  • c) Da das zum Verdampfen bestimmte Wasser durch die in der Vertiefung 9 untergebrachte Wasserzuführleitung 15 erfolgt, ist die Gefahr einer Verkalkung der Leitung aufgrund von Erwärmung weitgehend ausgeschlossen.

  • Claims (5)

    1. A baking oven (1, 1') comprising a baking space (3), an air circulating fan (11) powered by an electric motor (10), the wheel disk (11b) of said air circulating fan mounting a number of vanes (11c) oriented radially relative to the fan wheel centerline (12) facing forwards in the direction of said baking space (3), a heat exchanger (16) as well as means (13, 14, 15) for supplying water as well as fresh air and cooling air, characterized in that a number of vanes (11d) oriented parallel to said fan wheel centerline (12) facing substantially in the direction of the baking oven rear side (2a) are mounted next externally to said vanes (11c) oriented forwards in the direction of said baking space, that a rotatable disk (11e) is provided very near and parallel to said wheel disk (11b) roughly of the same size as said wheel disk (11b) for regulating the fresh air drawn into said baking space, and that ports roughly the same in number and preferably dimensioned the same are configured in both disks (11b, 11e).

    3. The baking oven as set forth in claim 1 or claim 2, characterized in that said disk (11e) is adjustable by electric motor.
    4. The baking oven as set forth in any of the preceding claims, characterized in that said drive (12) of said air circulating fan (11) is accommodated in a recess (9) open to the rear side of said baking oven, that said air circulating fan (11) is disposed outside of said recess (9) at the side facing said baking space (3), and that said means (13, 14, 15) for supplying fresh air and cooling air as well as water are arranged in said recess (9) and thus outside of said baking space zone so that fresh air and water are supplied to said baking space zone via ports (13a, 15a) in the outer shell of said recess (9).
    5. The baking oven as set forth in any of the claims 1 to 3, characterized in that the motor wall (8) comprises no recess in thus being located roughly parallel to the door (6) of the baking oven.
