Claims (7)

  1. Verfahren zum Stanzen eines Rohlings (12, 13) aus einem Metallband (10) in einer Stanzstation (11), der insbesondere, jedoch nicht ausschließlich, für die Herstellung eines Scharnierkastens für Möbel bestimmt ist, mit den folgenden zyklisch wiederholten Schritten, dass:
    der Rohling (12, 13) aus dem Metallband (10) gestanzt wird;
    der gestanzte Rohling (12, 13) von der Stanzstation (11) ausgetragen und an eine nachfolgende Verarbeitungsstation übertragen wird;
    gleichzeitig zu der Übertragung des Rohlings (12, 13) das Band (10) in Längsrichtung über eine Distanz (X) in einer Richtung (F) vorgeschoben und über eine Distanz (Y) in einer Richtung (F1) oder (F2) seitlich bewegt wird, wobei die Distanz (Y) gemäß der Ausgestaltung der Rohlinge (12, 13) so bestimmt wird, dass die Profile der gestanzten Rohlinge bei jedem Betriebsvorgang zusammenpassen;
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
    der gestanzte Rohling (12, 13) in derselben Stanzstation zumindest einmal alle zwei Stanzbetriebsvorgänge um einen geeigneten Winkel gedreht wird, so dass er sich für eine nachfolgende Bearbeitung in einer geeigneten Position befindet.
  2. Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die gestanzten Rohlinge (12, 13) von der Stanzstation ausgetragen und an eine Station zur nachfolgenden Verarbeitung übertragen werden, wobei der am stärksten beladene Umriss so gedreht wird, dass er zu der Außenseite der Stanzstation weist.
  3. Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Rohlinge (12, 13) von der Stanzstation in einer Richtung (F) zur Zufuhr des Metallbandes (10) ausgetragen werden.
  4. Verfahren nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Rohlinge (12, 13) in der Stanzstation (11) um 90° um eine Achse, die rechtwinklig zu einer Zufuhrebene (18) verläuft, im Uhrzeigersinn bzw. entgegen dem Uhrzeigersinn gedreht werden.
  5. Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Rohlinge (12, 13) von der Stanzstation in einer Richtung (F3), die rechtwinklig zu der Zufuhrrichtung (F) des Bandes liegt, ausgetragen werden.
  6. Verfahren nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Rohlinge (12, 13) in der Stanzstation (11) um eine Achse, die rechtwinklig zu der Zufuhrebene (18) liegt, um einen Winkel von 180° einmal alle zwei Stanzvorgänge gedreht werden.
  7. Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Rohling in einer Ebene (19) gedreht wird, die parallel zu einer Zufuhrebene (18) liegt.
