Abstract
Description
The invention relates to a tool with a holder, the one Has fastening opening for connection to a drive shaft, which can preferably be driven in an oscillating manner, and also a Has receptacle for attaching a working part.
The invention further relates to a holder and a working part for such a tool.
Such a tool is known from EP 0 339 357 B1. Herein is a cutting knife especially for cutting through Joint seals or insulation on glass panes disclosed the detachable on the oscillating by means of a holder drivable drive shaft is attachable. The holder points For this purpose, a mounting opening with a corresponding shaped connecting piece of the drive shaft can be positively connected is. The cutting part or working part can either be immediate be connected to the holder or via an intermediate piece be attached to it. Through such a divided structure of the This tool should be cheaper to produce.
However, the various known variants have the disadvantage on the high, sometimes strongly changing Burdens are not always fully grown and that they are are partially too compliant. Its structure is also relatively complicated.
From US-A-5 480 507 is a tool with a holder according to the preamble of claim 1 known for receiving a in the longitudinal direction driven oscillating working part is. Here, the working part has a plurality of Holes next to each other, through the screws in corresponding Recordings of the holder can be screwed to the working part securely attached to the holder.
However, this changes the work part relatively complex, since all screws are complete must be unscrewed, a detachable part of the holder must be removed and only then the work part can be replaced and the holder screwed together again can be.
Against this background, the invention is based on the object to improve a tool of the type mentioned above in such a way that enables a quick exchange of the tool is, at the same time sufficient stability of the connection between tool and drive should be guaranteed.
This task is accomplished by a tool with the characteristics of Claim 1 solved.
Since the holding sections of the working part are designed as elongated holes are that towards the mounting opening extend and on the side facing this from the working part emptying outwards is a simple and quick process Replacing the work part on the holder allows. To do this only the securing elements or screws loosened then the working part with its elongated holes can be made pulled out of the holder and inserted a new working part then by tightening the securing elements or -screws are tightened again.
Ferner gibt die Erfindung ein hierfür geeignetes Arbeitsteil gemäß 8 und einen hierfür geeigneten Halter gemäß Anspruch 9 an.Furthermore, the invention provides a working part suitable for this 8 and a suitable holder according to claim 9 on.
In an expedient development of the invention, the securing elements are designed as screws that in threaded sections can be screwed into the holder.
In this way, a simple and quick attachment of the Working part on the holder allows.
The two screws can be attached to a form-fitting bracket to be dispensed with. As a result, the side protrudes from the Work part possible. The securing elements are expedient can be clamped to the holder by the holding sections.
In an advantageous development of the invention, the holder a base body made of a plastic, which by a Metal core is reinforced, at least in the area the securing elements and / or the fastening opening extends.
This measure allows the holder to be as light and easy as possible at the same time sufficiently dimensionally stable and torsionally rigid become. A light weight of the holder is considerable Advantage due to the reduced inertia of the tool, that must be driven by the drive, which is particularly the case with an oscillating drive is important. A special Advantage of this design is that the tool from the prime mover is electrically decoupled, whereby the Accident safety is increased.
In this embodiment, the holder can be advantageous and special inexpensive manufactured as a plastic injection molded part his.
The core can be, for example, a substantially flat plate be formed by one or more protruding Cranks are reinforced, making the stability clear is improved.
In an additional development of the invention, the fastening opening assigned a spring washer, which means a clamping screw can be clamped against the drive shaft.
This measure makes attachment simple and quick of the tool on the drive shaft.
It is understood that the above and those below Features of the invention not yet to be explained in the specified combination, but also in others Combinations or alone can be used without the To leave the scope of the present invention.

gerundete Eckabschnitte wieder zusammenlaufen.
Aussparung 49 vorgesehen. In diesem Bereich sind zwei in Bezug
auf die Befestigungsöffnung 42 tangential voneinander beabstandete,
