Abstract
Description
The invention relates to a device for circular conversion vibrating electromagnetic rays in linear vibrating Rays.
In the satellite technology transmitters are used, the linear oscillating Emit rays, and others that are circularly vibrating Send out rays. So much for the transmitters vibrating linearly can send them out with a vibration converter (OMT) from a horizontal vibration into a vertical one Vibration or from a vertical vibration can be converted into a horizontal vibration, so that there is a possibility of receiving the rays received according to needs to align an antenna accordingly.
Difficulties have so far been caused by rays that are circular Have vibration. They could only be caught by antennas who were able to circularly vibrating rays to recieve. A conversion of circularly oscillating rays into those that are suitable for linear vibrating beams Antenna could not be caught, was not possible.
The object of the present invention is therefore a device to create that is suitable for circularly oscillating rays for to make the reception of antennas suitable, the linearly oscillating Can receive rays.
This object is achieved in that a depolarizer rotatable in a vibration converter between a vertical outlet for vertically vibrating beams and a horizontal exit is stored for horizontally vibrating rays and between the horizontal output and the vertical output a depolarization position is intended for circularly oscillating beams, depending on the direction of rotation of the depolarizer, a counterclockwise Vibrating beam either the horizontal or the vertical output and a clockwise rotating vibrations Beam either the vertical exit or the horizontal exit is feedable.
In this way, the respective outputs of the vibration transducer linearly vibrating rays emerge, independently whether the vibration transducer is linear or circular vibrating Rays are supplied. Depending on the equipment of an antenna can vibrate the device horizontally or vertically be removed. Regardless of the respective radiation source can therefore always use antennas to receive the beams find suitable for receiving linearly vibrating beams are.
According to a preferred embodiment of the invention, the depolarization position for circularly oscillating rays is at an angle of 45 ° to both the horizontal and the vertical direction. If this angular position of 45 ° is maintained, a particularly high-energy yield of the circularly oscillating beams is possible.
According to a further preferred embodiment of the invention the depolarizer is provided with a motor drive for its rotation. Electric drives are expediently used as drives used because these can be controlled very cheaply.
According to a further preferred embodiment of the invention the motor drive has a control system which depends on the Direction of vibration of incident rays. With the help of this Control can be made regardless of the direction of vibration of the incident Radiate twists of the depolarizer automatically be made that are suitable to the depolarizer within position the vibration transducer so that from the vibration transducer Beams with a desired direction of vibration emerge.
According to a further preferred embodiment of the invention the depolarizer depolarizing elements when vertical Vibration of the incident rays aligned vertically are. In this way, leave the transducer in a vertical Beams vibrating in the direction without being deformed would have taken place. Similarly, horizontal can also vibrating rays.
According to a further preferred embodiment of the invention run with circulating vibration of the incident rays depolarizing ones provided on the surface of the depolarizer Elements at an angle of 45 ° to both the horizontal and the vertical direction. With this setting of the depolarizer occur either horizontally or from the incident rays the vertical part from the vibration transducer.
According to a further preferred embodiment of the invention to derive circularly oscillating rays as horizontal oscillating rays of the depolarizer from the vertical direction its depolarizing elements towards the horizontal Direction of its depolarizing elements can be swiveled by 45 °. By this direction of rotation from the vertical direction of the depolarizing The vibration converter becomes elements in their horizontal direction placed in the state, centrally vibrating rays to convert into horizontally vibrating beams.
According to a further preferred embodiment of the invention to derive circularly oscillating beams as vertically oscillating ones Rays of the depolarizer from the horizontal direction its depolarizing elements towards the vertical Direction of its depolarizing elements can be swiveled by 45 °. In this position, the circular oscillators leave the converter Blasting to a greater extent than in the vertical direction vibrating rays.
Further details of the invention emerge from the following detailed descriptions and the accompanying drawings, in a preferred embodiment of the invention, for example is illustrated.

Schlitze 20, 21 verlaufen parallel zueinander.The
schwingende Strahlen aus.A
durchgelassen. In a similar way, with the help of the
The
The
verschwenkt. Diese Stellung ist in Figur 9 angedeutet. In diesem
Falle verlassen in vertikaler Richtung schwingende Strahlen den
Innenraum 4.For example, the depolarizing
bzw. Vertikalen verlaufen. Diese Schwenkstellung des Depolarisators
ist in den Figuren 8, 11 und 12 dargestellt. In dieser
Schwenkstellung werden die zirkular polarisierenden Strahlen entweder
in horizontal oder vertikal schwingende Strahlen umgewandelt. On the other hand, step into the
zirkular schwingenden Strahlen in linear vertikal schwingenden
Strahlen umgesetzt.
schwingenden Strahlen umgesetzt. The conversion of circularly vibrating rays into those that are linear

Strahlung. When using an electric drive motor 28 for turning
