Abstract

Die Erfindung behandelt das Problem, Stanzvorrichtungen mit höheren Stanzgeschwindigkeiten zu betreiben, um auf diese Weise die Wirtschaftlichkeit von Stanzvorrichtungen zu steigern. Zu diesem Zweck offenbart die Erfindung eine Stanzvorrichtung mit einer ersten Zylinderkolbeneinheit, an deren beweglichem Teil (27) die Stanzwerkzeuge angeordnet sind und mit einer Steuereinheit (11), die über ein Leitungssystem (15) mit der Zylinderkolbeneinheit, die mit einem mit einem Druckmedium gefüllten Behälter (14) und mit einer Pumpe (17) über die Steuereinheit (11) mit Druck beaufschlagbar ist, verbunden ist. Erfindungsgemäß ist innerhalb der ersten Zylinderkolbeneinheit eine zweite Zylinderkolbeneinheit angeordnet, deren bewegliches Teil (32) kraftschlüssig mit dem beweglichen Teil (27) der ersten Zylinderkolbeneinheit verbunden ist und die zum schnellen Nachstellen der ersten Zylinderkolbeneinheit mit Druck beaufschlagbar ist. Zum gleichen Zweck kann bei einer gattungsgemäßen Stanzvorrichtung auch die Steuereinheit (11) in unmittelbarer Nähe zur Zylinderkolbeneinheit positioniert sein.
