention shown in FIGS. 1 and 2 for the mutual alignment of the formwork panels. 1

Along the side edges 3 of second adjoining formwork panels 1, a plurality of clamping webs 6 each tensioned via a tightening screw 8 can be arranged, which are arranged in pairs, for example, as shown in FIGS. 1 and 2. For example, in each case at a distance of one meter arranged in pairs clamping webs 6 may be provided which are clamped by means of a clamping screw 8 with the opposite clamping webs of the adjacent formwork panel 1.

In principle, it would also be conceivable and possible to provide two or more such clamping screws for clamping the opposing clamping webs 6 instead of a single clamping screw 8.

A further embodiment of the invention is shown in FIGS. 3 and 4. There are in turn provided in pairs by the back of the formwork panel protruding clamping webs 6. Between each of these, a tubular piece receiving part 11 is provided that is welded to the two clamping webs 6. The clamping webs 6 are welded to reinforcing plates 12, wherein these reinforcing plates 12 are each welded to the rear sides of the formwork panels 1 and extend in the longitudinal direction of the side edges of the formwork panels. The reinforcing plates 12 preferably terminate flush with the respective side edge 3 of the formwork panel 1. The inner openings 13 of the receiving parts 11 are penetrated by clamping screws 8, which in turn clamp the opposing clamping webs 6 of the two formwork panels 1 in this way.

The spacers 10 may be formed invariably in their length. In order to allow an adjustment of the angle, the two adjacent formwork panels 1 include each other, the spacers may be formed variable in their length. A variable-length design of the spacers can be done in different ways. For example, the spacers could each consist of two cylindrical parts, one of which has an external thread and the other has an internal thread, and the change in length are caused by differently wide screwing one part to the other part. The angle which the two formwork panels 1 can enclose with one another is denoted by reference numeral 14 in FIG. This angle 14 may be adjustable, for example, in the range between 0 and 15 degrees about the planar alignment of the two formwork panels 1. A possible angular orientation of the panel 1 shown in Fig. 3 right is shown in Fig. 3 by the dashed line.

Such a variable in length spacer is also in the embodiment of the invention gem. Figs. 1 and 2 usable. In order to allow an angular adjustment without tensioning the angle 4, a connection of the legs 4a and 4b could be provided via a hinge.

In different ways configured further embodiments of the invention are conceivable and possible. Instead of paired clamping webs 6, for example, only a single clamping web could be provided, for example. This could have a greater strength, ie be formed block-like with a through hole for the clamping screw. It could also be provided a single plate-like clamping web, which has in its central region a tubular receiving part corresponding to the receiving part 11 shown in Fig. 4 (at the top and at the bottom of the pipe section would be to form such a clamping web plate-like parts to weld).
