  • a partition former according to the invention may be made in which the connecting members 4 are integrated in the edges of the enclosure panels 6 in such a way that the connecting means 4 and the enclosure panels 6 are integral members.
  • the enclosure panels 6 are provided at the edges (in principle, two opposite edges, but all four edges may be involved) with a section adapted for direct insertion along the longitudinal slot 9 of the tubular member 7 of the upright. It is thus possible to save one component and increase the bending strength of the enclosure panels 6, since the section adapted for insertion in the longitudinal slot 9 is provided with protuberances acting simultaneously as reinforcement ribs. In this case, it is necessary to prepare connecting members 26 having a cross section mating with that of the edges of the enclosure panels 6.

Claims (10)

  1. Cloison de séparation pour des espaces habitables, en particulier pour séparer et/ou décorer des espaces privés ou publics de plein air, sans exclure son application possible à la décoration d'intérieurs, ladite cloison de séparation comportant des éléments de support et des panneaux de clôture (6), complétés par des moyens de jonction mutuelle, lesdits éléments de support comportant un élément formant montant (1) constitué par un élément tubulaire (7) et, à une extrémité de celui-ci, un élément formant coiffe (3), lesdits moyens de jonction (4) étant constitués par des éléments présentant une section transversale de forme générale rectangulaire, qui, le long d'un bord longitudinal (19), s'assemblent avec des fentes longitudinales (9) des éléments tubulaires (7) des montants (1), tandis que, le long de leur autre bord longitudinal (20), ils s'assemblent avec les bords des panneaux de clôture (6), caractérisée en ce que chacun desdits panneaux de clôture (6) est une partie en une pièce réalisée en une résine synthétique et constituée par un élément en forme de corps aplati rectangulaire, doté d'une multiplicité d'ouvertures traversantes, réparties uniformément sur l'étendue de sa surface, et de bords définissant une bande étroite (25) qui forme un cadre coplanaire avec les surfaces principales dudit élément en forme de corps aplati doté d'ouvertures traversantes, en ce que lesdites fentes longitudinales (9) des montants (1) sont configurées de façon à permettre auxdits moyens de jonction (4) de coulisser dans la direction longitudinale et à empêcher leur séparation dans la direction transversale, et en ce que lesdits éléments de support sont formés par l'association dudit élément formant montant (1) et d'un élément de base (2), ledit élément de base (2) étant constitué par une plate-forme (10) pourvue de moyens de fixation au sol, du groupe formé par les moyens d'ancrage et les contrepoids, et, se dressant du centre de ladite plate-forme (10), un élément formant tenon (11) qui, étant d'une forme complémentaire de celle dudit élément tubulaire (7), est inséré dans l'extrémité inférieure dudit élément tubulaire (7).
  2. Cloison de séparation selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que lesdites fentes longitudinales (9) des montants (1) sont dotées d'une section transversale en forme de C rectangulaire allongé, et lesdits moyens de jonction (4) sont dotés, dans leur bord longitudinal qui s'assemble avec lesdites fentes longitudinales (9) des montants (1), d'une section transversale en forme de chapeau haut-de-forme, qui est complémentaire de ladite section transversale en forme de C des fentes longitudinales (9).
  3. Cloison de séparation selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que le montant (1) comprend un élément tubulaire (7) présentant une ou plusieurs fentes longitudinales (9), auquel cas, si elles sont au nombre de deux, elles sont positionnées à 90° ou 180° l'une de l'autre et, lorsqu'elles sont au nombre de trois ou quatre, elles sont positionnées à 90° l'une de l'autre.
  4. Cloison de séparation selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que l'élément formant coiffe (3) prévu pour l'élément tubulaire (7) des montants (1), est pourvu de pattes d'insertion, destinées à se mettre en prise dans l'extrémité supérieure dudit élément tubulaire (7), et d'une surface d'étanchéité (13), qui peut comporter un élément d'identification, de support publicitaire ou d'ornement.
  5. Cloison de séparation selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que l'élément des moyens de jonction (4) est doté, dans son bord longitudinal s'assemblant avec les bords du panneau de clôture (6), d'une section transversale en canal rectangulaire.
  6. Cloison de séparation selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que les moyens de jonction (26), destinés à joindre ensemble deux panneaux de clôture (6), sont constitués par un élément présentant une section transversale en forme de I.
  7. Cloison de séparation selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que l'élément tubulaire (7) des montants (1) présente une section carrée avec des angles arrondis (8), ses fentes longitudinales (9) étant disposées sur deux faces adjacentes ou opposées dudit élément tubulaire, lorsque celui-ci est pourvu de deux fentes longitudinales (9), et sur trois faces adjacentes, lorsqu'il est pourvu de trois desdites fentes.
  8. Cloison de séparation selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que les surfaces principales de l'élément en forme de corps aplati, en une pièce, des panneaux de clôture, sont rectangulaires et représentent deux séries de lattes de bois (23) parallèles et équidistantes, qui en se croisant mutuellement à angles droits et à 45° par rapport aux côtés de l'élément en forme de corps aplati, définissent des ouvertures traversantes (24) carrées, dont les diagonales sont parallèles à l'un ou l'autre des côtés dudit élément en forme de corps aplati.
  9. Cloison de séparation selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que les bords de l'élément en forme de corps aplati, qui ne sont pas tenus par les moyens de jonction (4), comportent des éléments de finition (5) emboîtables, qui ont une largeur équivalente à la largeur visible desdits moyens de jonction (4).
  10. Cloison de séparation selon l'une au moins des revendications 1 à 9, caractérisée en ce que lesdits moyens de jonction (4) sont intégrés dans les bords des panneaux de clôture (6) d'une manière telle, que les moyens de jonction (4) et les panneaux de clôture (6) forment un élément en une seule pièce.
