Gemäß Fig. 1 ist in vereinfachter schematischer Darstellung eine im vorliegenden Fall als Gefrierschranktür ausgebildete Kältegerätetür 10 mit einer als Sichtverblendung dienenden Außenverkleidung 11 gezeigt, welche aus metallischem Werkstoff wie Stahlblech oder dergleichen gefertigt ist und welche einen umlaufend angeordneten Umbug 12 mit einem freien Randabschnitt 13 aufweist, welcher in das Türinnere zeigt. Im Abstand zur Außenverkleidung 11 besitzt die Kältegerätetür 10 eine ebenfalls aus metallischem Werkstoff wie beispielsweise einer Edelstahlplatine oder dergleichen gefertigte Innenverkleidung 14, welche einen in Randnähe umlaufend angeordneter stufenartigen Absatz 14.1 mit einem freien Randabschnitt 15 aufweist. Dieser zeigt in Richtung des freien Randabschnittes 13, ist jedoch höhenversetzt und mit Abstand zu diesem angeordnet, wodurch eine umlaufend zwischen den freien Randabschnitten 13 und 15 angeordnete Freisparung 16 erzeugt ist. Diese ist von einem Kunststoffprofil 17 mit Halteenden 17.1 bzw. 17.2 überbrückt, an welchen nutenartig ausgebildete Aufnahmen 18 bzw. 19 vorgesehen sind, von denen die Aufnahme 18 dem Randabschnitt 13 und die Aufnahme 19 dem Randabschnitt 15 zugekehrt ist. Die nutenartige Aufnahme 18 bzw. 19 besitzt eine dem Randabschnitt 13 bzw. 15 zugewandten Nutenöffnung, über welche der freie Randabschnitt 13 bzw. 15 in die nutenartige Aufnahme 18 bzw. 19 einfügbar ist, wobei die Aufnahmen 18 und 19 hinsichtlich ihrer Nutenbreite auf die Materialstärke der Randabschnitte 13 und 15 abgestimmt sind, wodurch die Randabschnitte 13 und 15 flüssigkeitsdicht fixiert und gehaltert sind. Neben den Aufnahmen 18 und 19 besitzt das Kunststoffprofil 17 eine ebenso umlaufend wie die Aufnahmen 18 und 19 angeordnete, hinterschnitten ausgebildete Aufnahmenut 20. Diese dient zur Fixierung eines zu einer aus Kunststoff gefertigten Magnetdichtung 21 gehörenden Dichtungsfußes 22 dient.
