Der erfindungsgemäße Steinkorb 1 besteht aus einem auch im befüllten Zustand im
wesentlichen formstabilen Metall- oder Kunststoffgitter bzw. -geflecht, das vor
Witterungseinflüssen geschützt sein kann (z.B. durch Verzinken, Lackieren,
Kunststoffbeschichten, etc.). Die Gitter- bzw. Maschenweiten hängen von der jeweils
verwendeten Steinfüllung ab. Der Steinkorb 1 hat vorzugsweise die Form eines
Parallelepipeds, was ein Aufeinandersetzen der Steinkörbe 1 und das Aneinanderreihen
erleichtert. Allerdings sind auch andere Formen denkbar. The

anderen der die Seitenwände bildenden Flächenelemente 3c mit ihren z-förmig umgebogenen
Enden über den den vorletzten Stab und unter den Randstab des den Boden bildenden
Flächenelementes 3a verlaufend angeordnet und aufgestellt, wobei diese Flächenelemente 3c
in ebenfalls u-förmige Enden an den benachbarten Kanten der Flächenelemente 3b eingreifen
(Fig. 2b). Die u-förmigen Enden werden dann zusammengedrückt, womit ein nach oben
offener Korb entsteht. Auf diesen wird dann das die Oberseite bildende Flächenelement
aufgelegt und beispielsweise mittels Klammern kraftschlüssig mit den die Seitenwände
