Claims (10)

  1. Combustible ternary gas mixture consisting of:
    10 to 40% acetylene;
    10 to 50% butane; and
    10 to 80% propane.
  2. Mixture according to Claim 1, characterized in that it consists of:
    15 to 30% acetylene;
    14 to 43% butane; and
    27 to 71% propane.
  3. Mixture according to either of Claims 1 and 2, characterized in that it consists of:
    20 to 30% acetylene;
    14 to 40% butane; and
    30 to 66% propane.
  4. Mixture according to one of Claims 1 to 3, characterized in that the butane is isobutane or n-butane, or a mixture of isobutane and n-butane.
  5. Mixture according to one of Claims 1 to 4, characterized in that the ratio of the proportion of butane to the proportion of propane is at least 0.25, preferably from 0.25 to 0.66, and/or in that the proportion of butane is less than or equal to the proportion of acetylene.
