Definitions
- the invention relates to an emergency call switch for vehicles, in particular for motor vehicles, according to the preamble of claim 1.
- the invention has for its object an emergency switch for to create a vehicle that can easily make an emergency call can be triggered, an unintentional actuation of the Switch, for example by children, can be avoided properly should.
- the actuating part is in locked its starting position against actuation.
- To trigger the emergency call must therefore first of all lock the actuating part lifted and then the actuator in this release position be able to trigger the emergency call. So can the emergency call switch only trigger the emergency call if at the same time two different movements are carried out. This different movements are not unintentionally performed by children playing, for example. So that's the Switch properly secured against unintentional triggering. Still, the switch can be easily operated by the operator the sequence of movements is known, operated and in the event of danger the emergency call can be triggered quickly.
- the switch 1 shown in FIGS. 1 to 8 serves as an emergency call switch, that can be installed in a motor vehicle. By pressing the switch 1 can, for example, in an accident or Breakdown triggered an emergency call to the police or roadside assistance become.
- switch 1 has one Switch housing 2, 3, which consists of a lower part 2 and an upper part 3, in which an adjustable against the force of a spring 8 Actuating part 4 is axially displaceable and rotatable.
- the switch 1 has a circuit board provided in the lower housing part 2 5 on, which has two microswitches 6, 7 as a trigger.
- the one Microswitch 6 is preferably used to trigger an emergency call Breakdown service and the other microswitch 7 to trigger a Emergency calls to the police, fire brigade and the like are provided.
- the lower housing part 2 has a circular disk-shaped base plate 9 with two radially protruding and diametrically opposite one another Poor 10 and 11. They have an elongated rectangular outline with a width that corresponds to about a quarter of the disk diameter. A central protrudes over the inside 12 of the base plate 9 cylindrical sleeve 13, which extends over its length has axially extending slot 14. The free socket end is 15 conically tapered to push on or put on a cylindrical Approach 16 (Fig. 4) of the actuator 4 to facilitate.
- the web 19 advantageously extends over at least one Plate half; preferably its ends project 19, 20 over the Longitudinal center line of the lower housing part 2.
- the web 17 serves to increase the stiffness of the lower housing part 2. Its ends 19, 20 form stops for the circuit board 5.
- a cross-sectionally T-shaped stop part projects upward above the web 17 21. Its cross piece 22 is bent in a part-circle and aligned with the web 17, while its T-web is just formed and protrudes radially outwards.
