Claims (13)
- Trommelfalzapparat mit einem rotierenden Falzmesserzylinder (12) und mit zwei Falzwalzen (40, 42), wobei der Falzmesserzylinder (12) einen Zylinderkörper (13) mit einer Außenfläche (15) und eine Falzmesseranordnung (32) aufweist,
gekennzeichnet durch
ein biegsames Element (50, 52), das zur Veränderung eines effektiven Durchmessers des Falzmesserzylinders (12) verstellbar ist und mindestens eine Öffnung (90) aufweist, die von einem Falzmesser der Falzmesseranordnung (32) bei einem Falzvorgang durchtreten wird, um einen Falz (5) in einer Signatur (2) zu bilden und die Signatur (2) an die Falzwalzen (40, 42) zu übergeben. - Falzapparat nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das biegsame Element (50, 52) an einer ersten Kante (55) über eine Schwenkachse (60) mit dem Zylinderkörper (13) verbunden ist. - Falzapparat nach Anspruch 2,
gekennzeichnet durch
eine Stellvorrichtung (80, 82), mit der das biegsame Element (50, 52) an einer der erste Kante (55) gegenüberliegenden zweiten Kante (56) verbunden ist. - Falzapparat nach Anspruch 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Stellvorrichtung (80, 82) einen Antrieb (85) umfasst. - Falzapparat nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Falzmesseranordnung (30, 32) axial voneinander beabstandete Falzmesser umfasst. - Falzapparat nach Anspruch 5,
gekennzeichnet durch
eine Reihe von Öffnungen (90), welche von den axial beabstandeten Messern durchtreten wird. - Falzapparat nach Anspruch 1,
gekennzeichnet durch
eine zweite Falzmesseranordnung (30), die in Umfangsrichtung in einem Abstand von 180° zu der ersten Falzmesseranordnung (32) angeordnet ist. - Falzapparat nach Anspruch 7,
gekennzeichnet durch
ein zweites biegsames Element (52) für die zweite Falzmesseranordnung (30). - Falzapparat nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das biegsame Element (50, 52) aus Federstahl gefertigt ist. - Falzmesserzylinder (12) mit einem Zylinderkörper (13) und einer Falzmesseranordnung (30, 32),
gekennzeichnet durch
ein biegsames Element (50, 52), das zur Veränderung des effektiven Durchmessers des Falzmesserzylinders (12) verstellbar ist und das mindestens eine Öffnung (90) aufweist, welche von einem Falzmesser der Falzmesseranordnung (30, 32) bei einem Falzvorgang durchtreten wird. - Verfahren zum Falzen von Signaturen, wobei eine Signatur (2) auf einem Falzmesserzylinder gehalten wird, der Falz (5) in der Signatur (2) mittels eines Falzmessers erzeugt und zur Fixierung an zwei Falzwalzen (40, 42) übergeben wird,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Signatur (2) über einem biegsamen, mit mindestens einer Öffnung (90) versehenen Element (50, 52) gehalten wird und dass die Signatur (2) durch das Bewegen mindestens eines Falzmessers (30, 32) durch die mindestens eine Öffnung (90) gefalzt wird. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 11,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das biegsame Element (50, 52) in Abhängigkeit von der Dicke der Signatur (2) verstellt wird. - Druckmaschine, insbesondere Rollenrotationsdruckmaschine,
gekennzeichnet durch
einen Trommelfalzapparat nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9 oder einen Falzmesserzylinder nach Anspruch 10.
