- la figures 1 est une vue schématique en perspective d'un exemple de réalisation d'obturateur selon la présente invention, et
- la figure 2 est une vue schématique en perspective d'un exemple de réalisation d'obturateur non couvert par l'invention, et
- la figure 3 est une vue schématique en coupe d'une tête de pulvérisation du type standard selon un mode de réalisation avantageux de la présente invention comportant l'obturateur de la figure 1.
- la réalisation du profil de tourbillonnement de la tête de pulvérisation sur l'obturateur est très simple et fiable, et donc peu coûteuse,
- l'absence de contraintes de compression sur la parie élastiquement déformable de l'obturateur en position de repos empêche une détérioration du profil de tourbillonnement pour déformation de matière et augmente donc la durée de vie de l'obturateur, de la tête de pulvérisation et du dispositif de pulvérisation,
- l'ouverture de l'obturateur ne modifie pas ou que très peu la géométrie du profil de pulvérisation lors de l'expulsion du produit garantissant une parfaite pulvérisation,
- l'obturateur est disposé fixement dans le canal d'expulsion, ce qui permet de limiter au maximum le volume mort, contrairement aux dispositifs comportant un piston mobile à l'intérieur du canal d'expulsion,
- la technologie standard tant au niveau de la pompe que de la tête de pulvérisation peut être utilisée avec la présente invention, ce qui limite fortement les coûts globaux de fabrication et de montage.
Claims (9)
- Tête de pulvérisation (1) pour pulvériser du produit fluide à travers un orifice de pulvérisation (7), ladite tête comportant un canal d'expulsion (5) et un obturateur disposé fixement dans le canal d'expulsion (5) en amont dudit orifice de pulvérisation (7), ledit obturateur comportant une partie fixe (3) par rapport à l'orifice de pulvérisation (7) et une partie élastiquement déformable (10) supportant un élément d'obturation (9) qui, au repos, ferme l'orifice de pulvérisation (7), et qui, lorsque la partie élastiquement déformable (10) se déforme, ouvre l'orifice de pulvérisation (7), ladite tête de pulvérisation (1) comportant en outre un profil de pulvérisation, caractérisé en ce que ledit profil de pulvérisation est formé au moins sur ladite partie élastiquement déformable (10) dudit obturateur.
- Tête de pulvérisation selon la revendication 1, dans laquelle ledit profil de pulvérisation comporte un ou plusieurs canaux de pulvérisation (6, 8).
- Tête de pulvérisation selon la revendication 1 ou 2, dans laquelle ledit profil de pulvérisation comporte une chambre de tourbillonnement (19) autour dudit élément d'obturateur (9).
- Tête de pulvérisation selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans laquelle ledit canal d'expulsion (5) est sensiblement cylindrique et comporte un insert interne creux (4) sensiblement cylindrique, ladite partie fixe (3) de l'obturateur étant sensiblement cylindrique (3) et fixée autour dudit insert (4), ladite partie élastiquement déformable (10) dudit obturateur formant le fond de ladite partie cylindrique (3) de l'obturateur, ledit profil de pulvérisation étant formé sur ladite partie cylindrique (3) et/ou sur ladite partie déformable (10) de l'obturateur.
- Tête de pulvérisation selon la revendication 4, dans laquelle ladite partie cylindrique (3) de l'obturateur comporte une pluralité de nervures (16) espacées les unes des autres sur la périphérie et définissant entre elles une pluralité de premiers canaux de pulvérisation (6).
- Tête de pulvérisation selon la revendication 5, dans laquelle lesdits premiers canaux (6) s'étendent verticalement ou obliquement sur ladite partie cylindrique (3) dudit obturateur.
- Tête de pulvérisation selon l'une quelconque des revendications 4 à 6, dans laquelle ladite partie déformable (10) comporte une pluralité de projections (18) définissant entre elles une pluralité de seconds canaux de pulvérisation (8) et/ou une chambre de tourbillonnement (19).
- Tête de pulvérisation selon l'une quelconque des revendications 4 à 7, dans laquelle l'obturateur est fixé sur l'insert (4) par une rainure périphérique (31) ménagée dans la partie cylindrique (3) de l'obturateur qui coopère avec une projection annulaire (41) dudit insert (4), de telle sort qu'aucune force de compression n'est exercée par l'extrémité supérieure (42) de l'insert (4) sur la partie déformable (10) de l'obturateur, en position de repos de l'obturateur.
- Dispositif de pulvérisation de produit fluide, caractérisé en ce qu'il comporte une tête de pulvérisation (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes.
