Claims (22)
- Verfahren zur Einstellung des Registers bei einer Mehrfarbendruckmaschine (1) mit mehreren Einrichtungen (2, 2', ...) zur digitalen Erzeugung von Teilfarbenbildern (3, 3', ...), wobei zur Registereinstellung die Erstellung und Zusammenfügung der Teilfarbenbilder (3, 3', ...) derart gesteuert wird, daß registerhaltige Drucke erzielt werden,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß bei einer Änderung des Tonerprofils der Einfluß des Tonerprofils auf das Register mittels vorhandener Einflußgrößen (4, 4', ...) unmittelbar mit der Durchführung der Änderung berücksichtigt wird. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß bei einer Registerkorrektur infolge einer Änderung des Tonerprofils der rückwirkende Einfluß (4) des Tonerprofils der vorangegangenen, aber noch im Druckprozeß befindlichen Druckseiten (5) auf das Register der neuen, schon im Druckprozeß befindlichen Druckseiten (5') berücksichtigt wird. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 1 oder 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Berücksichtigung der Einflußgröße (4, 4', ...) der Tonerprofile aufgrund abgelegter Erfahrungswerte (6, 6', ...) erfolgt. - Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Berücksichtigung der Einflußgrößen (4, 4', ...) der Tonerprofile durch eine manuelle Eingabe aktiviert wird. - Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Berücksichtigung der Einflußgrößen (4, 4', ...) der Tonerprofile aufgrund der Auswertung digitaler Bilddaten (17) erfolgt. - Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Berücksichtigung der Einflußgrößen (4, 4', 4") durch eine automatische Erfassung der Tonerprofile erfolgt. - Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Einflußgrößen (4, 4', ...) verschiedener Tonerprofile nach dem Ausmaß der Flächenabdeckung des Gesamtbildbereichs durch die Teilfarbenbilder (3, 3', ...) bestimmt werden. - Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß es zur Korrektur einer Registerregelung dient, die auf der Erfassung von Registermarken (7, 7', ...) beruht, welche von den einzelnen Druckwerken (8, 8', ...) gedruckt werden, wobei diese Korrektur erfolgt, bevor eine Änderung des Tonerprofils Einfluß auf die Registermarken (7, 7', ...) haben kann. - Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß es zur Korrektur einer Registerregelung dient, die auf der Erfassung der Positionen der teilfarbenbild- und substratübertragenden Elemente (9, 9', . . .; 10, 10', ...; 11) beruht. - Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß weitere Einflußgrößen, die Einfluß auf das Register haben, bei der Registereinstellung berücksichtigt werden. - Vorrichtung zur Durchführung eines Verfahrens nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10 mit einer Mehrfarbendruckmaschine (1) mit mehreren Einrichtungen (2, 2', ...) zur digitalen Erzeugung von Teilfarbenbildern (3, 3', ...), wobei mindestens eine Steuerung (12, 12', ...) für die Erzielung registerhaltiger Drucke eine Registereinstellung vornimmt, bei der die Erzeugung und Zusammenfügung der Teilfarbenbilder (3, 3', ...) gesteuert wird,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die mindestens eine Steuerung (12, 12', ...) derart ausgebildet ist, daß sie bei einer Änderung des Tonerprofils den Einfluß des Tonerprofils auf das Register mittels vorhandener Einflußgrößen (4, 4', ...) unmittelbar mit der Durchführung der Änderung berücksichtigt. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 11,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die mindestens eine Steuerung (12, 12', ...) derart ausgebildet ist, daß sie bei einer Registerkorrektur infolge einer Änderung des Tonerprofils den rückwirkenden Einfluß (4) des Tonerprofils der vorangegangenen, aber noch im Druckprozeß befindlichen Druckseite (5) auf das Register der neuen schon im Druckprozeß befindlichen Druckseite (5') berücksichtigt. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 11 oder 12,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sie mit mindestens einem Speicher (13, 13', ...) ausgestattet ist, der abgelegte Erfahrungswerte (6, 6', ...) von Einflußgrößen (4, 4', ...) verschiedener Tonerprofile enthält, wobei die mindestens eine Steuerung (12, 12', ...) auf der Grundlage dieser Erfahrungswerte (6, 6', ...) die Erstellung und Zusammenfügung der Teilfarbenbilder (3, 3', ...) steuert. - Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 11 bis 13,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sie mit einer Eingabevorrichtung (14) ausgestattet ist, über die die zu berücksichtigenden Einflußgrößen (4, 4', ...) verschiedener Tonerprofile manuell aktivierbar sind. - Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 11 bis 14,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß eine Druckmaschinensteuerung (15) vorgesehen ist, die abgespeicherte Daten von Druckaufträgen (21) enthält und die Berücksichtigung der Einflußgrößen (4, 4', ...) verschiedener Tonerprofile aufgrund dieser Daten (21) erfolgt. - Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 11 bis 15,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sie mit einer Einrichtung (20, 20') zur automatischen Erfassung der Einflußgrößen (4, 4', ...) verschiedener Tonerprofile ausgestattet ist. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 16,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Einrichtung (20, 20') zur Bestimmung der Einflußgrößen (4, 4', ...) die Tonerprofile nach dem Ausmaß der Flächenabdeckung des Gesamtbildbereichs durch die Teilfarbenbilder (3, 3', ...) erfaßt. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 16 oder 17,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Einrichtung (20) zur Erfassung der Einflußgrößen (4, 4', ...) aus den digitalen Bilddaten (17) ausgebildet ist. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 18,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß bei der Auswertung der digitalen Bilddaten (17) Bereiche mehrerer Bildpixel zusammengefaßt werden. - Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 11 bis 19,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die mindestens eine Steuerung (12, 12', ...) derart ausgebildet ist, daß sie das Register mittels einer Erfassung von Registermarken (7, 7', ...), welche von den einzelnen Druckwerken (8, 8', ...) gedruckt und einem Registersensor (18) erfaßt werden, regelt und die Einflußgrößen (4, 4', ...) der Tonerprofile als Korrekturfaktoren berücksichtigt, wobei die Korrektur erfolgt, bevor eine Änderung des Tonerprofils Einfluß auf die Registermarken (7, 7', ...) haben kann. - Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 11 bis 20,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die mindestens eine Steuerung (12, 12', ...) derart ausgebildet ist, daß sie das Register mittels einer Erfassung der Positionen der teilfarbenbild- und substrattragenden Elemente (9, 9', ...; 10, 10', ...; 11) durch Positionserfassungselemente (19) regelt und die Einflußgrößen (4, 4', ...) der Tonerprofile als Korrekturfaktoren berücksichtigt. - Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 11 bis 21,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die mindestens eine Steuerung (12, 12', ...) derart ausgebildet ist, daß sie weitere Einflußgrößen, die Einfluß auf das Register haben, bei der Registereinstellung berücksichtigt.
