Claims (6)

  1. Pumpe, die einen kegelzylindrischen Körper (1) aufweist, der eine Dosierungskammer (10) begrenzt, die in ihrem unteren Abschnitt durch eine Einlassklappe (11) und in ihrem oberen Abschnitt durch einen beweglichen Kolben (2) verschlossen ist, der mit elastischen Rückstell-Einrichtungen (3) kooperiert, der koaxial von einem Spritzdüsenrohr (4) getragen wird, dessen oberes Ende von dem Pumpenkörper nach außen übersteht und dessen unteres Ende mit mindestens einer Auslassöffnung (40) ausgestattet ist, wobei der Kolben (2) so montiert ist, dass er einerseits auf dem äußeren Umfang des Rohres (4) zwischen einer Position, in der die Auslassöffnung (40) vollständig geschlossen ist, und einer Position, in der die Öffnung vollständig offen ist, und andererseits in dichtem Umfangskontakt mit der Innenwand der Kammer (10) zwischen einem oberen Anschlag und einem unteren Anschlag am Ende der Wegstrecke gleitet, wobei der Reibungskoeffizient zwischen dem Kolben (2) und dem Rohr (4) kleiner ist als der Reibungskoeffizient zwischen dem Kolben (2) und der Innenwand des Körpers (1),
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der untere Anschlag am Ende des Weges des Kolbens (2) in der Kammer (10) von Rippen (13) gebildet wird, die sich entlang der Wand der Kammer (10) parallel zu den Mantellinien des Körpers erstrecken und dass der Kolben (2) besteht aus einer zentralen Manschette (20), die das Spritzdüsenrohr (4) umgibt und deren Innenwand eine obere Verengung aufweist, die einen ringförmigen Boden (20a) begrenzt und sich radial nach außen erstreckt mittels eines Umfangsringes (22) über einen Verbindungssteg (21), wobei der Weg des Kolbens (2) auf dem Rohr (4) nach oben begrenzt ist durch den Anschlag des Bodens (20a) der Verengung an dem unteren Umfang (42a) eines Höckers (42) mit einem komplementären Profil, der mit der Rohrleitung (4) eine Einheit bildet.
  2. Pumpe nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Weg des Kolbens (2) auf dem Spritzdüsenrohr (4) so festgelegt ist, dass beim Wiederaufstieg an dem Rohr eine Ansaugung eines Produktvolumens in der Kammer (10) entsteht, das dem restlichen Inhalt in dem Rohr entspricht.
  3. Pumpe nach einem der Ansprüche 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die elastischen Rückstelleinrichtungen auf das untere Ende des Einspritzdüsenrohres (4) einwirken, das sich ins Innere der Dosierungskammer (10) hinein erstreckt.
  4. Pumpe nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der obere Anschlag des Kolbens (2) durch den inneren unteren Rand (52) eines Flansches (5) gebildet wird, der den oberen Abschnitt des Körpers (1) bedeckt und das Zurückhalten des Spritzdüsenrohres (4) gewährleistet.
  5. Pumpe nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Position, in der die Auslassöffnung (40) verschlossen ist, dem Kontakt des Kolbens (2) mit dem ringförmigen vorspringenden Rand (60) eines Stutzens (6) entspricht, der das untere Ende des Rohres in Höhe der Öffnung mindestens teilweise bedeckt und die Auflage für die Rückstelleinrichtungen (3) darstellt.
  6. Pumpe nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der vorspringende Rand (60) ein kegelstumpfförmiges Innenprofil hat, das mit dem abgeschrägten unteren Rand des Kolbens (2) kooperiert, um ein dichtes Verschließen der Auslassöffnung (40) zu gewährleisten.
