Definitions
- the invention relates to a shift lock for multi-bolt locks on a wing, for example on a sliding door, with at least one led behind a faceplate Push rod for bolt actuation and with a sprung Probe pin, which the push rod in an elongated hole approximately rectangular reaches through, protrudes above the faceplate on the head side and when closing the wing from a stock side Stop is retractable, the probe pin with a lying parallel to and at a distance from the push rod connected in a housing slidably guided bridge is the one locking pin facing the push rod bears in a recess of the Push rod interferes with its displacement and the with the sash closed and the feeler pin pushed in the recess of the push rod and its displacement releases.
- the bridge is pushed back in with its locking bolt inoperative position in the housing preferably by a screw securing the bridge to the back wall holds and from the rear wall of the housing in a threaded hole the bridge engages, is fixable. If the Locking pin is held so that it is in a recess the push rod cannot dip, then the probe pin always withdrawn and actuating the push rod always possible. It can be the pushbutton in this inoperative Position of the bridge and the locking bolt unscrewed from the bridge become.
- the threaded hole for the Screw passes through the bridge and from that of the faceplate the side facing away from the screw or from that of the faceplate facing side of the probe pin can be screwed.
- the probe pin can adjust its the faceplate towards on a stick-side stop
- the gap air Adjusted probe length between stick and closed sash can be screwed into the threaded hole at different depths or, if appropriate, can also be screwed through, with the Screwing the feeler bolts out of the threaded hole and penetrates a hole in the rear wall of the housing.
- the stylus can be screwed in using an Allen key Wear a hexagon recess on the front. The screwing in or adjustment must be stiff so that an unintentional Adjust, e.g. in operation, is not possible.
- a special embodiment provides that the feeler pin, the front in the threaded hole of the bridge can be screwed in, for decommissioning the shift lock as a screw from the back of the bridge in its threaded hole to retract the position of the bridge and thus the locking pin in the release position for the push rod movement can be screwed in.
- the probe pin points a collar with which the probe pin is attached to the rear wall of the housing supported on the edge of the passage opening, so that one turn screwing into the threaded hole the bridge or the locking pin means and this component pulled up and pressed against the rear wall of the housing becomes.

- the bridge 5 carries on her, the probe pin 3 opposite end, a locking pin 8, which in an opening 9 of the push rod 2 engages.
- the opening 9 corresponds approximately to the cross section of the locking bolt 8. It can be slightly larger for tolerance reasons, like this in the figures is shown.
- the locking pin 8 thus blocks any Pushing movement of the push rod 2 and prevents that when open Door the or the bars brought into the locked position become. This would have the consequence that the latch when closing the door hard against the stick or that Strike strikers and be bent if necessary.
- the shift lock according to the invention is immediately the Assigned to push rod 2; it can be provided several times when locking up and down and for Side takes place and thus push rods 2 on several sides of the Door leaf run.
- the shift lock can also be added known measures can be provided in the multi-bolt lock.
- Fig. 2 clearly shows, not just by immersion of the locking pin 8 in the approximately corresponding opening 9, but also on both sides of the bridge 5 approximately in the middle projections arranged between feeler pin 3 and locking pin 8 10 in the side recesses 11 in the form of constrictions the push rod 2 engage. Except for an increase the security when locking results from this lateral projections 10 on the bridge 5 and the corresponding Recesses 11 on the push rod 2 still another special effect, which can be clearly seen from Fig. 3 is. It must be prevented that the shift lock locks into place when the door is closed and thus a proper one Locking prevented. 3, the locking pin 8 in engage slot 4 if e.g.
- the feeler pin 3 is shown here for a sliding door, when closing the sliding door (to the left in Fig. 1) beats the probe pin 2 with its end face against the door frame. No recess may be provided there. The probe pin 2 is pushed back and the situation arises after Fig. 3. Thus, the multi-bolt lock can only be closed Door operated.
- the shift lock can be applied. It is then necessary that the feeler pin 3 e.g. tapered is or - if it is secured against rotation - an entry slope in the sense of a trap.
- the probe pin 3 can in the aforementioned threaded hole the bridge 5 screwed in with different protrusion and so adjusted to the gap air with the wing closed or adjusted.
- the thread of the probe pin 3 must be difficult to screw in so that it is in operation not adjusted.
- the probe pin 3 has the head side a recessed positive connection for a tool (e.g. hexagon recess for an Allen key).
- the Shaft of the feeler pin 3 can be on the rear wall of the housing 6 protrude through the bore 13.
- the probe pin 3 can take over the function of the screw 12 and at corresponding length (e.g. housing depth + push rod thickness + Faceplate thickness) from the back of the housing through the Bore 13 are screwed through to withdraw the bridge 5 and thus the locking pin 8 out of function put.
- Probe pin 3, bridge 5 and locking pin 8 could also be manufactured as a one-piece component. Instead of one Screw 12 could also lock the retracted Position of the locking pin 8 may be provided, the locking pin 8 permanently retracted as with a closed wing and thus holds without function.

Abstract
Description
The invention relates to a shift lock for multi-bolt locks on a wing, for example on a sliding door, with at least one led behind a faceplate Push rod for bolt actuation and with a sprung Probe pin, which the push rod in an elongated hole approximately rectangular reaches through, protrudes above the faceplate on the head side and when closing the wing from a stock side Stop is retractable, the probe pin with a lying parallel to and at a distance from the push rod connected in a housing slidably guided bridge is the one locking pin facing the push rod bears in a recess of the Push rod interferes with its displacement and the with the sash closed and the feeler pin pushed in the recess of the push rod and its displacement releases.
Such a shift lock is described in EP 0942 132 A1.
In many cases, such a switch lock prevents incorrect operation desirable. But there are also installation situations, where a locking function, e.g. because of the above Stylus or for other reasons is not sought. Of course it is possible to use push rods and fittings without producing the shift lock according to EP 0942 132 A1 and offer. However, to limit the variety of products and for the customer on site at the construction site or at Installation of the multi-bolt locks made the decision at short notice to be left to decide whether the function in question is desired is or not, a particular embodiment of a Shift lock can be created. This is characterized by that the bridge is pushed back in with its locking bolt inoperative position in the housing preferably by a screw securing the bridge to the back wall holds and from the rear wall of the housing in a threaded hole the bridge engages, is fixable. If the Locking pin is held so that it is in a recess the push rod cannot dip, then the probe pin always withdrawn and actuating the push rod always possible. It can be the pushbutton in this inoperative Position of the bridge and the locking bolt unscrewed from the bridge become. This is a special embodiment characterized that the threaded hole for the Screw passes through the bridge and from that of the faceplate the side facing away from the screw or from that of the faceplate facing side of the probe pin can be screwed. In a and the same threaded hole can either the one hand Probe bolt and on the other hand screwed in the screw to fix the position become. It is also expedient if the probe pin to adjust its the faceplate towards on a stick-side stop, the gap air Adjusted probe length between stick and closed sash can be screwed into the threaded hole at different depths or, if appropriate, can also be screwed through, with the Screwing the feeler bolts out of the threaded hole and penetrates a hole in the rear wall of the housing. To the The stylus can be screwed in using an Allen key Wear a hexagon recess on the front. The screwing in or adjustment must be stiff so that an unintentional Adjust, e.g. in operation, is not possible. A special embodiment provides that the feeler pin, the front in the threaded hole of the bridge can be screwed in, for decommissioning the shift lock as a screw from the back of the bridge in its threaded hole to retract the position of the bridge and thus the locking pin in the release position for the push rod movement can be screwed in. To do this, the probe pin points a collar with which the probe pin is attached to the rear wall of the housing supported on the edge of the passage opening, so that one turn screwing into the threaded hole the bridge or the locking pin means and this component pulled up and pressed against the rear wall of the housing becomes.
An embodiment of the shift lock according to the invention is shown in the drawings. Fig. 1 shows a shift lock in longitudinal section along the line I-I in Fig. 2 with open Door, Fig. 2 shows a section along the line II-II in Fig. 1, Fig. 3, the shift lock according to FIG. 1 when closed Door, and Fig. 4 the disabled or out of function Lockout.
bekannten Maßnahmen im Mehrriegelschloß vorgesehen sein.1 is a push rod below a
The locking of the
ausgeschlossen.Only when unlocking and opening the lock
the
Fig. 3. Somit kann der Mehrriegelverschluß nur bei geschlossener
Tür betätigt werden.The
Also with revolving doors (so-called left or right doors)
the shift lock can be applied. It is then necessary
that the
To take the switch lock out of operation, if such

is, the
The
