Abstract

CHILD'S PLAYPEN, made up of a preferably circuit enclosure, composed of a set of plastic material parts in the shape of a curved rectangle that are self-fitting, so that some (1) of said parts have grooved projections (la) on their side, alternately folded inwards and outwards, whilst other parts (2) have cylindrical lateral nerves (2a) on their sides that facilitate coupling by sliding into the mentioned projections (la) of the parts (1). A part (3) that has a foldable door (4) and is fitted by sliding between both parts (2) has been provided (figure 14).

Description

    PURPOSE
  • The purpose of this request for a Patent is a child's playpen that provides for the function for which it is intended various advantages to be detailed later on, apart from others inherent to its organization and constitution.
  • HISTORY
  • At present on the market there are children's playpens, made up of an enclosure composed of parts difficult to assemble, the purpose of which is to place a young child inside to that he/she cannot get out on his/her own, thus avoiding he/she becoming injured in the surroundings outside the child's playpen.
  • DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
  • The child's playpen, purpose of this invention, is composed of a set of plastic material curved parts making up the walls of an enclosure, easily self-fitted by means of their mutual sliding, with one of said parts provided with a door giving access to the inside of said enclosure, which takes on a substantially circular shape.
  • Likewise, the parts making up said enclosure are designed to be fitted with various children's toys so that the child inside said enclosure has a variety of toys with which to play. These hardly take up any space as they are fitted to the walls themselves of the enclosure, which also has stickers to decorate the playpen.
  • In order to complement the description that follows and to help with a better understanding of the characteristics of the invention, this descriptive report includes a set of drawings in which the most significant details are represented in an illustrative but not limiting way.
  • BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGS
  • Figures 1 to 13 show successive assembly stages of the child's playpen purpose of this invention.
  • Figures 14 and 15 show perspective views of the playpen assembled with all its accessories.
  • PERFORMANCE EXAMPLE DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
  • In view of the figures commented above and in accordance with the numbering used, a performance example of the invention can be seen. This consists of a basically circular child's playpen, composed of a set of six plastic material parts that are self-fitting, so that two -1- of the parts have grooved projections -1a- on the side that are alternately folded inwards and outwards, whilst three other parts -2- have cylindrical side nerves -2a- on the side permitting vertical sliding with said projections -1a-. Thus, fitting among the parts -1- and -2- is made whilst another part -3- has folding door -4-, which is fitted between both parts -2- (figures 9 to 13).
  • Said parts -2- have some guides -2b- on their upper part that are ideal for toy cars -5- to slide along (figure 8).
  • The external faces of the parts -1- and -2-, as well as the two faces of the door -4- have some grooves in which decorative parts in the shape of a star -6- (figure 1), clouds -7- (figures 4), the sun -8- (figure 6) and the moon -9- (figure 7) are fitted under pressure.
  • Likewise, on the internal faces of the parts -1- and -2- of the enclosure entertaining children's games are attached by means of screws, such as a game -10 of fitting objects in their respective places (figure 2), a driving game -11- (figure 3) and a telephone game -12- (figure 5). Thus the child inside the playpen can amuse him/herself with said games and with the cars -5- that slide long the guides -2- located on top of the parts-2-.

Claims (4)

  1. CHILD'S PLAYPEN, of the type constituted by a preferably circular enclosure, basically characterized by the fact that it is composed of a set of plastic material parts in the shape of a curved rectangle, which are self-fitting, in such as way that some (1) of said parts have grooved projections (1a) on their sides, alternately folded inwards and outwards, whilst other parts (2) have cylindrical lateral nerves (2a) on their sides ideal for facilitating coupling by sliding into the mentioned projections (1a) of the parts (1). A part (3) that has a foldable door (4) and is fitted by sliding between both parts (2) has been provided.
  2. CHILD'S PLAYPEN, according to claim 1, characterized by the fact that the mentioned parts (2) have some guides (2b) on their upper part that are ideal for toy cars (5) to slide along.
  3. CHILD'S PLAYPEN, according to claim 1, characterized by the fact that the external faces of the parts (1) and (2), as well as the two faces of the door (4), have some grooves capable of receiving decorative parts, for example in the shape of a star (6), clouds (7), the sun (8) and the moon (9) under pressure.
  4. CHILD'S PLAYPEN, according to claim 1, characterized by the fact that on parts (1) and (2) of the enclosure entertaining children's games are attached, for example, by screws, such as a game (10) for fitting objects into their respective places, a driving game (11) and a telephone game (12).
