Description
The invention relates to a Florkettspannbaum according to the preamble of Claim 1.
From the document CH 545 874 a Florkettspannbaum is known, which is designed as a one-piece spring steel sheet. That by the Florkettspannbaum deflected Florkettgarn lies on the entire deflected length on the spring steel sheet on.
A disadvantage of this known Florkettspannbaum is the fact that the pile yarn tends to adhere to the surface of the spanning tree or to stick. This effect occurs in particular sliced pile warp yarns, whereby this effect by a high Humidity is additionally enhanced. This has a very disadvantageous effect on the loops of the terry tissue. When operating a Terry machine, it is important that during a so-called Full stop the required Florkettgam fast from sides of the Florkettbaumes is provided. Especially at high speed Operated terry looms, the problem arises that the Florkettgarn is not fast enough available.
It is an object of the present invention to a Florkettspannbaum to form, which with respect to the Florkettgarn more advantageous properties having.
This object is achieved with a Florkettspannbaum having the Features of claim 1. The subclaims 2 to 8 relate to further, advantageous embodiments.
The object is achieved in particular with a Florkettspannbaum comprising a support member and an associated, resilient Deflection part, wherein the deflection part at least two in the circumferential direction of the Turning part spaced arranged having protruding portions.
In the invention Florkettspannbaum with protruding sections The deflected Florkettfäden are only in the range of the above Sections on the Florkettspannbaum on. This arrangement causes a low static friction or sliding friction between pile warp threads and Florkettspannbaum. The inventive Florkettspannbaum thus has the advantage that the Florkettfäden not stick to Florkettspannbaum or glue. The pile warp yarns are over the pile warp harness smoothly deflected, and can without great tensile forces from Florket be deducted. This also reduces the in the Florkett threads occurring stress peaks during full stop. This allows a reliable, reproducible looping in the Terry cloth. The inventive Florkettspannbaum has the significant advantage of this also for looms with high Speeds is suitable.

The Florkettspannbaum 1 shown in Figure 1 comprises a preferably
