Abstract

Ein Magnetsystem für ein elektromagnetisches Relais weist mindestens zwei die gesamte Länge einer gemeinsamen Spule 18 parallel durchsetzende, magnetisch getrennte Eisenteile 15, 16 auf, deren jedes Teil eines eigenen Magnetkreises zur Betätigung eines in diesem liegenden Ankers zum Antrieb eines zugehörigen Kontaktsystems ist. Um den von der Spule 18 erzeugten Magnetfluß bei minimaler Verlustleistung optimal auszunutzen und Streuflüsse weitgehend zu vermeiden, ist der Abstand zwischen den Eisenteilen 15, 16 im Innern der Spule 18 wesentlich kleiner als die größte Querschnittsabmessung jedes Eisenteils 15, 16.

A magnet system for an electromagnetic relay has at least two magnetically separated iron parts 15, 16 which pass through the entire length of a common coil 18 in parallel, each part of which is a separate magnetic circuit for actuating an armature located therein for driving an associated contact system. In order to optimally utilize the magnetic flux generated by the coil 18 with minimal power loss and largely to avoid stray fluxes, the distance between the iron parts 15, 16 inside the coil 18 is considerably smaller than the largest cross-sectional dimension of each iron part 15, 16 .
