Description

The invention relates to a grounding conductor for grounding systems, in particular of electrostatic precipitators, such as dry, semi-dry and wet electrostatic precipitators, consisting of an electrically conductive core with a Cover made of plastic or rubber.

For cleaning damp, saturated gases Wet electrostatic precipitators are widely used today, on the collecting electrodes under the action of the electric field forms a liquid film, the runs continuously. Become existing dust particles thereby discharged as a suspension. If necessary, can for gas saturation an additional system of be provided continuously working mist nozzles. The humid atmosphere requires the use of electric good conductive and corrosion-resistant materials existing earth conductors to ensure safe power drainage of to ensure the electrodes. In a destruction of the Earth cable is the power dissipation via plastic parts or over the rubber coating of the filter housing with the consequence of not insignificant damage, which leads to a lead to a prolonged shutdown of the electrostatic precipitators can.

In DE-C-12 31 216 an electrostatic Wet scrubber for cleaning wet chlorine gas or Chlorine-containing exhaust gases described in the Discharge of the electrical charge in the gutters themselves collecting conductive liquid wicky liquid absorbing, using ceramic pulp or out Made of glass fibers produced cords or ropes, the a grounding line are connected.

In DE-C-15 57 162 is a device for Corrosion-resistant grounding of precipitation electrodes made of non-conductive material in electrostatic tube wet dust extractors described. The lower part of the Precipitation electrode tube is by a painting or Coating by means of an electrically conductive material made electrically conductive and in front of a ground conductor in one Wound loop. The Erdleiterstränge the loop are thereby by a spacer of non-conductive Material separated from each other.

From DE-C1-4 326 895 is a ground wire for grounding systems of electrostatic precipitators known, whose Carbon, e.g. B. graphite strings, existing core with a layer of plastic or rubber is wrapped and the over long operating times a high Should have corrosion resistance. When using such Earth conductor will - even in the case of in the case of a Electric filter prevailing negative pressure - as a result of Capillary action of the ground conductor Liquid from the housing of the electrostatic precipitator to the terminal fittings of the Earth conductor passed to the grounding system and caused There is a significant corrosion that increases with Operating time to a Zersterung the Anschlussverschraubungen and thus damage.and decommissioning of the electrostatic precipitator leads.
